@SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

Just seen the details for #skysports and their UK #bundesliga deal - let’s just say it’s a bad one - no 2.30 games due to 3pm uk blanket ban - no 2.Bundesliga games apart from playoffs - no mention of highlights - I have to switch to sky sports something I said I will never do

@SkyHelpTeam Seriously can you sort this internet outage in Norwich I have called tech team and they can't give any update to when it will be sorted my child is home schooling due to covid and can't do his work as it's on the internet this has been for nearly 3days!!!!!
