@SkyHelpTeam It is working intermittantly, not very responsive. Have changed batteries but still slow or buttons not working. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

@SkyHelpTeam thanks jason but since I used to work in Sky ADSL support I think I can safely say doing that will not help the whole street get back online.... if the system says "we are aware of the issue" then I would expect the issue to already have been logged for resolution...
