I can see that there’s lots of reports of an outage throughout the UK. Please fix ASAP as I’m chasing an insurance repair

We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

I asked for them to cancel the above but I still have sky broadband. My last payment for tv is mid March they didn't say when the channels cut off.
