    @SkyUK hi I’ve just installed sky Broadband and it is active. All devices are connecting fine apart from my Amazon echo dot, this isn’t connecting and I’ve spoken to @amazon who advised to speak to the provider. Please help ASAP!

    @SkyHelpTeam also I'm curious why your virtual assistant says it is closed, but on the very page that lead me there it says "sky's messaging service is available 9am - 7pm. 7 days a week..."

    @SkyHelpTeam It is working intermittantly, not very responsive. Have changed batteries but still slow or buttons not working. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

    I’ve got @SkyUK threatening me with charges if I don’t pay them next month. I’ve been trying to cancel since 25/3/20, 2 emails cancelling my contract, 2 promised call backs which never happened and 3 attempts over messenger. I’ve done my bit, time for them to sort it...

    @SkyHelpTeam Still no Internet. 🤬 It would be much more beneficial if you could liaise with BT and have Fibre installed instead of fixing the issue. Every other house around my area has it except my row, which consists of 5 homes. Just a thought!

    @SkyHelpTeam having a problem in the bn7 area been having a message of a problem on my area when trying to check internet, had a message for 3 weeks saying “ there is an issue in my area it should take about 2 hours“ it been 3 weeks this is a joke, how long is it going to take

    @SkyHelpTeam how do you contact sky? Broadband been an issue since schools broke up. Dropping out loads throughout the day, just sent round and round in circles to test connection and local outages. Need to speak to a person.
