@SkyHelpTeam My subscription was entertainment, movies & sports. It was due for renewal this month. I asked for them to cancel the above but I still have sky broadband. My last payment for tv is mid March they didn't say when the channels cut off.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I got a text asking me to click a link to check that I had correctly set up a new payee with HSBC. My bank is RBS, I've never had an HSBC account If it looks shady, and you didn't request it, don't click it. They're getting more and more convincing these days.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I get more phone calls than texts. I was expecting a call once from sky and when I got a call, they wanted to "Confirm identity" with my bank details. Like no way... I never did get another call from Sky so may have been truly them, but still. Like I'm gonna confirm with that
