@SkyHelpTeam When I can get internet on my device the line test usually comes up fine. The problem is is that half the time some of the devices in the house can connect and half the devices can’t. It’s been like this since I renewed my subscription at Christmas and it’s beyond a joke!

@SkyUK Why are you advertising these deals for new customers when you won’t do anything for customers of 23 years. Terrible service, switched to Vodafone, better broadband, cheaper and good service. Sky has lost my custom for good.
