    By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

    @SkyHelpTeam That's just another complaint into a system moving just as slowly as your call centre system is moving. Everything is a 3-5 day turnaround, it would be nice if in situations like this where we are being seriously affected by your company there is a real person we can email direct

    @SkyHelpTeam I followed the link and called but was met with an automated service that cut me off when I said I didn’t want to change anything about my move. Is there no way to get through to a human being and skip all of the robots? I just want to confirm the move was booked correctly.

    @SkyHelpTeam But looking at the tracking history, you only gave them my hub on Friday. Nearly a week after I placed my order. If it had been dispatched in enough time, I wouldn’t have this problem now. How is it fair that I pay from today when I can’t use my WiFi?
