@SkyHelpTeam An approximate 45 minute wait is not acceptable to cancel a part of my package when the customer should be able to cancel with one click online. Am guessing it’s because your call handler has a script to follow to try to persuade us not to drop sports pack (2/2)

@SkyHelpTeam My Internet has been down since around six last night NE425DR area, do you know of any current problems? Done full resets in all in home equipment and swapped out micro filters etc it's like there's no signal coming in at all.

@SkyHelpTeam ok so I’ve not had bbc2hd for months, this week my box keeps saying no signal, some channels come back after restarting box others don’t, I’ve reset 15 times in last 5 days which I’m sure you will agree is no on— help please oh and sometimes says card not read !

@SkyHelpTeam I understand fluctuations, I’ve worked in telecoms for 20+ years, this is a cabinet (card) issue, it’s generating 20+ drop outs a day.... total loss of service, auto re boot etc.... it needs fixing or the transfer reversed without charges

@theinsidernufc @NUFCgallowgate This constant comparison is boring. I never had issue with Bruce getting job @SkySports it’s what I expect from ownership & their ambition. But hoping we may now have owners that are ambitious & want NUFC to be it’s best. In which case we would need to change.

Genuinely had more issues with @skytv and Broadband the couple of weeks we've been with Sky than we had with Virgin in the ~5 years we had with them. Just 17 months until we can switch back. @SkyHelpTeam.

@SkyHelpTeam can you clear something up for me, if you have Sky q equipment, it is not owned by the customer it is "rented" is that right? If so, why would I need Sky protect as if there's a problem with my sky q box, surely as it is rented it is up to you to fix it?

@Eurosport_UK So annoyed at you #Eurosportuk I hate using "an app" that's why I've got a huge TV. Web is such a faff though a smart TV, one of the few reasons I keep @SkyUK is to watch all the LIVE bikes on my TV not a crappy phone or pc screen. Poor performance by your schedulers @MCNnews

@SkyHelpTeam Then why not offer further assistance? Why not look into the reasons why your staff have not rang back as they said they would. Or that I was told that there was a problem in the area when there isn't one with all my neighbours. The customer service so far has been abysmal.
