    @primevideosport That was rubbish laptop worked then kicked out, TV did not work, iphone could not cast errors, back on laptop message too many devices playing stream (I wish!!) so all in all thanks for the rubbish experience. Leave football to @SkySports or @btsportfootball

    @EmmaB_0811 @SkyHelpTeam I had Sky broadband about 5 years ago and it was the same then. If you have Sky TV, the box goes into eco mode in the early hours which kills the wi fi connection to some devices in the house. If you turn off eco mode in settings on your sky tv box, it might solve the problem 🙏

    @SkyHelpTeam I recently renewed and changed to Sky Superfast Broadband with Sky Talk Anytime. The advisor talked about a new hub and asked me lots of questions checking the suitability of Internet Calls. That was November. The new hub never arrived and nothing has changed?
