    @SkyHelpTeam ok so I’ve not had bbc2hd for months, this week my box keeps saying no signal, some channels come back after restarting box others don’t, I’ve reset 15 times in last 5 days which I’m sure you will agree is no on— help please oh and sometimes says card not read !

    @SkyHelpTeam You can't. Ive had technicians out to the house from openreach. They confirm no faults on the line but always on and off. Everyone seems to have constant issues with Sky Broadband. I assume I can leave outside of the cooling off period if the service doesnt work as it should?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the quick reply. I have a UK account number that this order is linked to, but it’s under the same email address as my old IE account. Because of this I can’t create a new sky id and they’re not linked, can you get an email address for someone who can help me move date?
