Your help and plastic carriers were a godsend, as the paper bags @BootsUK are using fell apart just feet from the shop. I’m sure they’re very green, but far too flimsy!

After 15 mins of being told I would get the same answer from a manager, agent went away then came back and told me that they “have found a way to give me the router for free” Sky’s customer service has worsened since I joined 5 years ago.
