@SkyHelpTeam Yes I did all of that and today it’s the same issue. So slow and saying technical issues now. My skyq mini box hasn’t worked for three weeks and won’t connect either. The advisor said it was a fast connection but the messages on screen and buffering tell a different story.

@SkySports FIFA telling us that the ‘young generation’ who’ve never been asked or polled want a World Cup more often.. This is down to money for the top flight & nothing more! #corruption

@SkyUK The fact that it literally is just streaming and no hard drive to actually record things, the cost of the tv package shouldn’t be the same as SkyQ. There should be a reduction in price for what is just a streaming service. I’m pretty disappointed with it tbh

Already rang @SkyUK about the internet not connecting and then it being slow. It then worked for an hour 😡. Having to use my phone to watch tv because you can’t use the sky apps as they’re buffering and numerous internet not connecting messages!

So @SkyHelpTeam texted me at 6am on Wednesday morning saying that all the problems in my area were fixed.... that was evidently a LIE.

Hey @SkyUK could you get your customer service sorted. My mother in law has been waiting for two days for her phone line to be repaired, that happens to be two days since my father in law died. You're making a difficult time worse #skymedia #SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam That's it, it says there's a local issue (reported on 15th Dec, ie. next week?!) but not what the issue is or when it might be fixed. My landline has also been down since early last week - I live with my 75-year-old mother and if I'm out that's her only method of contact

@SkyHelpTeam How does this work exactly? Especially given that I’ve been a loyal customer for the best part of 10 years and you took this matter out of my own hands!

@SkyHelpTeam could an engineer -hypothetically- move my dish to another wall of my house due to poor signal where it is?

@SkyHelpTeam Also what about the landline issue? Do I need to call in about that as well? From the landline that hasn't been working for knocking on three weeks?

@SkyHelpTeam The number of times since that I’ve had members of your sales team contact me trying to get me to stay as well is ridiculous. Each time I’ve had to tell them it’s because you don’t service my new area and then you hit me with a near £100 termination charge!

@AndyRobins_PSRB @SkySports @talkSPORT No I get that But they’re not getting 1/4 of the **** the others clubs are getting They defo needed esl £ to help with Kane and the stadium and all that They’ll need to sell atleast one ‘asset’ now like we did to start ball rolling on paying back. Kane highest ‘asset’
-
The Goose
(@geethreedeebees) reported
@yorkshabastard @SkySports The lawyers will have a field day on the definition of ‘enter’ a competition in the PL rule book given that the competition never took place, and it had no effect on the PL season in question or future seasons. UEFA sanctions more justifiable as there was an intent to leave CL.
-
Darren

@SkySportsNews When are @SkySports going to take responsibility for emboldening the monsters through consistent biased promotion of a handful of clubs. The big 6 didn’t make the PL, the PL made the big 6. Who are foreign fans going to support when sky tells them there is a main group of teams?

@ItsRandall26 @SkySports Let's face it. If the owners had carried on regardless most fan's of those clubs wouldn't have given a **** what they left behind. Personally, I wish those clubs would go as they don't care about football. Its the cash they want. Simple as that.

@LennyJones26 @SkySports Leeds were fined over spygate for breaking "goodfaith" as there was no specific rule in place to stop them from watching a club train from a public path. I'd hazard a guess and say the big six have broken good in this situation
-

@ItsRandall26 @SkySports Clubs entering administration is no fault of the fans either. Rules were broken, clubs must be punished.

@Yorkshire77 @ItsRandall26 @SkySports If u punish the big six after they've pulled out then ur just going to encourage them to do it again All six were on the virg of getting an extra 350 mil a year and now they've turned it down and u want to punish them As far as I'm aware the invitation is still there
