@SkyHelpTeam I understand fluctuations, I’ve worked in telecoms for 20+ years, this is a cabinet (card) issue, it’s generating 20+ drop outs a day.... total loss of service, auto re boot etc.... it needs fixing or the transfer reversed without charges

@SkyHelpTeam My Internet has been down since around six last night NE425DR area, do you know of any current problems? Done full resets in all in home equipment and swapped out micro filters etc it's like there's no signal coming in at all.

@SkyHelpTeam since we upgraded our sky fibre to the new hub4 we have had awful connection and service issues keep on dropping signal and no phone either as it's tho our hub via VoIP extremely frustrated

@SkyHelpTeam touch about this. It’s shocking. My contract is due for renewal next month and every time I’ve called to cancel or downgrade I’ve been told I have to wait until 2nd May. I wonder why 👀 …..can someone get in touch about this please. I won’t be paying this bill.

@SkyHelpTeam The only way to air my views seems to be on here as your “department is closed”. I am apparently due to pay £71 on 6th May for my Sky package. Never in my life have I or will I pay that much. I will cancel my DD to stop this payment if someone from sky can get in..
