@SkyHelpTeam @youfibre why is it any downloads through sky Q are extremely slow or fail completely. Other users state of you have sky broadband it isn't an issue. I have a gigabit connection yet a 4gb on demand programme takes well over an hour to download if it downloads at all.

@SkyHelpTeam Everything is green like it’s working. I’m on call now to sky but he’s not helpful. He keeps saying the line is clear and it says connected on the tv and stuff but it’s not working. They PlayStation is saying no internet connection and keeps cutting off 1/2
