@SkyHelpTeam I understand fluctuations, I’ve worked in telecoms for 20+ years, this is a cabinet (card) issue, it’s generating 20+ drop outs a day.... total loss of service, auto re boot etc.... it needs fixing or the transfer reversed without charges

@SkyHelpTeam since we upgraded our sky fibre to the new hub4 we have had awful connection and service issues keep on dropping signal and no phone either as it's tho our hub via VoIP extremely frustrated

@SkySports No thanks. We've just come out of lockdown. I'd say the worst thing you could do right now is put 1000 strangers together in a boxing arena. Things like this is why we keep going into lockdown. Do you not make enough money as it is with PPV? Sky, why are you so stupid?

@SkyUK my Internet keeps disconnecting and I have crackling on the phone line. Have carried out all the checks and no problem in the house. Problem always seems to be when openreach are carrying out work on local cabinet.

@SkyHelpTeam Engineer has just visited and straightaway diagnosed the fault. SkyQ is incompatible with my Fritz router. The only way to definitely solve issue is to return to Sky broadband, which will cost me a large cancellation fee.
