    @SkyUK how to treat a loyal customer i pay around £140 a month for sky tv broadband and telephone line , well my sky q box froze last night and i now need an engineer who can’t come till November 9th , which i find totally unacceptable and i will be cancelling everything asap

    @SkyHelpTeam SkyQ is a mare! Almost every night on our second box same rubbish messages and connection issues, so bloody frustrating. Sort out a service that is not cheap!!

    @denzilOshamen @SkyHelpTeam Yeah don’t do it! Stick to your guns, you shouldn’t have to pay to fix their service. As soon as the agent said my router was out of warranty and I wasn’t in contract I knew what he was planning 😡 Also his initial “solution” was for me to leave and find another provider! #wtf

    @denzilOshamen @SkyHelpTeam 2/2 I demanded to speak to a manager. After 15 mins of being told I would get the same answer from a manager, agent went away then came back and told me that they “have found a way to give me the router for free” Sky’s customer service has worsened since I joined 5 years ago.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks The fault appeared when @OpenreachHelp worked on the serving street works cabinet on Friday. Since then there has been no engineer on-site at the cab. Any other utility advises users of a service interruption. Clearly there in no rush because they have a 5day sla.

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband has been playing up over the last week. Ran a test which finds a connection issue but then the test goes into a loop. Runs a test, goes through socket info etc, runs further test but ‘oops something went wrong’ then just loops. Just need broadband fixed
