@primevideosport That was rubbish laptop worked then kicked out, TV did not work, iphone could not cast errors, back on laptop message too many devices playing stream (I wish!!) so all in all thanks for the rubbish experience. Leave football to @SkySports or @btsportfootball

@EmmaB_0811 @SkyHelpTeam I had Sky broadband about 5 years ago and it was the same then. If you have Sky TV, the box goes into eco mode in the early hours which kills the wi fi connection to some devices in the house. If you turn off eco mode in settings on your sky tv box, it might solve the problem 🙏

@SkyHelpTeam No. It then says it can not connect to the hub and to switch of the router and restart it which then fixes it. Wonder if there is a firmware issue given others reporting the same issue
