@SkyHelpTeam That's it, it says there's a local issue (reported on 15th Dec, ie. next week?!) but not what the issue is or when it might be fixed. My landline has also been down since early last week - I live with my 75-year-old mother and if I'm out that's her only method of contact

I swear @SkySports have messed about with the viewing quality. When everybody had standard definition (SD). There was no complaints. But i can’t believe SD to HD is as bad as it looks when u switch between the two. & don’t get me started on UHD to HD 😳
