@SkyHelpTeam I understand fluctuations, I’ve worked in telecoms for 20+ years, this is a cabinet (card) issue, it’s generating 20+ drop outs a day.... total loss of service, auto re boot etc.... it needs fixing or the transfer reversed without charges

@SkyHelpTeam My Internet has been down since around six last night NE425DR area, do you know of any current problems? Done full resets in all in home equipment and swapped out micro filters etc it's like there's no signal coming in at all.

@SkyHelpTeam hi, my grandad is currently having an issue with his phone line it is constantly ringing and has a rapid dial tone. I'm unable to receive calls or call out, which is important due to the use of a tunstall lifeline. The account holder is away and unreachable.
