@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks

@SkyHelpTeam vulnerable parents have been left without a telephone for two days. They don’t have mobile phones.This is their only link to their family and to make emergency calls.Telephone your CC yesterday, aware -external fault, told it would be sorted today. Hasn’t happened!

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Today marks an entire month of outage in my area and still it hasn't been fixed. Sky have said on more than one occasion it would be fixed by a certain date. Latest date given for the fix was yesterday but still the outage persists. Do you think this is acceptable?

@SkyHelpTeam I was told by Sky it is an outage in the area and that it would be fixed within two working days. That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

@SkyHelpTeam You’re welcome Matt!! It’s a pity OPENREACH/KELLYS don’t strive for the same high standards as Sky!! Appalling experience with them y’day, damaging my property and have to have the router ON THE FLOOR RIGHT NEAR MY FRONT DOOR!! AWFUL 😡

@SkyHelpTeam I have been without internet and landline service for nearly a week now. I was told by Sky the outage would be fixed within two working days and it wasn't. It's now nearly five working days. This is ridiculous. Are you going to fix it or not?

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Tomorrow will be day 21 of the outage. It's gotten worse too. The internet has gone from slow intermittent to not working at all, in addition to the three weeks dead landline phone. I am going to switch provider if you don't fix this very soon. #disgrace

@SkyHelpTeam I've already gone through that test with the Sky person on the phone last week. The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

After 27 years as a Sky-BSB and now just @SkyUK customer it’s time to say goodbye! SkyQ has been dreadful with boxes always losing signal and I’m getting far more from streaming services for 1/3 the cost of Sky!

Pathetic customer support and help from @SkyUK broadband - activated almost a week ago and still struggling to get internet connection - everytime the customer support just reads out a same generic script involving turning the router on and off - unbelievable

@SkyHelpTeam I don’t think you understand me at all. I’m saying workmen turned up with no warning. They ripped cables down and were taking the telephone pole down. We weren’t warned of any work.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Outage still persists after 16 days. Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. No communication from Sky as to why it is taking so long to fix or when it will be fixed. #ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam As I said I’m not home right now and because there was no internet at home for two hours my dad was forced to go into London to work. I’d like to know why workmen turned up outside, cut wires and took a telephone pole down and we weren’t given warning.

@SkyHelpTeam Random errors on broadband , DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN errors when using web/apps, they work on mobile on 5g. I don't use sky shield, can you enable custom dns please or fix it? yours is definitely dropping out. Dunno how to call. Not just me, on your forums too!
