Sky broadband has been down for Hammersmith and Fulham since 10:20 yet no update since 12:00 and no eta on repair fix. Utterly pathetic @SkyHelpTeam - Will be moving suppliers on Monday. Had enough.

@prickettboy3 @premierleague The market determines what consumers are willing to pay to watch live football. If the @SkySports price was too high for fewer matches, then presumably customers can cancel.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, can you help me with my sky mobile account? The rewards for accessories does not work for my account. You select add and nothing happens. This happens on my phone browser, the app and on my laptop. I have over a 100 GB rolled over since I started my contract.

@SkyHelpTeam It’s not the TV. We have another and it does the same thing. I’ve called and they don’t acknowledge there’s an issue but when contacting via Twitter the last person who responded acknowledged it’s a known issue. I can’t go through the same troubleshooting steps over and over

@StevenGreig85 @SkyHelpTeam At least you have a service. I’ve been waiting since 4/2. Can’t even manage to coordinate line being built in right cabinet and don’t communicate so you have engineers turning up without the background work being done. Useless.

@GaryYou35735926 @KatieTaylor @SkySports Some of the domestic fights can be decent. I don’t “know” boxing like I used to and that’s down to too many non-title fights now going to PPV. I think a lot of boxers are also not getting the exposure they should because of it.
