    @SkyHelpTeam Honestly, NO. That is not the quickest way to deal with Sky Apps because it did not give me any results. Sky is purposefully not streaming HD through SkyGo. And before you comment about my internet speed, I guarantee it is 10x faster than what Sky Broadband does. Fix it!

    @SkyUK hey sky, if I pay £900 a year for my Sky subscription and I want an additional box for multi room. Why are you not willing to wave the £50 fee? I thought I’m your favourite customer? If I leave, I bet it would have been worth giving for free then? #DebateTuesday

    What a frustrating service @SkyUK After several calls for my TV / Internet not working, all that they can offer is an engineering visit on the 3rd Nov, this was first reported a week ago. Been told as I’m not in contract they suggest I look elsewhere for another service provider

    July 31st: order new Sky package 2 months later: Sky installed 2 days later: Sky wipe the signal while trying to fix a catch-up TV issue then tell me I have to wait until 7 more days to get it fixed, oh and pay for it. “Believe in better?” Can’t really do any worse @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Phoned up sky to see why I've been put on a dearer contact for broadband & calls. Asked for help with price. Guy told me he won't be bullied into giving me a deal wtffff & can't speak to any1 else about it. Been with sky for years treated like ****.. Time to look elsewhere

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, for several days my SkyQ hub has had its network ports resetting "eth0 (Int switch port: 3) (Logical Port: 3) Link DOWN." All wired connections go down at this time. WiFi is also intermittent, I had reset the router several times but am still seeing the issue

    @SkyHelpTeam it is horrifically difficult getting support from Sky. Very slow Internet but when I run a test it tells me I don't have Sky broadband (I do). Household account address also hasn't been updated and I cant update myself. Then I'm put on hold for an hour!
