    @SkyHelpTeam I am in London N31QN and both our Sky mobiles have stopped working in the last half hour. I can see a 3G signal but no 4G and cannot make calls, send messages or get online. Wi-Fi calling also does not work. Are you aware of this issue? Thanks.

    @virginmedia I can’t use your service anymore. Wifi is intermittent every day. Had to hotspot my phone just to work. The virgin media service in this area is #terrible. Lots of people have left and gone to sky. Why is the service so very bad??? #bbcwatchdog #skyuk

    @SkyHelpTeam No worries, not trying to be rude but the app on my tv just quickly and smoothly scrolls back to the start of the vid when you hold the button down which makes sense, proper frustrating using it via the sky box
