Sky Q loses connection (wired), Xbox doesn’t connect (wired), and phones don’t do anything when using WiFi. Download and upload speeds are all over the place. Help?

Sky are told each time someone will fix it within 48 hours but it doesn’t happen. This is THREE weeks without stable broadband
