@ast_carter @SkyUK @virginmedia So obviously you have been working from home. What else do you have connected, did you notice any difference in speeds? When mine works getting 200+mb speeds but even that I’m still thinking it’s slow at times.

Awful #CustomerService @SkyUK you managed to cut off my Sky. Engineer attended to update SkyQ,failed due to council regulations, told throw away Q card keep old one(3 months ago).Today viewing card error, as I had not installed new viewing card to Old system.3 days wait new card

@SkyHelpTeam hi, BT Sport has just disappeared from my subscription. I just spent 30m to speak to someone in cust service who then transferred me to the Value Team - who aren’t working today! How can I get someone to speak to me about this without having to call and wait again?

Everyone using @SkyUK Broadband, what devices to have connected and how many? Am getting fed up @virginmedia this year. Nothing but issue and disconnections! Customer service non existent, engineers unable to help unless were happy to have no internet until January!

Hi @SkyHelpTeam I have had 3 calls (so far) welcoming me to sky with a view to selling me sky protect. The last call was rather rude so hopefully you can listen to it as I assume calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.

@SkyHelpTeam it's no wonder @paramountplus is free with @SkyCinema it's garbage. Watching on Sky + Planes, trains and automobiles 12 minutes into film end credits appear Star Trek original series 15 minutes of each episode missing. It's a total joke and I'm not laughing

@SkyHelpTeam It's been going on for 3 months now Heather and we have decided to cancel. No one at Sky took ownership of our problem which is so disappointing. Call back promises were made but were not forthcoming. Customer service terrible. Shame as been a Sky customer for years.

@skyhelpteam sky mobile signal is the worst I’ve ever known, I’ll be heading back to vodafone as soon as I can. Continuously poor, I’m sat in a major city and only got 3G, nothing loads and when it does it’s slow!!! Pathetic service

Anyone thinking about getting a @SkyUK phone contract, then don’t. Shocking service. Phone is pretty much obsolete in city centre.
