    Looks like Sky have the work experience kids manning the @SkyHelpTeam Twitter account. How can they be so oblivious to the fact that the Sky Go App on Xbox is crashing for literally thousands of people and that it is clearly an issue with the stream, not their customers set up!

    @SkyHelpTeam are you actually ever going to reply? There’s no way to get hold of you lot, you can’t keep ignoring customers who want to downgrade their package. Since April I’ve been trying to cancel part of my subscription and you just plain ignoring or hanging up on me.

    @acailler @SkyHelpTeam My understanding is the benefit to them isn’t financial. Their benefit is protecting their investment which I’ve no trouble with. This still damages it to an extent as we’re seeing with you cancelling your sky subscription. They’ve been backed into a corner. Clubs are to blame.

    @SkyHelpTeam but then didn’t. It comes back it disappears. The call centre is saying everyone must call in but can’t get through. Clearly a wider issue although your online checks that we have to do say not. Can you investigate please?

    @SkyUK your team has been arranging a transfer of my broadband to you. The router was sent late and Royal Mail haven’t done the requested redelivery. Sky arranged for BT to cancel my device today. I’m in a pickle as I don’t have broadband and I need it for work. Please help

    @SkyUK have been on hold for 40 minutes to get through to someone to only get cut off. Had no issues getting through to someone when I wanted to join sky. How do I speak to a human without waiting another 40 minutes to possibly just get cut off again?

    @SkyHelpTeam The last thing is that an engineer is NOT required. Apparently there may be a problem in the area. But still no idea when this will be sorted. It’s been 4 weeks. Nothing has been done. You haven’t even tried to sort it. No engineer. Not even sent a new router to try an sort it.

    @SkyHelpTeam - I have been more than happy with sky Go until recently - my devices can’t connect to sky q box. - or it does for about 30 seconds …. I’m sick of it, been going on for months now and have tried to get help. - what is the point of SkyGo if it doesn’t “Go”

    @the_fox1106 @kck1965 @SkyUK You need to be careful with Virgin. I got a very nice package for £28/m then it shot up to £78/m. Despite returning the equipment, they are still trying to charge me. Virgin customer service is a joke, even writing to the CEO results in nothing being done.
