@SkyHelpTeam A message for the Sky team. Many more customers are increasingly being asked to rely on domestic broadband services for their full time work. It's ok when the system goes down when all you will miss is your Netflix craving. System needs to be far more robust!

@SkyHelpTeam If was saying 48 gb but when running speed test it was coming up as under 10 I eventually switched the router off and left it for a while and it got to 28 mb but I’ve never had 48 mb even though your test always says it is
