@SkyHelpTeam I connect it straight to the puck with the Ethernet cable and it can’t find a connection. Google support said something in the modem is blocking it and suggested bridge mode or DMZ but you’re saying it won’t support this??

@SkyHelpTeam Hello when I log out then go to get paramount plus all it does is show a message telling you to go to website The only time there was a QR code was on the very 1st day of the launch but then came up with errors And not seen it since TBf I give it a week and try again as fed up 👍

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Emma. Kathy (possibly Cathy) in the broadband time was wonderful and managed to fix it by hook or by crook! Just a shame it took several hours of calls to Sky over the past month to get to this point. I think a sky store voucher wouldn’t go a miss personally…
