    @dtoole764 @SkyUK I live in a big block of flats and the box they need has lots of connections. What happens is openreach come and fiddle around for a new customer and end up knocking someone else off.

    @SkyUK giving me absolutely terrible customer service... all i want is better internet connection and they cannot fulfil the speed we should try and get and are telling me i have to pay to leave them!!! Ridiculous!! Not happy virgin media calls...!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK - transferred from BT fibre to Sky fibre around 3 weeks ago. My broadband speed has never met the agreed ‘normal’ level (77MB) and is generally in single figures - virtually unusuable. Sky diagnostic test is fine, and on BT I was always getting 60MB plus. Help

    @SkyUK how can justify a premium phone line for cancelling your subscription with at least a 15 mins for a customer of nearly 20 years and you still can't call back or do it online.

    @SkyHelpTeam I wanted to make my frustrations felt as your company is awe full, tel line down, Broadband up/down, standard message it could take up to 5 days, been with EE for nearly 3 years no issues at all, what’s going on sky, feel let down as my alarm keeps beeping even worse

    @SkyHelpTeam please, help me with this one. Every single night at 2:45am my broadband stop to work and doesn’t come back until 6am. This is happening for the past 2 weeks and it’s quite annoying since I use a lot during this period.

    @SkyHelpTeam OK thanks. It would be better to address it to us by name rather than "Dear Customer", which is normally a sure sign of a dodgy email. Gmail sent it straight to my junk folder.

    @SkyHelpTeam Law and order. The app doesn't list then in order as you can see but half the series are missing which really doesn't help. Surely someone has the capabilities at sky to run the programmes in order it's so frustrating. It's not just that series it's others too

    @dtoole764 @SkyUK Firstly they said they could fix it outside. Then needed access. Then they didn’t need access. Then they said it’s fixed and it isn’t. Now had to send picture of hub etc.

    @SkyHelpTeam bloody ridiculas I've spent litterally hours on your FB trying to sort out a constant problem that's even effecting the movie channels now... You sent engineer to me Friday but problem isn't solved yet you expect me to pay for engineer and for my sky ..

    @SkyHelpTeam @stoneman050367 I called earlier and despite being with sky 22 years, the best I could get was a £2 reduction if I recontacted for another 18 months (so you can put the price up again?) Unfortunately we can’t cancel as we’re in contract but will be doing so when we’re not.

    @SkyHelpTeam Would you have any idea why @ParamountPlusUK keeps buffering all the time? It seems to be the only streaming service that I have issues with on Sky Q. Netflix, Disney +, iPlayer, ITV x all work fine.

    @dazholmes @SkyUK @Ofcom Yep both are really bad as have Monopoly and charge too much for repeats it's ridiculous really virgin broadband is 600mbpd Vs sky 59mbps Only difference

    @steeleyp_ @SkyHelpTeam They should still consider just how many customers they will lose through prices being too high and will have to pay to exit contract then not renew. Surely their customer churn will rise substantially - like Netflix

    @SkyHelpTeam so the engineer booked for today had timing issues for a 12 o’clock appointment. Did he go home early because it’s Friday? I now have to wait until next Thursday with no broadband. Appalling service!

    @SkyHelpTeam is there anyone I can DM please? A vulnerable customer signed up to Sky TV & Broadband, specifically asked for payment to the taken on a certain date. The money showed as pending in the bank. Turns out payment wasn't taken, person has accrued charges & out of pocket
