@SkyHelpTeam I had new WiFi/sky q/router installed today. Now Dyson and Sonos products aren’t reconnecting to the WiFi - the WiFi is otherwise working. Could it be a router problem? Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam more problems in RM18 area. Since February we’ve been without phone and or broadband on 4 occasions, upto a 10days at a time. Already had an engineer visit and countless time on the phone with support. Now can’t even get in touch. What am I paying for again???

@SkyHelpTeam ever since we changed our broadband speed 2 months ago the Sky signal drops out at least twice an hour here. Pretty poor service. It said speed would reduce, we didn't think it meant half as often.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Alison,Appreciate if you escalate this internally. Nowhere on the sign up process was I advised,only noticed by chance way down on the bottom of one of the many on-boarding emails. Terrible customer experience. Question still remains why not be transparent in the first place?!
