Still no definite activation date although it was supposed to be 29th Jan. This is now the subject of an official complaint. I expect activation to be completed by close of business Fri 8 Feb.

Rachel Marshall (@titanicsno1fan) reported from Spelthorne District, England@SkyHelpTeam That was me having fun but the actual frustration here is getting rid of him as a customer after so long, it's sky putting on 'new channels' which show repeats or the same programme on more than 1 channel at a time! I'm thrilled he won't be getting ripped off by sky anymore!

Sam Pennington (@SamPenno_MUFC) reported@SkyHelpTeam The broadband just is not stable - works ok sometimes but drops out a lot. Even the 2nd Q box buffers loads and cuts off due to signal. Its shockingly bad even at times stood in front of the router!
