@SkyUK broadband intermittently dropping connection. Your support tell me it’s due to number of wi fi devices connnected. When I was with @bt_uk this was not an issue. Sky support tell me I have to pay £300 cancellation fee to leave Sky!

SKY Q SERVICE, BEWARE !! Horrible, Moved to new build house with fibre optic, ordered SkyQ had nothing but problems, interference and bad picture, sky & fibre eng have visited numerous occasions. 8 weeks still not working. Do not get SkyQ with fibre broadband!! @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyUK I have emailed you to complain of your poor service and unable to resolve my broadband issue that appears to be related to the router and I didn’t have this issue when I was with @bt_uk At least @bt_uk gave me the option to speak to a manager! #BadCustomerService

@AllyB298 @SkyUK I have the same issue. I work from home and the earliest appt I got was the 17th November. Sky also have no procedures in place for this kind of issue so have literally been told there’s nothing that can be done but wait. No hotspot option, nothing. Appalling.

@SkyHelpTeam I did a line test this morning with someone on the phone where they told me that there is an issue and an engineer needs to come (in three weeks..) but since so many people in Manchester & Warrington don’t have internet since last night I doubt mine is an isolated incident
