    Dear @SkyHelpTeam I want to speak to someone about my recent switch to broadband. It’s not working nearly as well as you sold but now it seems impossible to speak to someone again. Your ability to have an advisor available for sales and then nothing after is beyond frustrating

    @SkyHelpTeam I reached out direct to Openreach who have a more proactive customer service team. They have an engineer at the house now, despite you failing to contact me....

    Everyone using @SkyUK Broadband, what devices to have connected and how many? Am getting fed up @virginmedia this year. Nothing but issue and disconnections! Customer service non existent, engineers unable to help unless were happy to have no internet until January!

    @SkyHelpTeam no wifi, having to use mobile data, can’t use any apps via the box, what is going on, we more than enough money for this service. In fact most of my plans have expired, may have to look at competitors

    Awful #CustomerService @SkyUK you managed to cut off my Sky. Engineer attended to update SkyQ,failed due to council regulations, told throw away Q card keep old one(3 months ago).Today viewing card error, as I had not installed new viewing card to Old system.3 days wait new card

    Broadband is down since >52 hrs due to faulty line & when I raise the issue of “Impact to Work” as most IT people are working from home, @SkyUK says they are not liable or accountable for this loss. Unsure what to make out of this tbh 😫 btw, the ETA to fix the issue was 48 hrs
