@SkyHelpTeam I had new WiFi/sky q/router installed today. Now Dyson and Sonos products aren’t reconnecting to the WiFi - the WiFi is otherwise working. Could it be a router problem? Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam Last Friday I spoke to someone who actually was helpful and said an investigation is being done however nothing has been resolved and we’re still being charged monthly for a service we haven’t had since February.
