Your engineer is clearly taking advantage of the situation. You cut our neighbours telephone line, told my partner we “just need an upgrade”, blamed social distancing for today!

As there's a chance any team from 13th could get into the play offs. My main concern with the original tweet is the money these teams in the relegation zone will get if they don't go down. Ali Abedi (@sahabedi) reported from Merton, England@SkyUK really need to make their Sky Q platform work with @BT broadband. The mesh network clash means I’ve had to disable my 5GHz range on BT. Changing channels doesn’t fix the issue. Really frustrating.

Until someone explains why a doorbell cannot be rung & why we have been left without service for 3 months (whilst paying) and why it’s ok to blame the inability to fix an external satellite dish on social distancing. I now have to wait until JULY! This is farcical

They then came back to me and were magically able to offer me the new customer offer of £23 per month. When you cancel there is still a cooling off period so worth doing it....they always come back with a better deal.
