Their benefit is protecting their investment which I’ve no trouble with. This still damages it to an extent as we’re seeing with you cancelling your sky subscription. They hustled me to return the equipment for weeks but I put in an official complaint. They stopped hustling and acknowledged they received the equipment. Royal mail equally bad.
