@SkyUK So the Sky VIP level is just utter bullshit. Diamond level means that now my Sky Q box has failed, you can’t get an engineer out to replace it for a MONTH!! Yet if I want a new Sky dish installed it’s under two weeks. Appalling way to treat your loyal customers!

@SkyHelpTeam I’m having problems with playback on Sky Go on mobile. The playback won’t start, then when I tap back the app is completely frozen. I close the app and the problem repeats itself. I was also watching a TV show and it cut out through playback to give the same error
