@DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.

@SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

Had #skyq for 4 months now , it has frozen everyday 2-3 times a day, ive rebooted it updated the software and taken it back to factory settings @SkyUK this shit is costing me £140 per month I’m going to cancel my subscription and throw the box out the window unless you help me

@SkyHelpTeam You cannot record programmes Louise. A PM isn’t going to sort that out. Plus someone from Sky called me 2 weeks ago to see how I was getting on with it. I told them I was disappointed but they weren’t interested. It’s a poor product that needs improvement, quickly.

@SkyUK If this is like Sky Glass forget it. I’ve had sky over 20 years and this is the worst it’s been. You cannot record programmes you have to wait for them to become available on demand. It’s glitchy, audio out of sync, picture breaking up. Horrible. Wish I had Sky Q back 😢

18 years as a loyal customer and Sky @SkyHelpTeam has well and truly shafted me acting with cruelty and dishonesty.Promised me broadband at my new address from 3/10/22 and today said won't because they won't pay Openreach @OpenreachHelp to create an active phone line.Outrageous.
