    @SkyUK after 11 years of your TV service I will be ending on July 26. Your business model is out of date; tying people into a long term overpriced contract for broadcast media via proprietary hardware will soon go the way of video rentals. #Netflix has the model for TV’s future

    @aaliaaaliya If you can't see cricket in your hotel it means you are not staying in a four or five-star hotel who have @SkySports Secondly @ECB_cricket &local Cricket counties provide support at the grass root level to promote cricket.Locals do take an interest in their team but are not crazy

    @SkyHelpTeam bloody ridiculas I've spent litterally hours on your FB trying to sort out a constant problem that's even effecting the movie channels now... You sent engineer to me Friday but problem isn't solved yet you expect me to pay for engineer and for my sky ..

    @SkyUK we left virgin to join sky and we have had nothing but hassle, we have used all our mobile data waiting for you to connect us, this is terrible service!

    @SkyUK Shocking service by Sky. My dad’s had to waste 2 days off work waiting in. First they sent the wrong engineer, (DTH I/o MDU), profuse apologies. The next week they again sent the wrong engineer!!!!. We’re sorry but we can’t come for 2 weeks. Worst customer service ever!!!

    @SkyUK we signed up based on everyone telling us how great your customer service is 1. You chased me repeatedly to confirm installation date. 2. My wife takes a day to stay at home. 3.Your team arrive to tell us they need another team to install it that day 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, we've been without internet since Saturday and were told that it would be within three working days, and today we've been told it's five, and that there's no way Sky can get any time frame information from Openreach. Pretty poor service guys...

    @SkyHelpTeam my wife has a new iPhone XR. We reset the password last night but she hasn’t been able to log in to her emails and the phone hasn’t downloaded any since 7am this morning. I’ve checked all the settings I can think of. Help!

    I always have an easy experience dealing with @SkyUK, but today I’ve been given the runaround for 45 mins on the customer services line. A billing issue that I was assured was resolved last month is still causing wastage of this much time. Nobody willing to step in & apologise 😞

    @SkyHelpTeam You’ve twice sent the wrong engineer (MDU engineer is required) to put in Sky TV & then instead of doing everything you can to get someone there straight away (after being let down for the 2nd time) u give an appointment for 2 weeks time. Terrible CS Sky!! #skyfail

    @SkyHelpTeam Issue is now resolved! But very worrying that the timing appears to link with the GOV test and the Sky mobile network is completely unavailable

    @SkyHelpTeam Pathetic you can't find out what is wrong with the mast in SE England that means I can't make texts or calls or barely use mobile web. Nor provide compensation. What sort of crap deal did you strike with O2 who runs the mast?
