    @SkyHelpTeam My subscription was entertainment, movies & sports. It was due for renewal this month. I asked for them to cancel the above but I still have sky broadband. My last payment for tv is mid March they didn't say when the channels cut off.

    @SkyUK hi I’ve just installed sky Broadband and it is active. All devices are connecting fine apart from my Amazon echo dot, this isn’t connecting and I’ve spoken to @amazon who advised to speak to the provider. Please help ASAP!

    @robmwhite @premierleague @SkySports Probably longer. I’m only a short tube journey away, and I walk the rest of it (if I go to Holloway Road I have to go out to home back in) so I just go to Archway and either bus it or walk. Bus is pointless as traffic is terrible.

    @SkyHelpTeam Why aren’t you doing this for me ? I have limited access using my mobile in poor reception area. I’m the customer! This is a problem created between openreach and yourselves. Totally unhelpful how on earth do I find the broadband team contact details without internet access.

    @rdhamu @SkyHelpTeam I only switched to Sky mobile in Oct as I left their TV service & was told because I was a Diamond VIP I would lose this, so I switched my mobile, you know, because of the instant call answering etc. 🙄 Over an hour wait time. Wish I had stayed with EE - was with them 20 years!
