@SkySports Do it, don’t do it it matters not tbf. You’re highlighting a problem we already know exists yet, 99% of the players don’t actually do anything to fix the problem. Social media blackouts last a day but they come right back…

@SkyHelpTeam my internet has gone down in the NG9 area. It’s saying no known issues but can’t connect and tummy sky Q is saying the same. Can you help please. Already done the trouble shooting and line tests. Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam I keep getting message ‘we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ - I can’t get in to manage my account, this has been happening on and off for weeks. I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

@SkyHelpTeam When I can get internet on my device the line test usually comes up fine. The problem is is that half the time some of the devices in the house can connect and half the devices can’t. It’s been like this since I renewed my subscription at Christmas and it’s beyond a joke!

@SkyHelpTeam I have tried this and the support engineer said it needs BT intervention which he would arrange. He also said he would follow up yesterday. Asking me to go to your help section doesn’t really fix the problem as there is a physical issue with the hardware, according to sky support
