I’ve got @SkyUK threatening me with charges if I don’t pay them next month. I’ve been trying to cancel since 25/3/20, 2 emails cancelling my contract, 2 promised call backs which never happened and 3 attempts over messenger. I’ve done my bit, time for them to sort it...

@SkyHelpTeam It is working intermittantly, not very responsive. Have changed batteries but still slow or buttons not working. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

@ahammersfan @SkyHelpTeam I watched a guy do a review and the TV kept black screening him and the ui was so slow. I get the concept of it and it would be useful to some I've had sky q since it was launched and my hard drive failed and they just replaced no questions asked and no charges.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. I am at a complete loss. I cannot get my Android to work in Rome. Emergency calls only. I rely on hotel WiFi to contact people. Your instructions to click on Airplane mode cuts out WiFi so I can't follow the rest of the instructions. Really struggling 😔
