    @SkyHelpTeam my phone appears to be able to make or receive any calls, I’m in Derby & have checked the online coverage checker which shows no issues. I can see that there’s lots of reports of an outage throughout the UK. Please fix ASAP as I’m chasing an insurance repair

    By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

    @SkyHelpTeam I already have and was told that I needed to pay for an extra £5 a month for a "Booster", which essentially guarantees the level of service that I should be getting at the first place, before paying the £5 a month! Which is utter #nonsense.

    @AngelaHaggerty @SkyHelpTeam Just had a call saying they were monitoring internet, and noticed we had 'performance issues'. I told them my connection was fine, and I have no problems. They then told me if it wasnt resolved, my internet connection is going to be removed.
