  @SkyUK I can only go on my own experience of the pucks constantly freezing and losing the PW and having to retype it again and again. Picture freeze during the ****** of a program adds to the irony. Yes, I like the TV and sound but SkyQ NEVER had these issues and you got to record, too.

Sky keeps telling me to go through a certain sequence and I have to tell them that the options they say to choose don't even display. "Oh, that's going to be a SW fix", but good luck on getting a date.

  @jasonbannan1 @SkyUK You have to telephone them to cancel. Sky Movies is a premium channel so you will have to pay a penalty charge. I tried after 3 months and was told that I would have to pay a £60 penalty.
