    @SkyHelpTeam I have just received notification of my next bill since changing my package and it is a lot more than I was advised it would be during the call. Also the future bill amounts are more than advised. Please contact me to sort or else just cancel my whole subscription.

    Footballers to be asked to take pay cuts is utterly ridiculous, why do football clubs treat them so differently to normal employees of any business. Put money on it that they didn’t ask their other staff to take a cut! Furlough them like everyone else #bbcsport #skysports

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi That is the issue Conxn drops speed check via Edge browser thinkbroadband shows 10-15 Mbps instead of 90-100 More checks & it slowly rises back. speed check directly off modem Sky diagnostics then show speed at master switch 100+ Checked sky friend near by facing same issue

    @SkyHelpTeam I've had two ends of the scale after moving home the good stuff was Matt who installed Sky TV for me today and was great from start to finish. The bad is the broadband engineer not turning up and having to wait 2 weeks for another one whilst I wfh with no internet

    So @SkyUK q box broke down same prob 4th time no sky all-day 2nd time this week got it working can't get an engineer till 7th then broke down again within the hour back to sky no help whatsoever no replacement boxes now looking for alternative to sky
