    That @lionsofficial tour was dire. Awful rugby, awful refereeing, just 3 games of scrap. Not much for either side to be proud of. Currently resenting the extortionate @SkySports fees. Well done @WillGreenwood and colleagues for trying to make it sound interesting. Wasn't though.

    @SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

    @SkyHelpTeam I will be phoning in the morning because I shouldn’t be paying for a service I can’t use for my TV. And my personal hotspot on my phone has better speed than my broadband.

    So unimpressed with @SkyHelpTeam. I’ve been without signal for nearly a week, have to wait another week and a half fir an engineer to come out. Wish I had never gone with sky for my TV & broadband. Signal strength is also crap.

    Rubbish set up service from @skyuk. Promised smooth transition on Thursday -anything but! No WiFi - hopeless when working from home- Sky TV not working. No engineer available til next week.. not impressed.

    @SkyHelpTeam I think you need some updated info. I am on hold now to sky and tests have been run and there is an issue apparently but now I’m waiting to speak to someone as it’s clearly not just my box and it’s actually sky ... please can you get some updated info?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky, I am experiencing connectivity issues with Sky Broadband at the moment. Are you aware of any immediate line faults in the Manchester area? Router rebooted access to sites (I.e Google Search) are unavailable suggesting DNS responses are down. Thanks.

    @charlotte21anne @SkyHelpTeam Same here in Durham. Lots of connection issues and unable to run tests via the app or website. Lots of comments on external down detection websites so it looks like Sky Broadband is having widespread issues. Can you confirm @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband in ME2 1 is not working. I’ve tried to run tests but can’t connect to your website or the internet!! And yes I’ve cleared my cache and switched off and on etc etc etc etc

    @SkyHelpTeam I will add my pennies worth, for the last hour or so the service is very slow at getting to web sites, if you do a speedcheck it's fine but lots of sites seem to time out. go to facebook or twitter and pictures wont load kind of thing.
