    @SkyHelpTeam I'm very irritated by your terrible service. Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

    Really quite unimpressed with @SkyUK’s customer service. Opaque billing systems that confuse agents has meant a I’ve had to spent another hour sorting out their own mistakes to avoid a sizeable bill. Make sure you double check their paperwork in future! #customerservicefail

    @SkySportsPL @SkySports Yes, a yellow for Son breaking down play. Gomes is knocked off balance and collides in to Aurier. Aurier is not at fault. (Ps I don’t support either team #nobias )

    Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called on Saturday to advise I'm moving house on the 23rd. I got home yesterday to find my broadband prematurely disconnected by you! And as I made the mistake of my phone network being @EE I have no data either! Egregious mistake by you guys

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok thanks we were told he was coming today and he would call and neither happened. So mixed messages from several different call centre agents. Not to worry I'm sure we'll come to a resolution tomorrow and that resolution will be us switching to a more competent provider.

    Absolutely ridiculous service from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam - installed on the 9th November but nothing working till the 19th November!!! Paying for 100s of channels but receiving only 5 in that time!!

    @NovemberHoney1 @Apple @SamsungMobile @EE @SkyUK @VodafoneGroup I try not to be in fairness depends how much time I’ve got on my hands lol and I have more than one phone so work phone tends to get used during the day mostly but if I’m somewhere with low signal battery dies well quick.

    @virginmedia so, having been on hold for 25 minutes, then cut off, called back on hold for a further 15 minutes... cut off again. Your customer service is atrocious... I can hear @SkyHelpTeam beckoning... they were crap, but they were never this shit.

    @AppleSupport @SkyUK I don’t know about you but in the Uk but I am sick and tired of APPLE informing me that I have a router from Sky That is not Using WAP3 and they Apple will not permit to load up content emails etc. I phoned Apple In Uk They spent an hour on my IOS15 problem

    What broadband do you recommend in the UK? I’m leaving @SkyUK Worst service ever! Two weeks waiting to install and they cancel one day before because a mistake they made with address. Agent was rude and clearly doesn’t care that I need internet to work. One more week waiting? No!

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I live in NE23 and I am into day 3 of no internet. After 3 conversations o finally got someone to tell me the truth that there is an outage and it is with Sky, not me!! Yous nearly had me fooled. I am in the process of upgrading my broadband and I will cancel.

    @SkyHelpTeam . My q mini box in my room keeps saying no satellite signal . I've tried resetting both boxes and WiFi but doesn't work . Living room 1 works OK. Any advice?
