    @SkyHelpTeam I've had on & off problems with my sky broadband today currently cannot connect both sky q main & mini box to internet follwed all guides online and cannot call anyone as im not in one of the crictical cats, is there a number or someone I can speak to at sky please?

    Never had a problem with @SkyUK but when I’m out of contract and @virginmedia could give me a better deal, of course I am going to switch. What I don’t like is how unprofessional the sky agent was about the fact I was switching to Virgin ... NOT NEEDED 🤬

    Obviously @SkyUK ‘s slogan of “believe in better” doesn’t extend to their customer service: after asking to move the date of my installation next week, I expected maybe a couple of weeks’ wait, not October! Oh and I’ll still be charged for it as if it was installed this month?!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Dear help team. Was booked for tv and broadband install on 17/9/20 but neither service installed. Date for tv install now 21st October! No date given yet for broadband install. Please advise if I am under contract with you so I can consider options.

    @SkySports uefa “meritocracy” ..”for the fans” and then PSG and City break FFP rules… no problem! This is such hypocrisy. And why should the Clubs be punished by their own league? The idea of the super league had nothing to do with the domestic leagues. This was an issue with UEFA

    @SkyHelpTeam has there been any reports of problems with your DNS on your routers. Because I’ve had a lot of stupid faults on all my devices, I’ve had to change my DNS to make stuff work. And also not allowing us to change out DNS On the main router is wrong btw.

    @SkySports Yes more then enough, be clear I do not support the plans but they never actually intended to leave their domestic competitions, only the CL. The Premier League enforced their possible expulsion if they refused to play in a UEFA competition.
