    Hi @SkyHelpTeam can’t get hold of anyone to assist with a broadband problem, done the self diagnosis stuff which is helpfully telling us our broadband isn’t working....! We know that, can we speak to you please? The support we need is not online.

    @SkyHelpTeam Difficult to access a website when your internet goes down. Surely the onus should not be on the customer. Perhaps Sky could proactively provide some regular updates? Be good to know if it will be fixed tomorrow which will be day 6.

    @LeeNoble20 @SkySports And when they search for “take the knee” it’ll put them onto BLM and that’s nothing to shout about and support is it. The FA should have gone a different way like alonso is by pointing to the “no room” badge or the way rugby has the “tackle it” campaign
