    @SkyHelpTeam I just want to talk to someone. I've been in my new home for about 12 weeks. I know it's a mesh network issue and requires an engineer to come out and sort. This is what the chap said when he installed the B/B and Sky Q mini boxes. Fed UP with waiting on hold with no result.

    @SkyHelpTeam And this is the kind of asinine response I anticipated. I have completed all the checks advised on the help pages. It is nigh impossible to actually talk to someone so did all this first. I called as a last and only option, fully anticipating a poor outcome. 1 1/2 hours....

    @SkyHelpTeam Tried all of that over he past few weeks, spent 1hr a night holding on and still no resolution, any other idea’s? it’s quite evident that customer services staff are trained not to let u through to anyone above or have the authority to resolve issues like I am having.
