    @SkyHelpTeam I realise that sky don’t want you to cancel anything so that’s why they keep you waiting online for a loyalty expert for so far 1.45 hours. Was only going to cancel the tv #shambles #joke #shocking

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you. I did some tests and now see the issue is the wi-fi as the speed on my laptop connected to the ethernet is nearly 500Mbps! I can't physically move the hub to a central point in the house as the cables are so short. Do you provide WiFi boosters? Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam since I upgraded to fibre my internet is worse in the evenings and weekends. It's caused a massive argument in my family. Can we downgrade it back to when it was working? It's so slow I can't even run a speedtest. Of course the sky app says it's working (it's not).

    Between @ESPNFC & @SkySports pundits . I've heard Martinez is too short but has a great jump but can't jump. His distribution is poor but his left foot is sweet when he distributes . Miss times tackles but he only tackles well . Wtf give the guy some respect

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Claire, I seem now be having more problems with connectivity upstairs than before even after making sure they were both on same setting. Particularly GBNews which is highly disappointing. Even when I switch to other news channels it is the same. Not at all happy I’m afraid.

    @SkyHelpTeam hope your well are there any known issues with Sound on Sky Glass at the moment keep having to reset sound settings to default or it’s silent 🔇 can’t see a obvious reason as I use the built in speakers with no changes.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have had an on off service longer than what is being said, wonder when the service is up again if it confirms an issue or just says everything is fine when we know it has not been? Can't even log onto the service check pages or outage in your area on Sky, why?

    @SkyHelpTeam If your sky broadband has gone down change your dns settings to manual and 8.8.8.8 on each device and your internet will work again! Change back once they fixed it #skybroadband
