    @SkyHelpTeam Dear help team. Was booked for tv and broadband install on 17/9/20 but neither service installed. Date for tv install now 21st October! No date given yet for broadband install. Please advise if I am under contract with you so I can consider options.

    What a frustrating service @SkyUK After several calls for my TV / Internet not working, all that they can offer is an engineering visit on the 3rd Nov, this was first reported a week ago. Been told as I’m not in contract they suggest I look elsewhere for another service provider

    @SkyHelpTeam skygo on my laptop won’t open keeps giving me the black screen. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it. It was working fine a couple of hours ago... confined to room as shielding and now very bored! Please help #skygo #skytv #boredinthehouse

    @tbuckleythinks @SkySports Probably been one of the worst run clubs in the last 15 years in terms of financials, BUT they have always been spot on with giving people from all backgrounds a chance at all levels within the club. The statement released today was spot on, this is driven by that **** Murdoch

    July 31st: order new Sky package 2 months later: Sky installed 2 days later: Sky wipe the signal while trying to fix a catch-up TV issue then tell me I have to wait until 7 more days to get it fixed, oh and pay for it. “Believe in better?” Can’t really do any worse @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Honestly, NO. That is not the quickest way to deal with Sky Apps because it did not give me any results. Sky is purposefully not streaming HD through SkyGo. And before you comment about my internet speed, I guarantee it is 10x faster than what Sky Broadband does. Fix it!

    @SkyHelpTeam @jackhammer883 that link doesn't let you book an engineer, not directly. I have been through the help guide 4 times, plus the virtual assistant. They just send you in a loop around the help guide/support to prevent you speaking to any one or you logging a real fault! I'm raising a complaint!
