Well done @SkyUK phoned Saturday for assistance because my PC wouldn't log on to your broadband but my iPhone did. To be told it's an 'external fault'. I knew it wouldn't be the case and had no internet over the weekend till I realised what the issue was this morning!

@SkyHelpTeam It's not that it's an inconvenience its the fact you never get notified of either the works or the outage! I'm not really annoyed that its happened I'm frustrated that when it does happen no one has the decency to say anything. We have to enquire!

@SkyHelpTeam I've tried numerous cables, also expensive cables even though they're all the same digital signal and all give the same result. When I watch HDR content via the Disney, Prime and Netflix apps on the Samsung smart TV the picture quality is brilliant 2 / 2

@SkyHelpTeam What peeves me even more. We just looked what it would cost us as a brand new customer starting today. It’s less than four pounds more than we’re paying now and you’d have to send out new equipment for that. It’s ripping loyal customers off. @Ofcom
