@SkyHelpTeam since I upgraded to fibre my internet is worse in the evenings and weekends. It's caused a massive argument in my family. Can we downgrade it back to when it was working? It's so slow I can't even run a speedtest. Of course the sky app says it's working (it's not).

@WestminsterWAG @SkyUK Could it be interference with other WiFi networks? Have you tried using the ethernet connection? Also additional WiFi points around the house help too.
