    @SkyHelpTeam Dear help team. Was booked for tv and broadband install on 17/9/20 but neither service installed. Date for tv install now 21st October! No date given yet for broadband install. Please advise if I am under contract with you so I can consider options.

    Obviously @SkyUK ‘s slogan of “believe in better” doesn’t extend to their customer service: after asking to move the date of my installation next week, I expected maybe a couple of weeks’ wait, not October! Oh and I’ll still be charged for it as if it was installed this month?!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Not sure what the point in having a full year warranty then ! Insurance would not normally be bought until after warranty has finished .. poor form indeed for someone who has been with you over 20 years .. I moved all phones over to you in good faith over the last year

    July 31st: order new Sky package 2 months later: Sky installed 2 days later: Sky wipe the signal while trying to fix a catch-up TV issue then tell me I have to wait until 7 more days to get it fixed, oh and pay for it. “Believe in better?” Can’t really do any worse @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam No but the repair needed Cos screen is green . U won’t repair cos their is a small crack incorner phone which has NOTHING to do with fault itself .. that’s the issue

    @SkyHelpTeam @nthlondonhippy You must have an update though - what’s the problem, what went wrong, are your team trying to fix it, how long does it usually take. You’ve left all of your customers in the north of the country’s biggest city without WiFi. It’s baffling. Where can we make a complaint?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I'm fantastic thankyou. I'm sick of paying good money for "fast" broadband yet it can struggle to play a video on Netflix some evenings. Yes I have done all the checks, had engineers out. Very poor speeds for a lot of money. Thanks
