    @SkyHelpTeam you have text me to tell me that my email has been blocked due to a security concern and to login to change my password. When I try it gives me a phone number to call, when I call the number it tells me I will apparently be on hold for an hour! 😱😱

    .@virginmedia £75 a month and you can't provide any Internet, phone line nor television. Nearly 12 hours and counting.... Never had this problem with @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam It's quite simple really. I have sent a message to you on your mysky app and if Sky is not working by COB Monday, you can collect your boxes on my pavement. Skyq makes Lotus notes look good!

    @SkyHelpTeam The issue isnt getting it installed, the issue is still getting it fixed! I've been paying for a service for the last 6 weeks yet havent had SKY since 10 August!

    @SkyHelpTeam you’ve apparently blocked my e mail account due to a security concern, your text tells me to login and change my password. When I try to login it tells me there is a problem and to call a number... percent tells me that I will be on hold for an hour!! 😱😱...

    @SkyHelpTeam Offered sky vip diamond due to being a customer of 20 odd years. Being a diamond vip it said that I could get Sky Go Extra for free. Duly accepted then get and email saying I will be charged after offer ends.Bit scammy if so & shite way to treat long term customers.

Then on hold waiting for the loyalty team adviser to say hello and help us. Yup, you've guessed it, absolutely nothing and oh, they close at 7.30pm. #believeinbetter

    @SkyHelpTeam hello I need some help as I have a issue with my sky glass tv as the tv won't power up at all with the red led power button have to wait for 10 minutes to be able to watch tv and sometimes when I put it into standby the power led light disappeared

    @SkyHelpTeam Nicole ill be honest with you, it's the same problem every night for the last few nights. My sky package ends in a few days and is not up for renewal so I'm assuming it's just you guys having the last laugh

    @SkyHelpTeam Honestly, I dont know lol. Engineer last week said mini boxes need to be hard wired to remove strain on the wifi + booster installed for Wi-Fi signal as mini boxes would no longer provide wifi mesh system. Engineer came today and said all is well and removed booster and hard wire
