@SkyHelpTeam Not sure what the point in having a full year warranty then ! Insurance would not normally be bought until after warranty has finished .. poor form indeed for someone who has been with you over 20 years .. I moved all phones over to you in good faith over the last year

@SkyHelpTeam poor service today -im a premium customer -3 mobiles w/u & sky prem customer spending over £200/month . My phone is broke & despite having had it less than a year I’m told not covered on warranty u expect me to pay £400 to repair WTF /it cost less to replace 🤬🤬

@SkyHelpTeam this is the second time this has happened. My internet was down for over 24 hours. I reset the box 3 times and still wouldn’t work. I’ve managed to get it to work again but I’m tired of paying so much money for internet that goes down like this
