July 31st: order new Sky package 2 months later: Sky installed 2 days later: Sky wipe the signal while trying to fix a catch-up TV issue then tell me I have to wait until 7 more days to get it fixed, oh and pay for it. “Believe in better?” Can’t really do any worse @SkyHelpTeam

Obviously @SkyUK ‘s slogan of “believe in better” doesn’t extend to their customer service: after asking to move the date of my installation next week, I expected maybe a couple of weeks’ wait, not October! Oh and I’ll still be charged for it as if it was installed this month?!!

@SkyUK I have the 55inxh and while the picture abs sound is good you can’t use the HDMI connection with any games console, DVD player etc as you only get pic and no sound (apparently this is a know fault but no answer when sky will fix it )

@prispott @SkyUK The TV itself has Dolby Atmos and HDR enabled. For a viewing service to be available for people who are unable to get Sky Q due to living in an MDU or simply don’t want a dish attached to their house (there are a lot of people who hate this) it is a fantastic idea

@Ricky_Dawn @prispott @SkyUK Sky Q goes down when the internet goes down even if you have a dish. The advantage of the dish is that you can use it for freesat if you leave sky.

@SkyHelpTeam had Q installed yesterday and so far not great. Try to download episodes and it glitches, no option to set a reminder for a program only record, using remote to scroll through listings seems reversed - scroll up through listings you have to use down arrow? And….
