Opaque billing systems that confuse agents has meant a I’ve had to spent another hour sorting out their own mistakes to avoid a sizeable bill. No help on phone apart from offering an appointment on 14th Feb - this is shocking service.

To be told it's an 'external fault'. I knew it wouldn't be the case and had no internet over the weekend till I realised what the issue was this morning!

If that was cricket, for the goal (wicket) to be overruled there would have needed to be daylight between attacker and defender (Ball & Wicket)

Did a quick check and @ecotricity is about £20 a month more than the average - which isn’t bad for renewable power, good customer service and no early exit fee
