    Pathetic customer support and help from @SkyUK broadband - activated almost a week ago and still struggling to get internet connection - everytime the customer support just reads out a same generic script involving turning the router on and off - unbelievable

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Claire, I seem now be having more problems with connectivity upstairs than before even after making sure they were both on same setting. Particularly GBNews which is highly disappointing. Even when I switch to other news channels it is the same. Not at all happy I’m afraid.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, our wifi isn’t working. Even after resetting the box the “internet” light is blank and my partner is trying to work from home. Any ideas of what we can do or if this is a known issue? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes several times. Also have had no signal since yday afternoon I’ve tried all steps and would actually like to speak to a human on phone but all I get is automated questions etc

    Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam is there any ownership at all for broadband outage issues and when it will be resolved? Currently paying for broadband & multiroom that doesn’t work & then data on top? That can’t be customer service???

    @SkyHelpTeam been having problems with both my Sky Q Mini Boxes, cannot watch any recordings and cant access most channels from 105 onwards, have done a master reset but makes no difference, broadband is fine, wi-fi is fine, software version up to date, i’m so upset, bin next 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam issues with my sky mobile? Can’t send or receive texts? Can’t ring out and nobody can ring me? But got full 4G apparently and I’ve checked my coverage checker and it says everything is fine but I know multiple people are having these issues

    @SkyHelpTeam Pathetic you can't find out what is wrong with the mast in SE England that means I can't make texts or calls or barely use mobile web. Nor provide compensation. What sort of crap deal did you strike with O2 who runs the mast?
