Now without appointment we have an engineer coming around to fix it despite the issue being out if our home & it needing social distancing. Be nice to ring to make an appointment at least. My Sky ID is connected to when I was customer with you 8 years ago so can’t do anything now I’m a new customer again and this month my bill is double what it usually is for no reason.
