@SkyUK really need to make their Sky Q platform work with @BT broadband. The mesh network clash means I’ve had to disable my 5GHz range on BT. Changing channels doesn’t fix the issue. Really frustrating.

So, I called Sky. Two things, remove a channel that I no longer watch. Cancel SIM card in my iPad, I only use Wi-fi. I received 11 (eleven) emails! Is this what they call #confusion #marketing. @skytv @SkyUK

@AislinnClarke @SkyUK Go to the Ombusdsman. It was the only way I got an issue solved to my satisfaction a couple of years ago. Sky really are atrocious at customer service unless you are going to upgrade your psckage or extend your contract.
