    Was due to have @SkyUK out today to upgrade our broadband, had to cancel due to covid in the house. This morning we have had 3 scam calls claiming to be sky from three different numbers. Is there a serious GDPR breach I need to be concerned about? @SkyHelpTeam

    @terrifoggin @SkyHelpTeam We had this nonsense for 4 years until the main Q box died completely. That was enough to push us over the edge and quit sky after 12 years. Terrible product and even worse CS.

    Oi @SkyUK fancy actually providing with any of your services today? Have had no internet (meaning my dad couldn’t work at all today) and the Sky Q and mini boxes keep freezing / disconnecting. Don’t refer me to your help page as I’ve done everything on there several times over.😡

    @nicurro @skytv @SkyHelpTeam SkyQ never worked as advertised ever.. In all the years we had it. Recently dumped it when the main box died completely and Sky refused to just send out a replacement instead told us we would have to wait weeks for an engineer to come out. Left sky after 13 years.

    @SkyUK disgraceful service - customer for 25 years plus - last 8 years no wifi in 4 rooms - continuous loss of signal - no full use of recordable boxes - recently visited by engineer - no help - half the speed - and now a big leaving bill !!! JOKE !

    @OpenreachHelp 24 hours have now passed and nobody from @SkyHelpTeam or @OpenreachHelp have given me any explanation or update as to why I still have no fibre broadband after our “installation” yesterday. Not to mention the material damage done to my property yesterday.

    I believe the ball went out however #var and #PremierLeague are now frantically sorting it so this never happens to Man Utd themselves in a game, and not surprisingly @SkySports haven’t done a Hawkeye type angle and only show the behind goal views which only prove so much

    @SkySports Another example of why VAR doesn't help the game. It's no penalty. Free kick at best. The coming together happens outside the box, Jamie & Freddie made it perfectly clear. Refereering isn't easy but there needs to be more common sense.

    @SkyUK very disappointed that Sky thinks it’s acceptable to tell someone they have to wait 3-5 days to@know when they are able to fix a loss of service - while working from home this is causing potential loss of income and/ or increase in cost for alternative solution

    @SkyUK I have followed every instruction to get Discovery+ and get to a screen that tells you to enter a number into your smart device but neither the discovery+ nor the Sky app gives me anywhere to enter this number. Please help

    @SkyHelpTeam your service has been poor over the last few weeks dropping in and out but the last few days it’s been awful Ka6 area trying to book an engineer online not working. Checker flips from seeing a problem to no problem, now says there’s an outage. Really poor service atm

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve recently purchased sky fibre broadband, upgrading from copper. But it’s ****. It’s been mega laggy and tonight it’s decided to stop working. And as I’ve moved from being *** ***** from regular sky to the sky steam, I now have a tv that’s useless.Fix my broadband
