Had #skyq for 4 months now , it has frozen everyday 2-3 times a day, ive rebooted it updated the software and taken it back to factory settings @SkyUK this shit is costing me £140 per month I’m going to cancel my subscription and throw the box out the window unless you help me

@benjamincfc_ @skytv @SkyHelpTeam His box has been getting a configuration message since yesterday - tried to reboot while I was on the phone. Tried taking the card out, none of it works.....box is still showing no picture but no message of no satellite signal

So according to @SkyUK advisors on the phone, they arent allowed to put phone down on you. Twice now they’ve put the phone down on me. Disgusting. Also my contract is nearing the end and youve put my up by £30. And told me they will see if they’ve any deals. I dont want a deal.

@SkyHelpTeam Yep. Then I called your guys and he said it was a BT problem if it was just channel 414/BT sports 2. Called BT my a/c is fine and they did some checks and it’s definitely a SKY/satellite problem. What now? I’ve missed an entire half of the game!
