@SkyUK I'm a gold member And still waiting for my refund more then 1 week know and the operators keep on saying its been refunded to my credit . Operators should listen to customer and not do what they won't

@SkyHelpTeam I connect it straight to the puck with the Ethernet cable and it can’t find a connection. Google support said something in the modem is blocking it and suggested bridge mode or DMZ but you’re saying it won’t support this??

@LollyFox12 @vitzpatel @SkyHelpTeam Is it with sky tv or the mobile side of it ? either way I'd be cancelling them as they have not been able to provide a service and I'd also make a complaint to the ombudsman as well, they will have to respond once they are involved. Good Luck

@SkyHelpTeam TBH I'm not good with technology I've had no problems with my messages until I wanted to communicate with @currys I had to use video chat for the 1st time.I just use normal texts or msg.I rarely use any other way to communicate.
