    @virginmedia I phoned up today to find out why I was paying £50 a month for internet when a new customer pays £35. I was basically told to accept it so I think I’ll look at moving to @SkyUK for £27 a month.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK just received this. As a “valued “ customer who has been with sky a long time I feel that this should be a free upgrade, not an extra £13 a month plus installation. I already pay sky more than enough, including mobiles and broadband.

    @dtoole764 @SkyUK Firstly they said they could fix it outside. Then needed access. Then they didn’t need access. Then they said it’s fixed and it isn’t. Now had to send picture of hub etc.

    @dtoole764 @SkyUK I live in a big block of flats and the box they need has lots of connections. What happens is openreach come and fiddle around for a new customer and end up knocking someone else off.

    @SkyUK so you lock my email without telling me, keeping me hanging on 40 minutes to resolve it and then hung up when I complained. You’ve lost me as a TV customer already and at this rate you’re going to lose me as a broadband customer too. #sky #poorservice

    @SpeedwayEuro Time to find a more reliable TV partner to showcase your events as @Eurosport seem to treat it with contempt as on more than one occasion they have cut in late and missed races. @SkySports or @btsport would be a better partner. #LetsMakeSpeedway

    This isn't a suck up to the BBC, but the slower more rigourous fact checking that they do is what the world's most expensive game deserves. Yes, sometimes it's very slow, sometimes SkySports are first to the party, but there's countless times that they've abused this influence.

    @SkyHelpTeam Law and order. The app doesn't list then in order as you can see but half the series are missing which really doesn't help. Surely someone has the capabilities at sky to run the programmes in order it's so frustrating. It's not just that series it's others too

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam My entire work day has been wrecked due to internet connection problems. It started off as just problems with my laptop, but now there's issues with SkyQ and accessing websites on e.g. my phone. Not the first time this has happened and I'm not happy at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm a Sky VIP customer, and with a Samsung phone with Sky. But all that happened to me was my Sky TV bill increased massively! Tried to get through on the phone to reduce my rate but was on hold for ages!

    @SkyHelpTeam Well first they tried to tell me my speed was fine which was stupid since I didn't ring sky to have a chat... They said that someone from their engineer team or something would be in touch and then they never contacted me.
