@SkyHelpTeam hi - our dish is currently ‘hidden’ by scaffolding but we’ve been able to watch recordings, Netflix etc via apps. These have now stopped and says we need satellite signal-won’t be for a few more weeks yet. Is this normal? Is there a max time the apps work w/o signal?

@mrhunt4 @SkyHelpTeam @TheRealSitts Yes The Apprentice, Start in Hendon then on Vic Embankment going the other way must be the PHVs , they do get it right when the contestant is sacked and at their most vulnerable/sad/Broken , they use a Licensed Taxi Driver to get them home

@SkyHelpTeam It’s utterly ludicrous. Custom lost because of the awful computer system. I want to purchase something from you and am trying to sign a contract but the computer system won’t allow it so I’ll have to go elsewhere and give my money to someone else. Absolutely crackers.

@SkyHelpTeam Not really, no! There has been an "issue" since Saturday. What is so annoying is there is NO communication from you. Even your call centre people don't know what is happening. Hundreds of households are affected and unable to work/home school😡 what is the "issue"??

@SkyHelpTeam I live in a flat my front room is about 6 metres from the router, It shows 2 bars constantly on my wifi signal, Netflix won’t load half the time, I can’t play any online gaming because it freezes and also disconnects from my Alexa because of poor connection.. awful!
