  @claudelittner @SkyUK Yep I hear you. Been with them 22 years. Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way. Doesn't even work properly all the time but they know best of a bad bunch round here!

  @SkyHelpTeam I don't have a Sky landlines 🙄. Why do I have to call at to cancel something ? I tried calling was on phone for an hour to be told it wasn't possible to cancel then getting transfered somewhere else. Obviously making it as difficult as possible. Still have service I don't want.

  @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam it’s now over 60 hours since our whole area lost broadband / landline services. Your “service status checker” still shows the generic message from 04:09am on Saturday morning. 60 hours, still no update, email, or ETA of when service is likely to be restored???

  @AlexJamesSport Disappointing to see @SkySports claim (no byline) that the under-soil 👀 heating *struggled to cope* when it was clear - visually and logically - that the issue was the speed at which the snow was landing on the pitch and stadium, and nothing to do with sub-surface temperatures.
