    @SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

    @SkyHelpTeam No, streaming to my TV, phone has two bars WiFi signal, TV has no internet connection - 6ft away, check internet settings on TV tells me it’s connected then not then is then not

    He said ‘is it the normal way?’ To which my partner replied ‘how would you spell my surname the “normal” way?’ He tutted and put the phone down again 🙄🙄🙄🙄 we are FED up with our current supplier and just want to switch to @SkyUK instead of them, we can’t fill in forms online

    @sihiggins1985 @SkyUK @netflix I’ve already called themThey couldn’t take it off my bill then had the audacity to ask to rate them over the phone out of 10. Not fair on the advisor, not fair to the customer to be asked in person on the spot!Said they couldn’t remove that fee or the equivalent amount off bill x

    @SkyHelpTeam really getting fed up with your crappy internet. Signal strength excellent download speed poor all other devices disconnected from the internet but can’t watch a film I bought from you on the sky store via my @NOWTV box. Gonna have to change broadband providers

    @SkyHelpTeam A second day of no internet.. This means 1. I cannot do my job as I’m WFH. 2. I cannot study/ revise for my uni exams next week. I’m wondering WHEN service will be resumed. I can see the connection box from my window and 2 different engineers (3x) visited yesterday.

    @SkyHelpTeam We stopped the uhd download and down loaded in hd, ( which still appeared slow, bug with less data to move was ok ) My non-sky broadband download speed was measuring over 350 Mbs at the time.

    When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

    @SJbrigante Toto was IN with F1 higher ups & FIA to deny Lewis the 8th title. He too didn't want Lewis to surpass Michael as he's been ill in bed since 2013. Ecclestone said it boldly in his Skysports interview that Lewis will never win the 8th title as "they're preserving Michael's legacy"

    @SkyUK Do not get an iPhone from Sky. Even a new phone will not be replaced if there’s a problem. I’ve spent 2 weeks and hours on the phone with no resolution. Without a phone for 2 weeks. Absolutely appalling customer service
