    @SkyHelpTeam really getting fed up with your crappy internet. Signal strength excellent download speed poor all other devices disconnected from the internet but can’t watch a film I bought from you on the sky store via my @NOWTV box. Gonna have to change broadband providers

    @OpenreachHelp hi I reported a problem on Monday lunchtime - we have no internet connection and it’s an external issue according to @SkyHelpTeam - when will someone arrive? I work from home and haven’t been able to do so for FIVE DAYS

    @SkySports what have you done to the #skysports app? Completely ruined what was a great app. Too slow, terrible user interface and difficult to navigate. What a poor customer experience. I am sure you can do better than that !! If you can’t - DM me ... can help make it better!

    @SkyHelpTeam Can’t get my broadband to link to the telly. Have got a new hub and set it up fine first of all, now it’s not linked and it won’t link help please. Since the new hub can’t even use my printer 😫

    @SkyUK i am disgusted at the service i have received. Spent 4 hours on phone 2day. Both myself & husband are both keyworkers with 2 small children. Left with no tv at all!! Been told by manager we won't have an engineer until 3rd Dec!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam The last 3 days or so I have had such rubbish connection with Sky broadband. Sky Q loses connection (wired), Xbox doesn’t connect (wired), and phones don’t do anything when using WiFi. Download and upload speeds are all over the place. Help?

    @SkySports The problem is that there is no system, you can't press with Ronaldo and mcfred can't dribble into the final third. our defence positioning has been terrible especially wan bissaka Bruno loses the ball to much playing fancy passes when sometimes he should keep possession. Ole out

    @SkyHelpTeam why is there no live chat option ?? I don’t want to talk to anyone on the phone I just want a sky Q mini box that actually works and not red light constantly!!! I’m paying £105 a month for part I cannot use!!! Issue since power cut 🤬
