Awful #CustomerService @SkyUK you managed to cut off my Sky. Engineer attended to update SkyQ,failed due to council regulations, told throw away Q card keep old one(3 months ago).Today viewing card error, as I had not installed new viewing card to Old system.3 days wait new card

@SkySports In the interviews I’ve seen of him discussing these issues in the last few weeks have to be honest, his facial expressions are rather odd. I know he’s not involved in people dying but lots of smiles like it’s almost slightly comical. Really weird.

Great service by @SkyHelpTeam called with an issue. Std response on first call didn't resolve issue. Called back, explained this has happened before and call handler sorted engineer for Tuesday. Couldn't ask for better service
