I always have an easy experience dealing with @SkyUK, but today I’ve been given the runaround for 45 mins on the customer services line. A billing issue that I was assured was resolved last month is still causing wastage of this much time. Nobody willing to step in & apologise 😞

@virginmedia our wifi drips out anything between 4 and 8 times a day. The app always says there are no issues. Getting pretty sick of it now. Looks like going back to @SkyUK is the only way.

@SkyUK Hi,had an engineer out a few weeks ago,the sky box was not working again a couple of days later,I now have no internet,I pay almost a £100 a month,shocking service after 15 years I will be looking elsewhere for broadband.

Staying at mums due to a family emergency and omg @SkyUK charging £60+ for 1mb/2mb speed and constantly drops out and screws the tv up.. great for a 70 and 77 year old! Getting rid of this as what she paying for?! Such a joke.. I pay less that that on virgin for 200mb included
