@SkyHelpTeam Offered sky vip diamond due to being a customer of 20 odd years. Being a diamond vip it said that I could get Sky Go Extra for free. Duly accepted then get and email saying I will be charged after offer ends.Bit scammy if so & shite way to treat long term customers.

@LauraBacon26 @SkyUK These 0844 numbers are connected to a normal landline too. I had similar with a help desk I had to call. Managed to Google alternative landline number for 0844&rest of number. Called the landline number I found and got connected exactly same robbing bastards
