@SkyHelpTeam Thank you. I did some tests and now see the issue is the wi-fi as the speed on my laptop connected to the ethernet is nearly 500Mbps! I can't physically move the hub to a central point in the house as the cables are so short. Do you provide WiFi boosters? Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam since I upgraded to fibre my internet is worse in the evenings and weekends. It's caused a massive argument in my family. Can we downgrade it back to when it was working? It's so slow I can't even run a speedtest. Of course the sky app says it's working (it's not).

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Claire, I seem now be having more problems with connectivity upstairs than before even after making sure they were both on same setting. Particularly GBNews which is highly disappointing. Even when I switch to other news channels it is the same. Not at all happy I’m afraid.

@SkySports trying to watch city v Leicester via Virgin, sign in everything works apart from pixelated screen and constant buffering and I have a steady 75m download and thus happens all the time! What's going on??? Virgin says it's your problem!
