To be told it's an 'external fault'. I knew it wouldn't be the case and had no internet over the weekend till I realised what the issue was this morning!

Then to be asked by an impatient call handler who I should suggest he puts me through to is ridiculous! Customer satisfaction POOR!

I’ve tried again and all they say is keep trying the link it will work at some point! This is ridiculous WHERE IS THE HELP!
