I did some tests and now see the issue is the wi-fi as the speed on my laptop connected to the ethernet is nearly 500Mbps! I can't physically move the hub to a central point in the house as the cables are so short. Do you provide WiFi boosters? Thanks.

Particularly GBNews which is highly disappointing. Even when I switch to other news channels it is the same. Not at all happy Iโm afraid.
