    Well done @SkyUK phoned Saturday for assistance because my PC wouldn't log on to your broadband but my iPhone did. To be told it's an 'external fault'. I knew it wouldn't be the case and had no internet over the weekend till I realised what the issue was this morning!

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusted by the service, due an engineer today to fit the tv package and now just been told can’t do today and re-scheduled for 25.02, not good enough in my opinion as this will mean over a month with no tv, want to cancel all subscriptions with you now

    @SkyUK, @SkyHelpTeam cancelling an engineer at 5.15pm and giving me a new engineer date of 17th Jan is poor customer service to say the least! Then to be asked by an impatient call handler who I should suggest he puts me through to is ridiculous! Customer satisfaction POOR!

    @SkyHelpTeam @McAfee ok so I just tried your suggestion and it’s a Sky number which I’ve called numerous times over the past 2 weeks! I’ve tried again and all they say is keep trying the link it will work at some point! This is ridiculous WHERE IS THE HELP!

    @westers123 Joking apart, they really need to sort the streaming issues out if they want it to catch on. If these games were available on @SkySports as well, I'd be watching Sky. No comparison - IMHO.

    Wow! Just received rubbish customer service from @SkyUK. A month ago I was told I was a VIP loyal customer and today after being let down on an installation a week ago with no communication since, I have been told I'm not important enough to speak to a customer service manager!

    @SkyHelpTeam what is the point of having the Recordings option on sky go when I need to be on the SAME network as sky Q to watch them? If I’m at home I would have absolutely no need to be sitting on my sky go app when I can watch through any of my multiscreen boxes! Useless😡

    More retired players need to exploit the media option not just trying to become managers. Some are so bad at it. You can tell Arteta 'll be good with analysing those big screens on skysports.
