    @SkyHelpTeam Morning, have renegotiated a new contract and have Netflix included. This was included on old contract but now @NetflixUK have taken a months payment. Any chance you can sort your end, already spoken on phone but no help.

    @SkyHelpTeam 21 minutes into the championship play off game and guess what? Yes, you've guessed correctly. HDR has dropped out again. Had to come out and back in. A disgrace this issue still has not been resolved.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and they try and fob you off. You only have to look online and it's plastered everywhere. Your own sky forums have pages and pages dedicated to the problem. Customers raising the issue.

    @SkyUK @skytv I've moved house and it says sky will be switched on next Saturday with an engineer but I have a dish on the house and the box is plugged in can yoh help it get switched on without a visit.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have had a call and an engineer is going to come fix the problem. Caroline was brilliant at helping! It hasn’t sent through the message to give her feedback but she was fab!

    @SkyHelpTeam Did so, got an automated message that if I was having a problem with broadband, I'd get a text when it is fixed. Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.

    Today marks one week without internet at home - one week since @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam promised it would take 'two working days' to fix and it was an @OpenreachHelp issue. Still no date for fix, still paying £20 a month for sweet fa, still the stress of being unable to work properly

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I struggle with WiFi in some areas of the home. Ive followed all the help guides to no avail including moving the router etc to little improvement and find myself having to switch to data frequently. I’ve seen there’s a new router - how can I get this?

    @openreach He was run ragged by @SkyUK's stupid phone support people telling him to press the WPS button when if they had just asked him what lights were on on the Fibre modem they would have INSTANTLY known it was the line. NOT IMPRESSED.
