@SkyHelpTeam where do I stand on my Broadband package. I am not getting the guaranteed speeds. You gave me the option to cancel but time limited me to 30 days. Now I cannot get hold of anybody on phone, email or chat to discuss this. Other providers promising better speeds.

A @SkyUK VIP customer for 13 yrs, contract due for renewal, new cost £27.50 a mth more, phone to look at options best is £19.50 a mth more than I pay now, same package is less with virgin, said I would prob go to virgin & basically told ok let us know if you want to cancel. VIP?!
