    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam in the last 2 hours internet has dropped 3 times again, I did a line test and says to call you as there are problems, can this please be looked into as this is beyond a joke now

    @sonnydniro @SkySports Silly really. Liverpool shd b champs we know but all they care abt is crowing them & not losing money. 27k lives & rising don’t matter. There has to be cut off point to restart n end the season, if not cancel d damn thing. Give them d title if u have to n sack off d season

    Has anyone else have @skytv @SkyHelpTeam not accept the convid-19 has affected your income and they spoken to a manger who said (with smelly ***** and **** attitude) “that the price increase email was sent out on the 11tb of March 2020. So I can’t help you” disgusting company.

    Sad that we had to leave, go to @SkyUK - was worse. clearly focused on sales and NOT Service. All the engineers from @virginmedia & @SkyUK were really nice people, but did not seem too technically skilled passed - replacing router, swirling in/off etc. Today’s guy new his stuff

    Has anyone face a bill increase & poor customer service from @SkyHelpTeam during this period. I’m aware I’m owed more than £300 pounds due to the poor broadband service since 2018/19

    @JayHayon66 @SkyHelpTeam It’s ridiculous I pay over £100 a month and when there’s issues I’m not allowed to call cause I’m not a key worker but I still have to work from home . And my job is actually supporting the NHS 😤

    Also @SkyUK and @virginmedia the engineer that solved the problem today is what customer service looks like - Gavin Wilson from @virginmedia get him to train your teams. We had at least 8 engineers over past 15 months between your services and this guy sorted it in 1 visit! 5*

    I hate @SkyUK so I call the phone help and the answer to my sky Q not connecting is to send a Ethernet cable which will take 5 working day’s... **** off I pay £120 a month and now I can’t use my sky mini boxes or get any on demand stuff @SkyHelpTeam you are ***************

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks I have been on those pages several times. It's the same issue, I go through all the rigmarole, it doesn't accept my answers it tells me to go online, then asks if that is all, I say 'No' then it points me back to the same pages. Just want to get through to talk

    In-depth application 4 #customerservice role @SkyUK Grt questions on customer scenarios but not knowing how co works & their focus (customer care/profit) I put what was best in customer care. Application then rejected for not matching co policy. Isn't that what training is for?

    @SkyHelpTeam looks like it's at investigation stage, so will leave it going there. I'm fairly certain it's external to me 'cos there's nothing we've changed at home in the last 24 hours... Mind you, road digging and flats, you never know who has pulled what out... ;)

    @benswanton2009 @SkyUK I rang them 2 weeks ago automated system told me to use online. I rang back and told the automated system I wanted to cancel and I soon got put through to a human. Told the advisor I was thinking about cancelling due to proximity errors and she put me through to tech support

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, and your online help steps do not help make the wifi better! The my sky app is pointless as it always says everything is amazing, even when the Ofcomm speed check says I am getting half what you state! Just update your router to something that can handle it!
