    Sky broadband has been down for Hammersmith and Fulham since 10:20 yet no update since 12:00 and no eta on repair fix. Utterly pathetic @SkyHelpTeam - Will be moving suppliers on Monday. Had enough.

    Defo going to join @Skyuk tomorrow had enough been a customer for over 10 years on top package and had nothing but shit for last 6 months. Told Virgin this they said Sky can offer 350mb fibre I said no good if you can’t connect to it in half your house

    @SkyHelpTeam I was promised compensation for loss off broadband, landline and TV for a week but the email your agent gave me just blocks any emails.. 20 years a loyal customer this is unacceptable. Do you have a legal department? Insurance department? Can you actually help??

    If anyone’s interested…I’m my experience worst companies for getting back to you and actually solving the issue @OVOEnergy and @SkyHelpTeam engineers booked then cancelled then can’t get through etc etc.
