@SkyUK can’t call you, because you’ve reduced your call centre can’t message you, because you don’t have live chat, DPD have returned new Sky Q Box because they tried to deliver, I was at work? How can I contact someone and not get stuck in a loop of FAQ’s and automated help?

Once again @SkyHelpTeam has screwed me over. When I cancelled BT sport in March cos of pandemic they said when I put it back it will be same price. Liars! Trying to charge extra £25 a month iso original £12. 45mins to be told by they dont give a **** @WhichUK @Ofcom

@SkyHelpTeam I'm trying to upgrade to sky q and can't do it through your interactive service as it's not working. Also when I try to do this online it's asking me to pay €155 even though it states that this is waived when upgrading with multiscreen.

@OpenreachHelp we are currently completely without internet in our house cos someone at OpenReach decided to cut our internet line. @SkyUK say that you've told them nothing can be done about it until Friday? Can I get some help as we have people WFH who can't do their job.
