    @PeabodyLDN really need to sort out our @SkyUK dish.. two weeks of no signal is really *************** now.. was told it should be sorted by the weekend and still the signal is dropping out all the time. Can't watch @gmb.. really annoying 😤

    @SkyUK terrible customer representative, instead of asking how they could help or explain why they could not help , started to tell me what to do , been a customer with sky for 18 years , just rude and abrupt, will leave sky

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there, I’ve noticed my WiFi has really slowed down over the last month or so –and I mean REALLY slowed down. It can no longer cope effectively with more than one device connected and I keep having to turn my WiFi on my iPhone off to refresh it. Help please.

    @SkyHelpTeam our sky q box refuses to download anything. It just says queuing then stops then queues. Done everything except factory reset. Any help would be great. Oh and our broadband is fine

    @ParamountPlusUK @SkyUK so further to earlier tweet it’s now appearing on SkyQ box but still not working eg Halo doesn’t (goes to above error) but Star Trek Discovery does. But can someone explain why only episodes 2, 3, 4, 8 & 9 of series 4 of Star Trek Discovery are there?

    @SkyHelpTeam I know you consider Sky+ a discontinued service but there's still people who unfortunately can't upgrade to Sky Q for one reason or another who you're now offering a limited service to. Given it's a QR code validation you could EASILY have hosted that in MySky for us.

    @SkyHelpTeam I ran test when it happened last night via my mobile over 4g using MySky App. Broadband failed the tests.after around 30 mins broadband came back. Obviously it was an.openreach problem or your routers. Other people in telford area were also reporting problems.
