Have had no internet (meaning my dad couldn’t work at all today) and the Sky Q and mini boxes keep freezing / disconnecting. I’ve tried switching them all off at the mains, reconnecting each mini box to the Main Q box & still nothing. I’m not in the mood for this @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam!
