@SkyHelpTeam Hello. I've been a customer for over 2 years. I was paying £47 a month for broadband and TV, then it went up to £54. I've just checked my account and my bill is due to go up to £66 in Nov and Dec. Why is there such a huge increase? Please could you look into this.

@MikScarlet @SkyUK Definitely used to years back at my folks place, bad weather would reduce various channels to static at worse, as living out in the sticks reception was weak. Now it’s fine as my folks can eyeball the transmitter across the valley!
