@SkyHelpTeam Have not even started contract and already under stress by you not doing what you assured would happen. Moving is stressful during a a pandemic and already you have let us down . Not impressed, 1 1/2 hours trying to sort only to be told I need to sort it myself.

@gavlongthorn @SkyHelpTeam The amount you pay has no bearing on wether you’ll experience a technical issue, no technology and infrastructure is 100% fault proof so get a grip, try the online troubleshooting steps and if they don’t work you can book an engineer online theres a good boy
