    @SkyHelpTeam our sky q box refuses to download anything. It just says queuing then stops then queues. Done everything except factory reset. Any help would be great. Oh and our broadband is fine

    @Peteonley1208 @SkyHelpTeam You should be ok….. no family member has and got it changed within a week as it was awful. It wouldn’t work for me even tho my internet is really fast 200mps - with the kids watching Netflix on their tvs, gaming etc it won’t work

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I’ve tried. Plus tried on multiple other devices and still not working and comes up with error message. Even wouldn’t work with live chat guy I was talking to but the phone numbers he gave me was for sky customers only. Please do you have a number to call for new customers?

    @PoorJonathon @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Jonathon. Problem is, I only went through that process with them around the beginning of the year and really had to fight with them to do anything. Was sort of happy with what I squeezed out of them and now they are doing this! ‘Platinum VIP’ as well 🙄
