@SkyHelpTeam I connect it straight to the puck with the Ethernet cable and it can’t find a connection. Google support said something in the modem is blocking it and suggested bridge mode or DMZ but you’re saying it won’t support this??

@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@SkyHelpTeam AS I HAVE SAID. I have down this and been through the tests. Movers all devices out the way etc. Speed is good for 30 seconds to a minute and then the whole speed is saturated. Why can’t I talk to someone about this??

@SkyHelpTeam Sorry but the My Sky App updates are nothing short of pathetic, as in its been on the same status all day. Natural assumption here is we will be automatically refunded for the loss of service here and won't need to go through manual steps to claim back
