@emma_wheatley @SkyUK Ours is exactly the same. Super slow and their solution is to upgrade to SkyQ... except we can't get fibre here and only have 1 tv so zero benefit.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m sorry but your customer service is terrible. Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? You charge people enough for your services.

@SkyHelpTeam I have tried phoning and messenger. Both hopeless. Surely it shouldn’t take an hour to attempt to speak to someone. This is an awful service. Funny enough they were very quick to get me through to someone to keep my contract.
