    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and it says service is operational however the internet has been dropping in and out all morning and a quick check of Twitter makes it pretty clear that many other people in Islington are having the same issue

    @SkyHelpTeam The engineer visiting my flat last year asked me to call SKY and have it changed since everything else was ok. It's a terrible service for someone that's been with sky for 5 years. Looking for a change now.

    @SkyHelpTeam I see a number of people are reporting an outage in north London again. I am one of them. Instead of telling us all to check your service checker website, could you get someone to fix it? It was 7 hours last Tues. It would be great to be slightly quicker this time.

    HONESTLY @SkyHelpTeam I’ve called now 15 times and yet I cannot get anyone to help me with my broadband activation. I’m now out of internet for 3 working days and have had to pay £45 bundle to work from home because I wasn’t expecting this delay.

    @SkyHelpTeam @LBHF really disappointed 5 months attempting to arrange access to the communal dish and no one in council or sky can help. £80 in phone calls. Today will be cancelling contract and asking for service charge to be amended as can’t use dish.

    Currently wondering if on demand is prioritised for Sky BB customers somehow? @SkyHelpTeam Since moving away from Sky BB the download speed for on demand is terrible despite getting 200MB+ from my new broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, connection test says “your connection has dropped”. It then says “Trying to Connect” and then “Restarting Hub”. Still not working unfortunately

    @skyhelpteam no internet from 11.20am today at G75 9LZ. All neighbours are the same (BT, Vodafone & Sky customers) so not an issue with my property. Service checker says everything is okay when it’s clearly not. Can you advise please? Thanks.
