@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@SkyHelpTeam Do you believe that's an exceptable answer? That I have to chase a service I pay for to find out if your fixing your issue, is this problem being fixed currently? If so what Is the approximate time frame?Also will my bill reflect the downtime this provider had given me?

@SkyHelpTeam Had no internet or phone line since Friday at 3pm 🙄 Engineer is booked for today 8am-1pm but when do we hear from them? Will they call or text with an ETA? And when will we get our compensation for total loss of service?
