  @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a terrible support experience and Sky said they would take care of everything and they didn’t do anything apart from take my money and open an account. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

  @SkyUK Disappointed, I had a 24 month contract at £24 a month fixed for two years (agreed in writing) then after 12 months you bumped the cost up to £27, so I complained via email and your response? You said sorry if I feel let down, but no offer to fix the problem. Appalling.
