    Was just about to leave @SkyUK as the broadband was too slow. They upgraded me to superfast broadband which should have been done by today and they have now advised that it will be another week. Great way to treat your customers #angry #skybroadband

    @SkyUK what rubbish. Attempting to cancel my subscription after years of poor TV signal and get the recorded message ‘we’re closed. Please call back between 8:30am and 8:00pm’... note that the time for this was at 7:50pm.

    @virginmedia Interesting when you get disconnected the moment you tell the agent the deal to stay with you as a loyal customer is way higher then new customers and £20 a month more than @SkyUK Especially when your charging me per minute to call you as you never fixed my landline

    Why is @SkyHelpTeam Broadband so poor. Every night there is a problem. Dont even bother with WiFi but can’t access Netflix and when I can it buffers. Costs a bomb too. Pony. Need a change.

    Interesting now #ScotsLouise from @SkyUK has broken news that my 88yrold aunt can’t get landline until the 17th March, even though order has now finally been placed, @SkyHelpTeam have gone very quiet! I’m sure @OfCom will want to know she will be without landline a whole month!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Ellie, it says speed is good and I am getting 54kb download speed. In reality, all my devices got disconnected 3 times in 4 hours and the speed is slow. The router started flashing orange light. This happens couple of times/day but today it hppnd in 4 hrs

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks - yes I am, but it was 36 hours with slow or no connection, very difficult when I work from home. No clarity from online help as to what the problem was or how it was being solved.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with the internet at L30? We had sky and open reach out last week as it kept dropping. Thought he’d fixed it and now it’s started again dropping every 5-10 minutes. I work from home and I keep disconnecting. Will it ever work properly?

    @SkyHelpTeam I've been having issues for months and have had 3 engineers out and a replacement router still not solved but it doesn't matter now as I've cancelled my Sky BB and going with another provider for FTTP can't wait
