Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

Been on the phone with @virginmedia the level of customer service is ridiculous. Been on the phone for over an hour explaining I received I call on Friday from them about upgrading my tv broadband and phone. However I explained @SkyUK we’re doing a amazing Black Friday deal.

@SkyHelpTeam morning. My sky installation and set up has been complete mess from the start on 21st May. Finally started working on 1st July now has stopped. Helpline closed for training! We are 70 +yrs this is ridiculous. Please fix it asap

@SkyHelpTeam Test is fine, speed is up and down - 10-28 generally. I keep getting server DNS not resolved but the connection is up. So, something is wrong on DNS - have already rebooted router as well.

@SkyHelpTeam Well it needs escalating if needed, there are elderly residents in this area that may not have mobile phones to fall back on. It must be exchange kit link or distribution box based otherwise ADSL would also be down.

@SkyHelpTeam hi, the last couple of days my sky q mini box won't work. The TV screen stays blank saying no signal. I've tried the reset button, which seems to give some connection with a 'hello' message on the TV, but then it all goes blank again.
