@SkyUK told engineer would call an hour before arriving and now told (after no phone call) that it is a customer no show as he visited abd didn’t call. Now need to wait two weeks and take another day off work!! Terrible service!!

@SkyHelpTeam so I spoke to someone at broadband who can only tell me there’s an outage in my area 5 days of not being able to work from home is not good they advised to contact Openreach they say speak to u, possible to get any answers on this issue! frustration is setting in.

Never been so angry after a phone call to @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam before. Not concerned about why I wanted to cancel my Broadband service at all. Just wanted to read marketing policies to me and try sell me a ******* phone contract. Then insisted I scired 10 on reviewing them! WTF!

@SkyHelpTeam Disappointed 😞 Brand new customer, only got my @skytv installed a week ago & already having technical issues. Now have to wait almost a month for the next available engineer slot! Not a great service so far.
