    @SkyHelpTeam I'm very irritated by your terrible service. Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

    Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok thanks we were told he was coming today and he would call and neither happened. So mixed messages from several different call centre agents. Not to worry I'm sure we'll come to a resolution tomorrow and that resolution will be us switching to a more competent provider.

    Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called on Saturday to advise I'm moving house on the 23rd. I got home yesterday to find my broadband prematurely disconnected by you! And as I made the mistake of my phone network being @EE I have no data either! Egregious mistake by you guys

    @SkyHelpTeam But nothing said when, what time, what day 2nd day without internet and no contact whatsoever from Sky or the engineer to tell us when we can expect them We also need to go out so we don’t even know if we are going to be in when your engineer calls This is disgraceful service

    @virginmedia I have been a customer for over 20 years (ntl bfore), I have had one replacement TV remote in that time, my current remote has now broken and you want to charge me £10 for a replacement. its your equipment that's broken. I fill ripped of, time for @SkyUK I think

    @SkyHelpTeam The Sky broadband and phone isn’t working in W11. Checked connection online and it keeps sending me round in circles to do the same tests. My neighbours is down too.
