    @SkyHelpTeam 3rd of JULY is the date we have been given. It has been down since FEBRUARY. This is an absolute joke. Your engineer is clearly taking advantage of the situation. You cut our neighbours telephone line, told my partner we “just need an upgrade”, blamed social distancing for today!

    @SkyHelpTeam I've tried that already, multiple times. Hence why I got to the end and was told to call you. To confirm there are no local issues, it's just my connection according to the tests on the link.

    @SkyUK really need to make their Sky Q platform work with @BT broadband. The mesh network clash means I’ve had to disable my 5GHz range on BT. Changing channels doesn’t fix the issue. Really frustrating.

    @SkyHelpTeam I spoke to a member of the team and we've overcome the issue. The problem I now have is that I was told that I could mirror programs from my sky go to my TV until the box arrives, but this isn't the case.

    @SkyHelpTeam Anyway, that’s the last I’ll say about it. I’ve cancelled my Direct Debit so the ball’s in your court. Suggest you send me a bill for whatever I might owe you; I’ll pay it then we can call it a day. I’ll never use any of your services again.

    @SkyHelpTeam we have to call & wait again. I don’t understand why your guy couldn’t ring the bell. I don’t understand why social distancing has been used as excuse. first world problems I know, but I have 3 small children to entertain/educate and sky tv would help. I’m sure I am still paying

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t accept. Until someone explains why a doorbell cannot be rung & why we have been left without service for 3 months (whilst paying) and why it’s ok to blame the inability to fix an external satellite dish on social distancing. I now have to wait until JULY! This is farcical

    @SkyUK Our dish has been down since STORM DENIS. The engineer finally turns up today, DOESN’T ring the bell but calls my partner who is working and leave a ridiculous voicemail about social distancing! The dish is outside! Don’t use this pandemic as an excuse #CustomerService

    @SkySports i've met quite a lot of people in tv, media etc. etc. & they all have the same thing in common. i think if you they live better, depression, or feeling down, would be less of an issue. who feels crap after going to the gym? noone. (just an observation).

    @SkySports Aston Martin are making themselves look as butthurt as Red Bull over this. Not only does the rule state how much fuel should be left it states how it will be collected. Regardless of how much they think was left it couldn't be collected: rule broken, penalty applied.
