    I’ve just come off the phone to @SkySports and @btsport both companies are not charging rental to sports clubs from 15/3/30 a real help @KentishFootie @SCEFLeague

    @SkyUK Stopping customers from cancelling sport’s subscription by not allowing u 2 cancel online and having to wait over an hour to speak to a member of staff, so u give up..disgusting

    Had #skyq for 4 months now , it has frozen everyday 2-3 times a day, ive rebooted it updated the software and taken it back to factory settings @SkyUK this shit is costing me £140 per month I’m going to cancel my subscription and throw the box out the window unless you help me

    @SkyUK what rubbish. Attempting to cancel my subscription after years of poor TV signal and get the recorded message ‘we’re closed. Please call back between 8:30am and 8:00pm’... note that the time for this was at 7:50pm.

    @DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.

They live & die by their subscriber figures.Seeing loads of folk cancel & run the risk of losing them to others wouldn’t be commercially smart.They’re best off acknowledging current situation & then making gesture to the current subscribers.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've decided to leave after 20 years being a customer - that's how bad Sky is now. The phone service is disgusting. Not even exaggerating at least 80% i speak to don't understand the English language are are extremely rude. I spoke to a manager and he kept speaking over me!

    @SkyUK sheer incompetence. Rang to cancel, Sky Cinema was added to my account without my consent, which is apparently my fault. Cancellations team acknowledged the error and removed it, promising no charge. A charge appeared on my account, complaints are ignoring my concerns!

    @SkyHelpTeam 1 hour later of arranging to make some changes to an existing service and countless advisors have been utterly useless. Welcome to Sky, we’ll make moving your home as difficult as we can! 🫠 Having worked in Cust Experience for 20+ that was very poor.
