  Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! 😖

  wouldn’t it be nice if your sky box just connnected to your sky broadband and didn’t have to reboot or ring every few months to sort it out😡😡😡. never mind the fact calling gives me major anxiety but can’t get it sorted any other way, SO ANNOYED. @SkyHelpTeam

  @SkyHelpTeam Good Morning, since last Saturday we’ve been having trouble with our main sky q box recordings. A programme will start recording and then one will fail due to technical fault and then I can’t record anything else until I reboot the box. Getting no hard disk error

  @SkyHelpTeam My parents are elderly customers with serious health conditions and you have cancelled their vital landline and BB without permission. They have NO mobile signal and need the phone for medical reasons. Your agent today just tried to sell fibre, no help. Safety risk
