@SkyHelpTeam No phone line - internet speed 6.7 this is a great tier 4 No phone calls not able to WFH or watch TV as can’t download a film or watch Netflix. Good job I like my own company and reading. Sick of your service

Awful #CustomerService @SkyUK you managed to cut off my Sky. Engineer attended to update SkyQ,failed due to council regulations, told throw away Q card keep old one(3 months ago).Today viewing card error, as I had not installed new viewing card to Old system.3 days wait new card

@SkyHelpTeam hi, BT Sport has just disappeared from my subscription. I just spent 30m to speak to someone in cust service who then transferred me to the Value Team - who aren’t working today! How can I get someone to speak to me about this without having to call and wait again?

@JAReveley @SkySports I worked in @WilliamHill and didn’t bet much. 2 years in to my employment I was an addict. Never got help and I had to quit. I’m still struggling 16 years on. These companies give zero ***** about our well-being as long as we spent as much as possible. I should sue them

@ElleInTheUK @SkySports So watching women kick the same ball isnt boring? How exactly? Womens football is not even close to the male game, generating less income also, but that's OK cos the mens success pays for it, so much for equality and not needing men to help, football isn't a slow game.
