@SkyHelpTeam I called again and asked for sky plus to be reinstalled. No answer yet. Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. I am very annoyed we pay for sky q and it’s unreliable used a lot of calories running up and down stairs resetting

@SkyUK downgraded my package and you've charged me £20 admin fees I wasn't told about and left a channel pack on I asked to be removed. So much for being a Diamond VIP customer, cancellation coming tomorrow.

@SkyHelpTeam It's not great though Matt, there aren't really any thorough updates on the website it just says there is a problem in the area. They should update us on what is currently going on. I had to cancel calls today due to working from home and having to use my mobile hotspot

@SkyHelpTeam @benage87 No internet all day since morning but no info at all, been checking service status all day which had green ticks saying no known issues untill click to test connection then said outage with button to check for updates back on status page with green ticks again no info at all
