    I hate @SkyUK so I call the phone help and the answer to my sky Q not connecting is to send a Ethernet cable which will take 5 working day’s... **** off I pay £120 a month and now I can’t use my sky mini boxes or get any on demand stuff @SkyHelpTeam you are ***************

    @JayHayon66 @SkyHelpTeam It’s ridiculous I pay over £100 a month and when there’s issues I’m not allowed to call cause I’m not a key worker but I still have to work from home . And my job is actually supporting the NHS 😤

    @SkyHelpTeam I've had multiple error messages on multiple screens. Some times when performing the test, sometimes when the test fails and it tries to re-direct me to the help page. Thus my frustration at being pointed to the tests and the help page.

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband service recently has been terrible, but really stepped it up today. Connection lasting no longer than 10 minutes meaning I can't work, or do much else with your services. I try to run the tests, but predictably they don't work either. Utterly useless.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I am now almost 3 weeks with no broadband, and despite 7 engineer visits and numerous telephone calls we are still no further forward. My 4G hotspot can no longer sustain the needs of my household and I want this problem escalated and addressed. Thank you

    @SkyHelpTeam Here’s a thought…. if they’re running late phone! My phone is one part of Sky that actually works right now. Have to say I’m surprised at how shockingly bad this situation has been dealt with and to think I was considering Sky Glass! Now considering moving to Virgin

    @SkyHelpTeam It wasn’t just me having issues, it seems the majority of the UK were. Oh the temptation to switch to another broadband supplier because we’ve had issue after issue being with sky over the years!
