@ThePhilTaylor @SkyHelpTeam It’s obviously designed to try and keep customers longer. They already make it difficult to cancel. I could understand if it was about covering equipment costs but I offered to buy kit outright in return for a 12 month contract and they still said no. So sticking to @FreeviewTV

Day25 of no internet. Today when I called @SkyHelpTeam they told me that despite three visits I do indeed have no broadband & @OpenreachHelp are waiting for planning permission to dig up the road! WTF!

@SkyHelpTeam It seems Sky are set up to easily enable new customers and upgrades but there is currently no viable help for existing customers. We have several issues 1) being overcharged or services based on current non sale prices 2) broadband nowhere near “guaranteed” level

@SkyHelpTeam Yes quite simply that the service drops from the router as the led indicates no internet. I run a mobile phone infrastructure installation and maintainable company and most certainly know the difference between incoming broadband and Wi-fi installation from a router to devices

@SkyHelpTeam Obligations and when I requested to speak with someone with more access on your system to at least book an engineer I was told that a manager would get back to me in 72 HOURS ... I wish to cancel my contract due to this breach but was told that would cost me £284 ....

@SkySports Still on this?! Players get injured, refs make bad decisions, that’s normal in football...what’s not normal is one incident being talked about 3 months later. Are refs revisiting all their errors, or only this Liverpool one?
