Horrific customer care by @SkyUK regarding broadband contract renewal. They claim their virtual assistant can be super useful but it's dumb as f***. Then I called them, waited 30 minutes, then got transferred multiple times and waited more before they said they can't help me.

@SkyUK hi. How do I ask for my signal to be boosted? For a few weeks now the picture on our TV breaks up &says there is no signal on all channels. Today I was dropped out for Zoom 3 times in 90 minutes!!! I check website and it says no issues in my area. Can someone help please?

Not fair on the advisor, not fair to the customer to be asked in person on the spot!Said they couldn’t remove that fee or the equivalent amount off bill x

@SkyHelpTeam Not good enough! This isn’t the price we agreed when I renewed my contract with you. You should honour the price that was agreed. I don’t really care for the reason. You will lose a lot of customers. I’ve been a customer for 9 years and that means nothing to you!

@SkyHelpTeam Moved into my 87 Yr old Mums home to care for her, she has dementia. Cannot connect to Internet..Test shows 4.2 mpbs. She apparently has the oldest, slowest router... she was about to be charged £50 a month for this. Apparently nothing can be done? Wtf? Really?

@SkyHelpTeam the service has been really poor over the past few days, paying the maximum price for just 50mbs, TV freezing, mini boxes dropping out, have the WiFi booster but nothing works. Really rubbish service. Waste of £95 per month.
