@SkyHelpTeam once again I cannot access my email from my phone or tablet. It last synced yesterday morning and won't accept my username and password even though I can get in to my messages via laptop. Same issue every few months since you moved to Yahoo. Please sort this out.

@ThePhilTaylor @SkyHelpTeam It’s obviously designed to try and keep customers longer. They already make it difficult to cancel. I could understand if it was about covering equipment costs but I offered to buy kit outright in return for a 12 month contract and they still said no. So sticking to @FreeviewTV

@Richtbiskitt @SkyUK .I realised just in time, and cancelled my order, when I realised (and they don’t tell you this!) that Sky Glass doesn’t support many third party channels so, if for example, you subscribe to RacingTV, you can’t get it on Sky Glass!
