    @SkyHelpTeam I believe all the test where done and the sky team member said it must be a technical issue - it started working briefly and he said it must be resolved but since then it has repeatedly dropped

    @skyhelpteam can you please confirm there’s a known broadband issue in G33 4PG please, last 24h we’re getting regular connection drops for a few mins at a time, affecting a number of hours (Sky and non sky) in our street.

    @SkyHelpTeam Appears to be an external line fault. Doesn’t help that we now have use sky phone data/lack of Sky on demand/Netflix/Amazon etc and no idea when the engineer will bother to go and fix it!!
