    @SkyHelpTeam Stop it! You don't care! Yr product is faulty. I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Stop blaming customers and fix it!

    That @lionsofficial tour was dire. Awful rugby, awful refereeing, just 3 games of scrap. Not much for either side to be proud of. Currently resenting the extortionate @SkySports fees. Well done @WillGreenwood and colleagues for trying to make it sound interesting. Wasn't though.

    @SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

    Just seen the details for #skysports and their UK #bundesliga deal - let’s just say it’s a bad one - no 2.30 games due to 3pm uk blanket ban - no 2.Bundesliga games apart from playoffs - no mention of highlights - I have to switch to sky sports something I said I will never do

    @currysplc upgraded phone at your invitation, got sent the wrong handset, spent this morning being passed from pillar to post, obstacles galore, given up, will have to make do or cancel, probably the latter which is a shame after 8 years as a loyal customer, @skyuk any offers?

    @SkyHelpTeam understand there is an issue with Sky Mobile today, but I've been having this issue for MONTHS now, regularly get people messaging saying my number is unavailable. New sim didn't help, also had new phone too. Any other suggestions or do I just need to leave?

    @SkyHelpTeam was on hold for nearly 3 hours and was cut off, trying to complain about my broadband speeds, was told the new broadband put in 10 days ago would sort the issues!!! I asked if would still need the booster they said no, now I’m told I need it which I sent back!!

    @SkyHelpTeam the WiFi you run as your fastest option is literally awful constantly loosing connection. Can’t watch the sky glass tv without this happening or plug in a booster without it loosing connection, play a game online without constant lag and nobody you send ever sorts it
