Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

She cannot receive or make calls on her landline, and she’s on the priority register as she has an alarm dependent on the landline. I was spoken to awfully by CS, who cut me off and shouted at me. Craig (@escapeveloxity) reportedAnyone having issues with @TalkTalk - their DNS servers appear to be the issue. I got back online by manually changing the DNS in my router's settings. I used 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 - mostly because they're the ones I know off the top of my head!
