@TalkTalk My 92 year old mother who lives alone has had no landline or internet or medic emergency line for 48 hours. You’ve cheerfully acknowledged the logged outage in an email that she (obvs) can’t access. When are you going to fix it?

Hi @TalkTalk. Could you please have a look at issues with network in Amersham area. The WiFi has been terrible since today morning and your online portal does not show any issues with the line. Talktalk dashboard isn't even loading right now and I am getting the speed of 5 Mbps

@TalkTalk I've had such a terrible experience with TalkTalk. I moved from Leicester last week. I have no phone,TV or internet. Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

Got a customer who is port-mapping Teradici connections through his firewall based on incoming IP; it's entirely secure, but @VirginMedia_TV's traffic shaping is killing those editors whereas BT, TalkTalk etc are fine. Time to implement VPN boxes to stop ISP packet-snooping...

@heytrixxie @TalkTalk Convenient, keep pestering, if they can't fix or meet their minimum guaranteed speed within 30 days sure they should allow penalty free exit. Never will I go with TalkTalk, does anyone actually recommend them?
