@TalkTalk My 92 year old mother who lives alone has had no landline or internet or medic emergency line for 48 hours. You’ve cheerfully acknowledged the logged outage in an email that she (obvs) can’t access. When are you going to fix it?

@TalkTalk I've had such a terrible experience with TalkTalk. I moved from Leicester last week. I have no phone,TV or internet. Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

TalkTalk’s connection tonight has been nothing but an absolute joke. Multiple outages within an hour as well as shoddy connection for the 20 minutes it actually was up. Company need to get their act together. If it was down to me we would of switched companies months ago.

Currently on the phone to @TalkTalk, using the number that I was given by their staff. Now told that, despite trying to cancel upgrade last week, that it is now “past the point of no return”, and that I cannot cancel. Waiting on hold to see what can be done. Hours of my time gone
