@TalkTalk dreadful service. Customer's are required to provide a month's notice to terminate. TalkTalk retains the Wi-Fi preventing new tenants from selecting their own provider😳

@TalkTalk This is getting funny, @TalkTalk . The engineer was booked for today in the morning. 4:13pm and no engineer, therefore no internet. Bad news for me is that I need to stay with you until November... But it seems any penalty will worth the change...

@TalkTalk dont go with them. You uograde after years of being a customer, an agent cancelled your account in error and they wont re activate immediately. No cctv on my dog now, when im on holiday and they say I need an engineer to visit. I was a customer 72hrs ago!!!

@thestud1990 @skytv Same. If you look on Sky Community under Sky Q or Sky +, are lots of people having the same problem. Common link appears to be that everyone has TalkTalk. Hopefully, it gets sorted out soon.
