Only when you're a @TalkTalk customer do you upgrade your package and pay more for a higher broadband speed, and then the speed goes down! And when you call up to find out why you are spoken down to by a rude 'customer services' adviser... TalkTalk you need to sort it out!

@TalkTalk The scam protection was the first thing I checked to make sure it hadn't been turned back on, it hadn't & it's still off. Teamviewer won't connect unless a VPN is used. AnyDesk won't connect to their network unless a VPN is used b4 opening after which it appears to stay connected

Internet has been down since 6 am, after numerous calls @TalkTalk reps say no solution, perhaps need to wait THREE DAYS (awful customer service), couldn’t do any work, & now no idea when it’s back on, @TalkTalk PLZ ADVISE!
