    @TalkTalk I still have no Internet. Been 6 hours now and not one person has responded to me. I tried calling customer service and they told me they can't help and will send an engineer at my cost..... but no answers.

    @TalkTalk hello.I am no longer a Talk Talk Customer. I would like confirmation that I am no longer being charged as of 16/11. Tried calling customer service but it asks me for Talk Talk landline. Don’t want to go on chat as it took 2 hours last time and they didn’t solve my issue

    @TalkTalk once more your service is down. What is happening now? This is awful, I can't wait to finish our contract. Can somebody please make this work ASAP? I am working from home and you are not reliable at all. I am so extremely disappointed, please help now.

    @TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

    @TalkTalkGroup 1 I am a new customer, set up tv box and router on Weds, couldn’t get several apps to play content all had their own error boxes. Online chat with talktalk for ages, nothing helped. I decided to do a factory settings tv box reset - now works but pushes on every

    @TalkTalk Disgusting is the only world to describe the way my 73 year old mother has been treated! Her service has gone down on so many occasions and has now been without service since 16/02/22, no tv, no mobile and of course no internet! Engineer never turns up when booked! 🤬😡

    @TalkTalk is it normal for employees to put the phone down and talk to colleagues rather than the customers when they phone needing help. Clearly they thought they'd muted themselves and were shocked when caught out. Horrendous service and nothing fixed! Still need help!

    Trying to set up to use @CityFibre with @TalkTalk - bitterly, bitterly disappointed so far. Help lines appear to be woefully understaffed, and when I do get through I’m fobbed off onto another never-ending queue.

    @TalkTalk My mothers details: Ms Suzanne Milroy, Flat 2 Perkins House, Cottage Grove, Southsea, PO5 1DU. It seems your very quick to take her money every month but she spends at least half of each month with no service. You should compensate her and provide a service that she has paid for!

    @WeAreOpenreach we had a powercut yesterday and our fibre to the premises line isn’t working. After speaking with talktalk they’ve informed us there’s a block on the line? my wife is an on call social worker and relies on wifi calling as no reception here - please help

    @TalkTalk just spoke to someone, was very rude and blunt, does not know why I have a issue and jumped to just arranging a engineer. Third time this year iv had a engineer. 😡

    TalkTalk are making a mockery of my brother’s death! 31 min phone call yesterday, then DMs “we are only here to help” with a link which shows “Oops you shouldn’t be seeing this” I just want to close an account and return their kit. Dreadful experience 😢😢
