@TalkTalk hi Computer bot. Do you support Oxford United on Saturday? Lines don’t optimise overnight.. the dynamic process may last 7-10 days. It is entirely unrelated to rain penetration issues. The DLM reset delivered results within 2 hours.. but rain caused line sync to drop..

@TalkTalk - my Talktalk webmail account has been hacked. When trying to reset the password online, I am unable to login to 'My Account' section which is weird as I can still see all my own emails and so can the hacker!! Clear breach of European data security regulation. Not good!

@TalkTalk Funny how you always say that you have replied by DM, just to make yourselves look good. All the DM says is to fill in a form with contact details, then you don’t get back. Or if you do, you do it just before closing time, then drop the issue.

@TalkTalk Oh, and the problem has been going on since January. My neighbours (half a mile away) have exactly the same problem. Two engineers have been, and have said that the problem is not within my house, and yet you keep asking about my sockets and router. JUST SORT THE LINE!
