    @TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

    Any advice how to possibly take legal action against @TalkTalk who so far makes it impossible to cancel a contract with them? Their agents tell me on the phone that they cancelled my contract but they don't do it. I've spent hours on the phone with them. #ConsumerRights

    This is a WARNING to anyone in the UK. Stay away from @TalkTalk We have been trying since December to cancel our broadband account and every time we are promised that it is cancelled we get billed again the next month.
