Terribly disappointed with the service from @TalkTalk. I am moving flats. Same building so a new contract of 24 months & a £5 increase. If I leave they will charge me £60. If I want to keep my current package I have to pay £60 installation. New package nets them £120 #broadband

@TalkTalk After 3 weeks of either no broadband or reduced speed still not resolved. Engineers, booked either didn’t turn up and received no feedback at all as to what’s going on. Phoned “technical support” line 🙄 several times to be told awaiting feedback from engineer, awful service

I recommend NO ONE USE @TalkTalk ! Contacted about cancelling my contract as my services didn’t work for 3 months still to this date and yet they ignored my request to sort my connection and tv box & yet nothing! Then after calling to cancel they still haven’t and taken £99!THEFT
