Been trying to communicate with @TalkTalkGroup customer care for 2 wks. Like talking to an amoeba. All multi £billion companies are bad, some are worse than others.

Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

Before he left he complained his 9 weeks furlough was not enough! No wonder he never connected me. No heart in it. Dreadful

It's really frustrating and particularly inconvenient being without emails (and not just sending out, but also receiving) ALL DAY LONG.
