@TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

At the least. @bt finally fixed my internet and refunded an entire month's worth of internet. Already, even with the initial setup errors, customer service-wise @btbroadband is a million % better than @TalkTalk . Internet's still dropping out on wireless. But I'm gettin ethernet.

@TalkTalk Hello. Raised complaint on Feb 11th - not heard anything. Have emailed the concerns@talktalk etc email with details to chase up - just an automated response. No one is listening or taking my issues seriously. I've had 900mbs package running at 20mps for over a week :(
