    @NickInEngland @TalkTalk I'd recommend @zeninternet if it's your broadband you want. Never had an issue getting through to their customer service and they're always happy to help.

    @TalkTalk I get the weather has been bad but what am I actually paying for? My wifi cuts out basically every 20mins, I just end up using my data and sitting in silence on my days off....fun 🙃

    Some friendly advice for @TalkTalk, with whom I’ve been in Twitter contact for the last 20 hrs. Sometimes talking to people is actually more efficient for you than asking no doubt well intentioned Twitter messages which repeatedly fail to understand the problem.

    Unbelievable customer service from @TalkTalk - broadband service switched over today. Sky box won’t connect to the WiFi. Customer services said it would only work as a wired connection!!! Why am I paying for WiFi then???

    @VodafoneUK I've been Vodafone customer almost 2years. A sales person called me with broadband and landline offer, I switched from the talktalk. To setup deadline they missed(was a summer holiday period), without landline&Internet 6 days my wife work from home

    @Complyorcry @Back_Two_Mee To @TalkTalk they are okay but the broadband is not a good as VM but it's okay; it cut the monthly bill in half. I have since dropped their tv service and bought a freeview recorder. Monthly bill for broadband/phone £38

    @_HanaPanda y’know i’m starting to think all wifi providers are bad to some degree at this point hahaha we started out with sky, then switched to talktalk and then to BT! talktalk was the worst and BT used to be the best until recently. it’s been down six times in the past two months😭

    @world_greedy @TalkTalk My internet never connected. They’re trying to tell me it did. They’ve now issued me a £50 bill when I never even got to use the Wi-Fi. Been hung up on 4 times today, spend the majority of time on hold it’s an absolute joke

    @TalkTalk AVOID this company at all costs for internet. If your internet breaks the have no intentions on fixing it and keep you on hold for over an hour when you try. Never seen worse customer service in my life!!!!

    Anyone else been scammed by @talktalk adding supersafe booster without authorisation? First was told it was end of a promotion and when confronting them about it not being on previous bills, been told it's a system error that added it. @MartinSLewis help please.

    @JoeCornishLucas @TalkTalk 0345 172 5218 here’s the cancellation number. They won’t give it to you because they don’t want you to leave. Good luck you’ll be put on hold for half hour whilst they do it and you’ll still get a bill for services you never used👍🏼
