    Wouldn't trust an ex boss of @TalkTalk to run a welk stall outside a pub, never mind an impt public health service. Been trying to communicate with @TalkTalkGroup customer care for 2 wks. Like talking to an amoeba. All multi £billion companies are bad, some are worse than others.

    @TalkTalk Connecting the antenna directly to the service and bypassing the set top box gives reception so it's not the set or the aerial.

    @JonCastell2 @TalkTalk I’ve told her she has to leave. The phone calls are so bloody stressful and they don’t listen to the customer. They read from a script!!!!!

    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    @TalkTalk engineer came to connect my service - (new customer) dreadful and made no effort. Said he could not connect and left without a word. Before he left he complained his 9 weeks furlough was not enough! No wonder he never connected me. No heart in it. Dreadful

    @TalkTalk this is the worst experience I had with internet service would be getting 30-40mb qnd I’m getting 1mb, they don’t pick up the phone, and when talking through chat they said they would get me an engineer but never replied again

    Despite numerous calls and messages and 11 reasurances I will have a call returned to offer a resolution . I am still waiting now four weeks and waiting for #talktalk

    @Just_Ashton7 @TalkTalk Nothing yet, still stable, maybe the switch is causing a problem, you can maybe try to connect the ONT box directly to the eero and see if problem persists, trial of elimination.

    @TalkTalk I know. You've been saying that "your engineers are investigating the issue as a high priority" since early this morning, and still NOTHING. It's really frustrating and particularly inconvenient being without emails (and not just sending out, but also receiving) ALL DAY LONG.

    @TalkTalk it’s really hard trying to come to terms with the loss of my wife recently, but you are not helping by 0141 286 4323 constantly calling my wife’s phone, I wouldn’t care she was never a customer, I need you to stop these calls immediately!

    @TalkTalk So you choose the day of rail strikes with millions of people working from home to give no service on your Tiscali servers. This is not a one-off occurrence and frankly it's happening too often. Are you planning on giving your customers affected a pro rata refund?

    At the very, very least they need to nationalize Openreach, the internet network that BT, EE, TalkTalk, Sky Broadband (almost everyone except Virgin) leases connection from, and nationalize Shell Energy, a company that offers gas+electric+broadband in one bill.
