Before he left he complained his 9 weeks furlough was not enough! No wonder he never connected me. No heart in it. Dreadful

So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

BT sent me a "4G mini-hub" till engineer can sort prob (March 6th)...Mini hub works off mobile network, not phoneline...Pay a little more for BT, but the service is there when things go wrong.

I will find out when I switch back. But remember this was extremely poor service .. spent nearly 45 minutes on chat and being disconnected
