@TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

@TalkTalk 0.5 Mbps upload speed for months on Fibre 65, I've contacted your agents 4 times, in the most recent call, after 40 minutes of unhelpful script reading she just hung up because she knew she wasn't going to provide any help. The customer service is a joke.

Don’t sign up with @ShellEnergyHome for your broadband service - they are one of a very few suppliers who have not signed up to Offcom Compensation Scheme even though they use @talktalk who are signed up and charge the same amount for the service. No internet for last 3 days 😡

@TalkTalk I already did today, was told to wait for a new router, but I don't think it's the router's fault, as it has a solid orange light, meaning it connects to the internet but not to talktalk network. So it would mean it's something on your end.
