I wouldn't use them at all but no others can provide speed like there's in my area. Once others start providing a service like virgin I will be changing providers.

I ended up reporting every time it dropped and after ~3 weeks & 20ish ‘we’ve sent a signal’ calls they finally accepted a 15 year old hub was faulty and sent an upgrade - upgrade should be automatic
