@virginmedia I don’t want anything to do with you, I’m fed up talking to you about this. I called up a couple of weeks ago and spoke to a lady who told me there’s nothing to worry about, the system is updated and I won’t be charged. Yet I’ve just received a text. Beyond poor customer service.

So @virginmedia harassing me again about a router i returned a year ago saying it’s not been sent to them. I’m not to blame for their rubbish inventory system. I’ve left @virginmedia to get away from their ineptitude but it never ends. Will be putting it an official complaint.

@ChloeCoates92 @Scottnesbitt @virginmedia That’s because the Superhub is shite. The WI-FI signal from it hates walls. I installed a MESH system with my Virgin router before Xmas and it runs like a dream now with 300Mb/s on 3 floors. Cost me over £300 to buy tho
