    @virginmedia how many days without WiFi before I get real help it’s M11 MCR it’s been 3 days now .. only had it back for 3 weeks prior to that it was off everyday for hours for roughly a month it’s driving me INSANE because there’s NO REAL people to speak to gotta go work now!!

    @mouthwaite @EE Virgin In particular are absolutely awful I’ve been paying full whack for fast BB yet it’s off more than it’s on so infuriating especially when you’re attempting to work from home! Absolutely poor service all round from Virgin media

    @virginmedia Both the website and that phone line said there are no issues but it’s not working and our IT dept have said it’s a @virginmedia issue.

    @virginmedia If you look at the previous messages I was told there was and to check back in 22 hours and that was 2 days ago. Why are you not aware of any service issues? It would help if you were able to actually talk to HUMANS instead of relying on electronic chats.

    @virginmedia Sorry - forgot to say my son had accidentally unplugged the Mesh wi--fi booster. It’s OK now. Why do we have a mesh booster? Because the wi-fi from our hub is broken and Virgin weren’t interested in fixing it. Not you personally, but Virgin in general.
