Just got my bill of @virginmedia they gave me some wi-fi boosters for free, because the hub3 is so bad, but they have charged me for them, "what" I know they were free, but I have a trick up my sleeve, I'm out of contract, you knobheads!!!

@virginmedia @BabakGanjei Tried this number-no broadband in the OL4 area for over 24 hours and lots of tweets went to @virginmedia to suggest not individual- and got informed ‘there are no reported issues in your area’. C’mon now VM. Texted the other number too-still no response!! Not a good service peeps

@SonosSupport I am having issues with my beam at the moment . I have played movies from a couple of sources for eg Apple TV & virgin media through Xbox one & the settings dream to be showing playback as 2.0 not 5.1 & not sure why.

@virginmedia After hours of calls to customer "service" i was advised that i must be lying about the delivery not being signed for and i should contact the Ombudsman. I have so far been passed to two different ombudsmen. I still dont have a new phone and i'm still a paying customer.

@virginmedia From the threads it indicated a Virgin / PSN compatibility issue but the threads stopped so I’m hoping a fix was found. As I say new customer to Virgin only installed last week. All else seems ok. Not sure if my Hub needs an update?? Tks

@MartinSLewis After ten years as a customer with @virginmedia all i can advise anyone is to AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Upgraded to a phone I never received and now i'm stuck with a 24 month contract for a phone that's never been active. The worst customer service i've ever experienced. Leave now.
