    @virginmedia Nope - I’ve reset, moved the modem, moved the consoles, rang your customer service team - who quite frankly, didnt want to know and advised we bought a booster, for the router thats in the SAME ROOM AS OUR CONSOLES. Furious.

    @virginmedia I'm not typing out everything, having repeated myself for the last four months. See a/c 594717402 (area ref 20) for details. Customer service promised to call 30 mins after our latest conversation today. No call, 7 hours and counting. Just send the cheques!

    @virginmedia Your extremely bad service. Who can I speak to please? I was on to your customer service team fro 2 hours yesterday and no one seems to know what they’re doing. Someone was supposed to call me back at 10am this morning but that’s not happened either. Whole thing is a car crash.

    @virginmedia We actually did not. I was sent a link via SMS to a help page where I was then able to book an appointment for an engineer for Monday 23rd November. We thought the call was that VM had identified our issue and decided to ring us. (The engineer never showed up).

    @DeanCallan @virginmedia @virginmedia I'm having serious issues with my upload speed as well. Also a 350Mbit customer. Currently getting 7ms ping, 292.40Mbps download and a whopping 1.57Mbps upload. My speeds are normally ~380Mbps and 38Mbps. Trying to work remotely via remote desktop is impossible atm
