@virginmedia So Internet on and off for a week! No phones working, no xbox, no laptop!! And the customer service assistant SIGHED!! More than once!! Not Happy! Have to wait until Wednesday now for a technician!! Leaving as soon as contract is up. Thanks!!

@virginmedia @richardbranson Ok...so after being sighed at on the phone by a "customer service" assistant 3 times on Monday evening and after the nice young man came to fix the broadband on Wednesday morning...it keeps going off yet again!!!! Leaving as soon as contract is up!!

@virginmedia Yes I have, it says there is a tv fault but that is incorrect. Ive tried to contact and it will not let me connect or through to CS. It was an automated message about a problem. No effort was made to inform me of any problems. We have had intermittent broadband for 5 days now

@virginmedia My internet has been playing up. Paying for 500mbs getting way less with major latency issues. In addition, my price has increased as I got a email regarding it. I’m not happy paying more especially when I’m facing issues with my broadband!
