    @virginmedia Whenever I call Virgin, I'm always told problem is my equipment, engineer is booked usually for a week or so away, then it turns out the problem was an area issue. That happens literally every time I call you. Why is it that the different parts of Virgin can't talk to each other?

    @virginmedia Hi, I found a status checker link in another reply and have confirmed there is a known issue in our area and I’ve registered that we have no service and for text updates. Sounds like there is a widespread issue across London, possibly the UK, based on the level of tweets.
