@virginmedia @richardbranson Ok...so after being sighed at on the phone by a "customer service" assistant 3 times on Monday evening and after the nice young man came to fix the broadband on Wednesday morning...it keeps going off yet again!!!! Leaving as soon as contract is up!!

@virginmedia Not been given anything. I called Friday regarding my bill. Left my contact details and was told within 48 hours I would get a call back. I was hoping to not have to escalate to a complaint and for it to be dealt with via the manager who was going to call me.....WITHIN 48 HOURS!

@virginmedia Been having intermittent broadband for 4 months now. Had engineer come 'fix' few times. Even change to a new hub. Still same issue. Have lost out on making money as i do trading. Disappointed 😞 is an understatement
