O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!

@virginmedia All sorted now thanks. It is frustrating tho’ as it turned out to be an issue with supply but when running the tests in our equipment as advised on your website it said it was a problem with our equipment.
