@virginmedia Unbelievable, you've sent me a dongle to connect a landline too the broadband on the 6th , so the phone line isnt going to work, though not much help on 150 as they abruptly cut you off. Website is also down.

@virginmedia And the sum total of welcome texts I received during my 7 night stay in Jamaica was 189. I never moved from the same hotel. I often got 4-8 texts whilst sat at the same restaurant table or in my room. @virginmedia get your act together

@virginmedia Hi, yes, he said there was an issue with the external cables. That's not his fault but he said he'd ring (he didn't)&was then told by txt of the 22.4 date. I rang virgin y-day who said they will get an earlier date once the cabling has been fixed, hopefully in the next few days🤞

@smmconcierge @virginmedia Update there is a service issue going on as there is damage been caused to fibre cables so that is why many customers are experiencing not being able to have Internet or TV or phone/landline and that they are working to fix the problem. My WiFi is also now working.
