    Imagine @virginmedia fitting your WiFi and the engineer hits a gas pipe. Then @BritishGas arrives to fix the gas pipe and hits a water pipe. Imagine having to chase VM to speak to a supervisor and still 4 days later no call back! Shocking!

    @virginmedia Hi. My contract start date was the 26.04.19. I received my contract and link to T&C’s on 27.04.19. Cancelling the charges isn’t a resolution when I am not required to pay them. I shouldn’t have been threatened with them in the first place....if I had not quoted your own T&C’s

    @virginmedia I raised a complaint and the response was due to the package I was put on the PS4 wasn’t available. I just can’t understand how it’s now my fault I specified I wanted the PS4 it was the main reason for signing up.

    @virginmedia Nothing so far but our WiFi went down not so long ago, you upgrade us. Our box never turned up then there was a problem in the area (forever reoccurring) which wouldn’t be fixed for several days. Not good when you run a business from home

    @virginmedia 14 year customer M41 area Manchester. New router Monday internet dropping around Tea time (350meg). Engineer yesterday new boosters and I’ve had to buy a ether switch as told it’s my cctv no it’s not. Let’s hear the PR BS I want a proper refund!!! #virginmedia

    @virginmedia do you know when service will be back up. I have to make important phone calls before 5pm when lines are closed for the evening. I'm also an emergency contact for two children and an elderly relative who is also affected.

    @virginmedia Seemingly not. You shut my business emails down today due to ‘suspicious activity’! Couldn’t tell me what it was but would be nice to get a call / text / smoke signal to warn me! Bills go up and then down if I complain. TV service disrupted this week and it’s taken a week to mend

    @virginmedia Please can you explain why over 1 month later. My ex wife's account hasn't been cancelled & when I phoned less than 1/2 I got cut off by the person inquiry on this ? I wanted to get the original black Friday deal & you failed to cancel on that last day.
