@virginmedia Nope - I’ve reset, moved the modem, moved the consoles, rang your customer service team - who quite frankly, didnt want to know and advised we bought a booster, for the router thats in the SAME ROOM AS OUR CONSOLES. Furious.

@virginmedia Therefore I want to know how I can change back to whatever I had previously without it messing up the new agreement as I believe the switch to O2 is what boosted the broadband. If this can't be done I'll have to cancel whole account under the 14 days cooling off period 2/2
