    @virginmedia trying to register an account on Virgin Mobile app so that I can provide a PAC code to you but don’t have an answer to a security question and have never set one up so I’m calling you as requested but all of your call centres are closed? 🤯 Not great service!

    @virginmedia Visit was put on hold as you later found you had a wider issue. It was resolved after a few hours so not too bad. Not sure how happy my boss was at me not being able to get online though...

    @virginmedia As I mentioned earlier, i tried calling multiple times with wait time between 60-120 mins and got no response back. Tried reaching out on twitter and got no response. The complaint is not resolved from my side at least, not surr of that closed on your end.

    Having to use my phone data to tether my laptop for work as @virginmedia broadband has gone down. Ran through diags and it’s said an engineer needs to attend 🙄 Managed to get an appointment between 12-4 today which is surprising!

    Just finished my 4 hour phone call sesh with virgin media trouble shooting what problems I could be having and.. I get a new router on Tuesday! She says that’s it’s faulty and this should sort the problem going forward! v happy now :)

    @virginmedia really bad customer service from virgin today, asked to speak to a manager as the advisor was not listening, got told that I couldn’t speak to one as they are all busy,so I need to wait until Tuesday to use my service why I am paying for this??

    @virginmedia I really hate this hold music. 40 mins. Hung up on the first time mid Passenger song. Cannot get hold of anyone online/deal with issue online. I’ve tried. Keep being told to call. I’m trying. SAVE ME.
