Nearly a week after signing up to a new contract with @virginmedia they’ve still not upgraded my speed to what we agreed to. Their Twitter support refuses to acknowledge the issue and my complaint hasn’t been picked up yet. I guess they don’t care once a contract is agreed.

@virginmedia what's the best way to report a fault without having to go to offshore fault peeps and go through off the turn off switch on again? My WiFi is horrific, and only affects WiFi intermittent service and it disables. Done all the usuals it's knackered WiFi on router.

So many computer letters undated unsigned no contact numbers, too many start we tried to contact you but no reply - joke - no voicemails or missed calls. I miss @Hyperoptic. 8 years with barely any faults, and always communicated when there was an issue. 4 months in with @virginmedia and I’ve been without internet for 2 days, told the fault may be fixed by the 11th after I had to chase them up as their website reported no faults.

@virginmedia All speed tests including the tests your advisers do all come back saying they're performing well, it's lag spikes/dropping of connection which is the problem
