    @endaburke81 @virginmedia I had an awful experience with them! Switched over to BT as soon as the contract ended and not had an issue since! Not to mention 180Mbps+ speeds!

    @LobbyNoNumbers We pay about £66 per month with @virginmedia for the basic tv,broadband and phone that we never use. Probably the worst customer service around. They promised to upgrade the set top box 2 years ago and we're still waiting.

    Tried to call @virginmedia to cancel on 4th April because prices going up. Couldn't get through because of massive internet outages. Finally managed to get through today, now I'm being asked for early disconnection charges. Isn't it great? Virgin Media, NEVER AGAIN.
