@virginmedia It was for an iPad and was a straight swap for an old virgin SIM, your customer service didn't understand that it wasn't a phone I was using. Apple knew within seconds what the issue was, I told your team and they said they were lying and I didn't know what I was talking about 🙄

@virginmedia Every single agent I have spoken to say they can not deal with the complaint personally it is with the Field Support Team. I have asked to speak to someone in authority but that is never possible. The agents clearing have no authority to deal with this.
