    @virginmedia once again your connection speed is shockingly slow. Not sure why I pay for m600 lucky to get 50mb. To make things worse your chat never respondes and the phone is a joke. 25 years of taking my money and the service is getting worse. Think I will move to #BT

    @putasinghonit @virginmedia Reminds me of when Vodafone sold my mum an iPhone for me on the promise it had good coverage in our area and upon discovering the signal was appalling the guy on the other side of the phone said “well you won’t live in that house forever”.     @virginmedia Yes it’s an outage and not an issue with our modem, or else others wouldn’t be affected. I’m on your business line, and whilst I appreciate that might not be something you can look at directly, it’s clearly an issue that needs resolving for everybody.

    @virginmedia FYI, there’s an SK8 outage since approximately 4pm and you’re not reporting it on your outage checker. Multiple reports around here. Please get someone on it.

    @virginmedia no, it never does, virgin have previously advised me that there are a lot more people in central milton keynes using the 4G and that is why it disappears all the time every day, but they're not doing anything about it, but i'm still paying my full bill for data i can't use.

    @virginmedia There has been days and days with complete intermittent service and days with no service. They tell me the only way to get rid of the fees is by having on three occasions different engineers out but its too late for that I jilust wanted it cancelling. It is virgin who has broken

    @virginmedia Hi there’ve been multiple flashing lights on the hub all morning, with no connection. I called the automated service and it said no known issues, and second time ‘maintenance work until 3pm’. Was this preplanned, as it’s caused major disruption to several people’s work today.

    @virginmedia there was until last summer, never had an issue until then, and still no issue anywhere else in the UK or abroad, but the attitude is "oh well, guess you won't get what you're paying for then, nothing to do with us!" which i find insulting
