    @virginmedia My complaint regarding the damage to my property following the incorrect installation of cables at my property has not yet been resolved. Apparently, my complaint has been escalated to a manager but I am yet to receive a formal apology or formal acknowledgement 1/2

    @virginmedia In the last 4 weeks I can’t get any internet if more than a 5m away from hub/extender. Shows and full signal strength. Your technical support team need to send me at least 1 more extender.

    @virginmedia not only is virgin broadband down again, I can't use my @O2 SIM as a hotspot as the data signal is so bad it won't load a web page. So much for the unlimited O2 SIM being bundled with my TV, broadband and home phone that's useless as well as it's disconnected to avoid scam calls
