    @virginmedia Well you refuse to implement IPv6, which is the issue, and only way to resolve it. At least the support staff needs to get educated on these issues since they will be more and more common as long as you don't fix your lack of IPv6.

    @virginmedia yes i obviously checked this first like i do every time this happens and it just says someone is trying to fix it what good is this to me? Shall I just tell my employer to be patient while Virgin try and actually provide wifi? I am on a chat to cancel my package finally

    @virginmedia Still ongoing. Service checker says all is fine. Run a check and it says ‘looks like there are intermittent signal issues’ but that they usually resolve in 24hrs and to come back after then to get an engineer. But it’s been saying that for 3 days and never allows me to get help.

    @virginmedia Yeah funnily enough checking service status lies and says all is fine. That needs updating. I have to ring to get an automated message saying its down. With no further details. Then I have to run through hoops to get to speak to someone to say it may come back on the 6th!!!
