@virginmedia had no TiVo working for 1 week now. WiFi running really slow. 5th day of calling up and being passed from pillar to post, on hold for 45 mins only to be told I’ve been transferred to the wrong department, further hold for 35 minutes to have the line go dead!!!!

.@Ofcom might want to have a word with @virginmedia about their 'Moving Home' early disconnection fees. They can't provide a service in new place, but tried to charge £179. Told them I don't need to, mentioned Ofcom, and by magic it disappeared. Shocking and shameless behaviour.

@virginmedia I have seen this issue with a number of my clients, occurring over the last 6-8 weeks. My plan was to reset again this evening unless you have another suggestion? Can you explain why this is reoccurring?
