Obviously, using the @UswitchUK service I should shop for a better than the exorbitant @virginmedia broadband service with phone line that I pay for but never use, after 6 years, they are complacent, I'm unhappy, because the Direct Debits are going in above the rate of inflation.

@virginmedia we have a loss of broadband in the M6 area. No notification but the automated service states it’s an update on the service. If you want to provide good customer service, prior warning would be good. I’m fed up of this. If I can’t work from home, I will lose pay!!!

@virginmedia Requested a free booster, which comes in two parts, which duly arrived and I installed them. Then got an envelope telling me to return something, another letter explaining what came later. I am now confused but keeping the boosters. Does that help?

@virginmedia Another 1.5 hours of my life I won’t get back, Virgin oomph is even worse than the package I was on. Apparently 67 Mbps is acceptable when you pay for 500 Mbps! The customer services guy just put the phone down on me!!! Shame on you @virginmedia !
