    @virginmedia upgraded us to their latest Hub, which they say is vastly technically improved . Not my experience at all in respect of failing to connect via WiFi to my devices. Support is difficult to obtain, very poor by them.

    @virginmedia It was option 5. I spoke to someone very helpful who has agreed something isn’t right but can’t fix it so raised a ticket. Also helped improve WiFi on my phone & found out why I need to speak to the upgrade team - due to VOLT and my product being 8 yrs old. Good lad. Did his best

    @virginmedia Typical virgin media, the link doesn't work, just takes me to a blank page. The only reason we stay with you is because no one else can do decent broadband connection in our area otherwise we'd go back to sky like a shot. They do great customer service & actually get things done

    @virginmedia my broadband is still down since this morning. Your engineers have not fixed the issue although your automated system says no issues in area. Please tell your engineers we are still down in N21. Impossible to talk to a human. Very frustrating.

    @virginmedia loving the new service but one of the frustrations is that there is no way of deleting the YouTube app on the tv box. I’m surprised as a company who take online protection so seriously it’s not possible to stop children from using it?

    My virgin media wifi has been so patchy this month and their online checks keeps saying it’s a home cable issue…? So how come sometimes I have wifi and sometimes I don’t? Nobody’s touching the cable, surely it’s an issue on their end? 😭
