@virginmedia Please can you tell me what the absolute hell is going on in the SK8 area recently? We’re lucky to get a trouble-free day at the moment. Been on and off throughout today. One or two faults a week. We pay as near as damnit £100 a month for this.

@virginmedia within the last hour I've had three phone calls claiming to be from Virgin Media technical support saying there's a problem with our internet speed. Each time when I respond I will ring VM direct on 150 they hang up. I'm ex-directory have you been hacked?

Rang to downgrade @virginmedia package, spoke to 3 different advisors and it appears the prices are literally plucked from their arses on the spot offering less of a discount than at first 🤦🏻 no customer loyalty & staff dont care. Req cancellation after the poor service today!

@virginmedia upgraded us to their latest Hub, which they say is vastly technically improved . Not my experience at all in respect of failing to connect via WiFi to my devices. Support is difficult to obtain, very poor by them.

@virginmedia upgraded my tv package on Thursday to oomph ultimate. Since the the on demand and apps on my V6 box are unavailable. Message says there is a problem with my account error code M63. V6 box shows the ‘Virgin Media Service Account Status’ as 8: Closed. Help please

@virginmedia But we did not want an upgrade or a new phone, but just a Rooter replacement which was the root of the problem. We had a Rooter replacement once before and it was replaced free of charge.

@virginmedia Couldn’t get through, come on! Don’t kid on that you provide a good service, hang on for over an hour then get cut off. Outages 3 times over the last year and no refund, poorest Wi-Fi. Not as good as sky and bt although dug my pavement and cabled into my house. 200 meg my arse.

What time is rivals cut off? Looks like an all nighter for me. Need 2 more wins but @virginmedia Internet been down since 2pm costing me valuable working time and now leisure time too but no communication whatsoever from them. Time to change provider I think due to poor service.
