@virginmedia would love to actually get through to someone at Virgin and explain to me how my bill has increased each month since Feb when I have had the same package and no extras! Cut off on the phone and then ignored online three times). Unhappy customer!

@virginmedia why’s it taken since 10 on hold between calls and still no answer. Service tests and outages all ok. Smart TV works but WiFi on 4 devices not working. Turned it on and off all day and lasts 10 mins. Really doesn’t help working on smart phone which can’t see!!

@virginmedia I will let you know in the morning when I log back on......had to give up today as couldn't get anything done 😪 WIFI seems to be working ok on my mobile but let's see what it is like in the morning on the laptop. To be honest the connection has been terrible for days.......

@virginmedia any idea whats going on, internet suddenly stopped on all devices, the router diagnostics said everything is fine, after a few mins the internet came back but very slow and upload was non existent, your service status page was saying it is unable to do a diagnostic

@IanBealio @virginmedia Also to go back over your point of the router working for a short time and then failing again, sounds like a hardware issue. @virginmedia if members of the public can troubleshoot your hardware before you can, you may want to look at compensation for this gentleman.
