    @virginmedia Ah so now you’ve acknowledged there’s an issue in the area with a fix ETA of nearly 3am. So no broadband all evening. This happened last week too. This isn’t acceptable service levels.

    @virginmedia Hi, done a few tests and reset router etc and it’s still the same. Speed drops on Ethernet and wireless. It’s very intermittent though. It can be fine for a couple of hours and then have a few minutes of really slow speeds.

    @virginmedia No they wont.... I was on hold for over 3o minutes before someone answered and when he did he said he'd give me a default Password and then he hung up.... wtf. Your customer service and service full stop is an absolute joke!

    @virginmedia been a customer for 2 hrs and already rang up twice complaining. Was told I would get movies free for 3 months, I have the email confirming it yet customer service are saying they have no such email and I’m not entitled to it.currently on the phone to them #nothappy

    @virginmedia Well we don’t have a tracking number and we haven’t heard anything back since we returned the faulty phone. We also tried the text messaging service but also takes ages to get a reply.

    @virginmedia I don’t have a landline or a Virgin phone, I don’t want to rack up a huge phonebill calling you to sort out an issue on your side. I’ve now performed a factory reset and still not working. So I’ve ran the broadband test from my Virgin Media page and it says the equipment is off.

    @virginmedia well come home from working away on Friday with a lot of emails to reply to. To discover my router is broken wife phoned up Friday afternoon customer service said they would send one out by Monday shocking service I’m out of contract so will look elsewhere 😡😡😡

    @virginmedia And another issue. Must be that time of the year when I seem to have numerous problems in a short time span. Now it’s saying incorrect password when trying to join the WiFi network (password hasn’t changed), or it’ll say there’s a connection problem to internet and a red button.

    @virginmedia. Day 81 w/o the broadband. I spoke with you in the web chat and apparently, despite being told on 19/10 that you had all the permits, you discovered now, after 3 months, that on my road there are 2 traffic lights. I raised an official complaint & I wait 4 a call asap

    The installer won't do it. Because the cable would be dangling down and someone might cut it. WTAF. It's cost me a bomb in mobile data in the 6 weeks. And what do I have to show for it? Absolutely nothing. Furious isn't the word. @virginmedia @richardbranson
