@virginmedia We have, it’s fine for a while then happens again it’s been happening for months and months your broadband just doesn’t meet the service promises all the time! We complain, it works for a few months then goes awry again. We had so many engineers, a plug in thing, still happens

@virginmedia not happy my broadband went down for a few minutes while watching Netflix at 2:30am & it changed the network name & password back to default so now I have to reset it & reset my smart cameras again 🤬 only happened since I got the hub 3 #virginmedia
