@virginmedia Submitting a complaint will probably result in an apology at best. Given I pay £1k per annum for an unreliable service it’s time to look for an alternative provider who can offer a more satisfactory customer experience

@virginmedia Oh, my bad. Apparently the wiring outside my house has a fault, someone did come last Monday to work on it,and someone was supposed to work on it for Thursday, but it keeps being pushed back (order ref 55230469).

@virginmedia 2nd time in 2 weeks we’ve waited in vain for a virgin media installation. 1st time cancelled by text less than 12 hours before. Thought that was bad, but today you’ve just not turned up. Engineers hanging up on us. Hours to get thru to customer service. ??!!
