C’mon now VM. Texted the other number too-still no response!! Not a good service peeps

@virginmedia i have tried everything and when my wife goes to text chat, you don’t reply for hours and when we ask it’s start the process again, i’m sure you are in breach of contract due to such poor wifi performance and failure to remedy my issues , this has been going on for months

@virginmedia No i haven't, tbh my next call is probably to cancel my service and claim the ofcom suggested compensation of £8 per day and missed appointments. I really don't want to waste my time on this as it appears Virgin Media are not interested and i will only go round in circles
