@virginmedia why’s it taken since 10 on hold between calls and still no answer. Service tests and outages all ok. Smart TV works but WiFi on 4 devices not working. Turned it on and off all day and lasts 10 mins. Really doesn’t help working on smart phone which can’t see!!

@virginmedia I want to downgrade. Lowest TV package (no BT Sport) 50MB broadband Weekend calls How much pm would this be. Currently on Full house and I've been told it's going to £85 pm. This is far too much. Need to get costs down.

@virginmedia I will let you know in the morning when I log back on......had to give up today as couldn't get anything done 😪 WIFI seems to be working ok on my mobile but let's see what it is like in the morning on the laptop. To be honest the connection has been terrible for days.......

anyone else find that @virginmedia just turns off their broadband at night? I think someone is pressing the wrong button when they leave the VM office. Regularly signal in SE3 drops between 8pm and 10.30pm but is back online at 9am. Maybe VM worried about their electric bill?

@VirginRed Virgin media is actually very good, the issue most customers have with Virgin media is related to their Hub, if you use it as a pass-though to another router then the connection becomes really reliable.
