@virginmedia Boosters have been lost in transit, waiting to find out if more will be sent. WiFi signal is terrible, hub 4 worse than hub 3. Extremely frustrated, paying a fortune for service not fit for purpose.

@virginmedia had no TiVo working for 1 week now. WiFi running really slow. 5th day of calling up and being passed from pillar to post, on hold for 45 mins only to be told I’ve been transferred to the wrong department, further hold for 35 minutes to have the line go dead!!!!

@virginmedia I have also tried they were supposed to send me a link for an online chat never came and started over again. I keep seeing option 5 in the telephone menu being mentioned, there is no option 5 or am I missing something? Ty

@virginmedia Choices were limited. Internet was down, so couldn't use my tablet. I was already on my phone trying to call tech support, so couldn't use mobile data. I would suggest that having an online solution to when you're internet is down is not the brightest idea.

@virginmedia I raised a formal complaint on the 8/12/20. I received an email response on the 5/1/21 saying that “education given” was an acceptable resolution. I have spent over 2 and a half hours on the phone to your retentions / customer care department to have the call disconnected twice.
