    @virginmedia No, unfortunately your team were really unhelpful so I don’t know what the issue is. A callback was needed because the BB is not working & your staff couldn’t help me any further so promised me callback to either resolve it or cancel the account

    @virginmedia That requires the house number as well. I assume that's all you have. It would be good if you had a map or a list of streets. It would then help in looking for our next house.

    @stenev @MrEuanStewart @virginmedia Until the 3 kids scream that ‘the internet’s gone off’ and you reboot it. A reboot of the @virginmedia kit always sorts it - shame they’ve never explained why though.

    @virginmedia please can someone get in touch re new installation and BB not working, was promised a call back on Saturday & Sunday but it’s not happened. If it can’t be activated I’m happy to go to another supplier but also need to speak to you to cancel

    Another week @virginmedia services down yet again, first they screw up my network up resetting everytbing, failing to listen multiple neighbours have no internet. Then call again and agree outage but don’t expect anything back we only compensate for more than 48 hours #badservice

    @virginmedia CW I give up 🤯 I’m happy with the install date they’ve given. The issue is the service, repeat calls and failed promised along with the 143mins calls to you along with an hour on webchat. Erik tells me the charges for calling are my fault as free from virgin but line not active.

    @virginmedia It's pretty annoying to phone support, wait 30 minutes to get through, then listen to someone who only knows the basics, reboot, pinhole in the back of the router, plus we can't understand each other. No point in calling support, my contract finishes soon, I look forward to that.

    Just had a call from @virginmedia - yep right. Saying my broadband was slow because of files being downloaded without my knowledge blah blah. When I said I don’t have Virgin Media broadband was informed that all the internet in my area goes through their servers...😩

    @virginmedia I’ve just connected a new router for faster speeds and it isn’t working. I’ve called up and your customer services person who told me contradictory information, put me on hold and then hung up on me.

    @virginmedia /2 Apparently I have to let the first SIM arrive and then cancel it and use the second I then found that I could get even more data AND a £30 amazon voucher for the same price I went on the chat and was told fine, but I would have to order another SIM and cancel the second one.

    @virginmedia 8/9 and has not had a reply, except for an automated message saying that we need to call you. We are new customers and I'm absolutely disgusted with how we have been treated. I have never had to complain publicly before but we have been left with no option.

    @virginmedia intermittent Wi-Fi for days. Online service advices moving closer to the hub. Unfortunately I am already only 3 feet away. I’m in Greater Manchester and there are clearly service issues

    @virginmedia JS, have you taken the time to read the thread through? It would appear not as your previous colleague intimated that you would be looking at auto-comp issue when I notified you that the issue had been resolved though you mentioned nothing about that.
