    @virginmedia It’s gone off again, says estimated fix time is 4pm tomorrow.. what is going on? Lowton area, warrington. Seriously considering swapping to another provider and only just sorted a new deal with you. I’m not happy.

    @virginmedia rang 30 days ago to cancel my services which was 30 days before contract ends… was told to call back on contact finish date which is today! Just been told 30 days notice and I have to pay another month! I called 30 days ago to do this. This is not acceptable

    @virginmedia hi you keep telling people to check your service page which claims then to check the hub. Thing is, you must know that it is a network failure similar to the one last night. Appreciate faults occur, but suggesting that it is a user hub issue is wrong
