@virginmedia how many days without WiFi before I get real help it’s M11 MCR it’s been 3 days now .. only had it back for 3 weeks prior to that it was off everyday for hours for roughly a month it’s driving me INSANE because there’s NO REAL people to speak to gotta go work now!!

@virginmedia Sorry - forgot to say my son had accidentally unplugged the Mesh wi--fi booster. It’s OK now. Why do we have a mesh booster? Because the wi-fi from our hub is broken and Virgin weren’t interested in fixing it. Not you personally, but Virgin in general.
