@virginmedia why’s it taken since 10 on hold between calls and still no answer. Service tests and outages all ok. Smart TV works but WiFi on 4 devices not working. Turned it on and off all day and lasts 10 mins. Really doesn’t help working on smart phone which can’t see!!

@virginmedia I want to downgrade. Lowest TV package (no BT Sport) 50MB broadband Weekend calls How much pm would this be. Currently on Full house and I've been told it's going to £85 pm. This is far too much. Need to get costs down.

I spoke to a helpful engineer from @virginmedia on Wednesday afternoon. Got a text confirming a visit on Thursday 12-4pm, then #virginmediafail no one turned up. No improvement of service. #virginmedia.

A friendly engineer from @virginmedia unexpectedly came round today. - looked at bbband issue, ran some tests, waited for said time of normal bband crash. Nothing happened. Leaves, 15 mins later - outage occurs! Ring him, tells me spoken to network people and is following up.

@virginmedia 5. Engineer comes out, tells us it’s a known network issue being fixed this week 6. Service doesn’t improve, we call back to find fix delayed for another 3 was 7. All this time you are charging us £50/mo just for broadband service (competitors offers same for £19.50)...

@virginmedia I won't even get through by calling because there are so many people complaining about issues right now. I'm not the only one experiencing this. I don't want to waste my time because I will end up getting another technician sent out and the problem won't get solved.
