So @virginmedia harassing me again about a router i returned a year ago saying it’s not been sent to them. I’m not to blame for their rubbish inventory system. I’ve left @virginmedia to get away from their ineptitude but it never ends. Will be putting it an official complaint.

Only just joined @virginmedia 7 days ago and my internet has been down all day today. Original fix time was 4pm (20minutes ago) and now its 8am tomorrow - very little visibility of the issue & whether someone is actually fixing it. Ridiculous, and not a good first impression.
