    @virginmedia Phone. Also your advisor laughed when he cut a channel off on purpose which I was supposed to get included. I have been waiting for a manager to get back to me today as promised. Nothing. Was told 72 hours. It's been over one week now. VM have been horrible to me for two months..

    @virginmedia Speed is ok, but coverage is poor. Had boosters, independent visits, etc. I hate BT and don’t want to go to them, but the BT mesh system improved things. Boosters are a waste of time and have never been offered the Virgin pods. I’ve had enough of what we have

    @virginmedia I’m fed up of paying top whack for a 500mb broadband system that gives very poor coverage. I was never offered a Hub 4 and it seems like the Hub 5 isn’t available to me either. Numerous calls, visits, BT mesh system bought and it’s still no good. Also had engineer visits and more

    @O2 @virginmedia @Curlykidlife Hi Virgin Media. Have just moved my sim over to O2 and as an existing VM customer applied for my free Volt upgrade. O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!

    @virginmedia I have not tried the pin hole reset. Would you mind giving me the steps please? The issue is with all devices. Mobile, TVs, console, PC. When accessing the services, the loading times is slower than usual and the connection unreliable. Whereas YouTube plays without hiccups.

    @virginmedia even after a complaint a few weeks back, you still haven’t dealt with our request. You apologised but didn’t act. We are currently sharing our internet with a very understanding neighbour. And we’ve only had the package a month and a half. Not a good start.

    @virginmedia I was informed the internet issues would be solved on the 10th of March, your staff confirmed it this morning that it would be solved by 3.25pm. I’ve called again at 4.15pm, issue is not solved and won’t be until the 15th March? This is not alright!
