Try to log in, and that isn’t working either!!!!! What the hell is going on. I moved from sky to get away from this, and not it happened again

    2nd attempt to cancel my account and @virginmedia hang up again. I requested to raise a complaint and they hang up! @Ofcom will be contacted. (Seen as you’re not allowing a consumer to raise a complaint)

    @virginmedia I need to speak to someone senior in the U.K. who can assist in dealing with fraud / identity theft. Dozens of calls , three ‘reported’ complaints 5 promises of 48hr resolution and nothing is solved.
