Wow @virginmedia your standards of customer service have gone downhill this year.. All for the understanding of pandemic but even after the average wait of an hour to talk to someone to be cut off 4 times now and let down multiple times with guarantees is just not the normal!!

Hi @virginmedia, my neighbours and I are all having connection problems today but when one of us managed to speak to someone, was told that it all looked fine and is having a virtual technician calling. Seems a bit pointless if we're all struggling?

@virginmedia After weeks of a landline service being non-existent I was assured this would be fixed yesterday, it's not! Vulnerable isolating person relies on this to keep in touch and in emergencies. Not good enough yet again. Fed up of feeling fobbed off!

@virginmedia No one from virgin has called since I spoke to them on Friday where I was told that they won't be out till the 18th Jan. The fact that there is a disconnect between customer service and your engineering team is what gets me. Your customers service team don't have the full info

@virginmedia I'm on M125 fibre broadband. It's unreliable, patchy, and doesn't work upstairs. Engineer is coming tomorrow but I've been told via phone that boosters will cost me extra per month which I'm really not happy to pay just to make it work.

@virginmedia how is if fair that the e17 area blackout for 2 weeks in November, denied us compensation and my neighbours as we apparently don't qualify. @HyperopticCS please come to Walthamstow lots of disgruntled customers looking to change. And no support from virgin.

Experience of @virginmedia Internet down for 8 days, booked a technician for today which Virgin cancelled which sends us right to the back of the queue, we've now got to wait a further 4 days (If they don't cancel again). Summary: Pick a company that cares. #poorservice

@virginmedia I have already wasted days calling the team (I clearly have said this already). I would have thought cancellations would be a priority to retain business but no problem. The fact still remains we did not receive a price review which is against ofcom regs. Thanks anyway

@virginmedia "We have a little update on your complaint with us. We didn’t want to delay things, so we’ve gone ahead and looked into a resolution for you." Which is not a resolution at all, but asking me to phone you to discuss my package. What, exactly, is the problem?
-
Vicky
(@ohwilduk) reported
@virginmedia You said you were fixing an issue in my area this morning, at the time I didn’t have an issue and it then went off shortly after. You then sent a text saying it’s fixed and it’s absolutely not fixed, it’s been hours and I work from home so I’m losing pay

@virginmedia What link? I was on twitter on my account at 10am, no notifications, no DMs, no Emails etc came through. Where was it posted? I'd appreciate it if you'd send the link now so that I can talk to someone to resolve the issue of 111 days (and counting) with no VM service. Thanks.
