    @virginmedia it’s apparent you have a problem but you are not being honest about it. Can someone please advise when your email system will be fixed. No service for 24 hours now, made a requested password change, an adviser also changed my password. Even been given a fault number.

    @virginmedia That there's apparently no service issues in my area. But complete outages aren't the problem, it's general extreme latency when more people are using the internet in the area (back from work), and even noticeable when people aren't.

    @virginmedia @virginhelp Security Fail - you’ve implemented new technologies to “protect” email from hacking, so far it has denied access to 100s of customers email accounts due to what I can only assume is poor configuration. Still can’t access my email!
