Hi @virginmedia I have just spoken Customer service, very brusque and clipped and use the term “Sir”in a very passive aggressive way. my order upgraded service they was insistent that virgin didn’t it so I had to email her “Order ref: WS7344640 Order date: Wednesday, December 2”

Wow @virginmedia your standards of customer service have gone downhill this year.. All for the understanding of pandemic but even after the average wait of an hour to talk to someone to be cut off 4 times now and let down multiple times with guarantees is just not the normal!!

@virginmedia Yes, someone to tell me what happens when there’s no cable to pull (your website said service was available). Waited in, engineer just drove off without any explanation. Had to spend hours at call centre. Want install to happen but can’t understand process & no one will explain.

@virginmedia I hope you can help. The issue is your customer service are thieving from my account £16/month when challenged them, they attempted to increase the monthly theft to £20/month, total theft of 18months x £16= £288 I will go to court if the theft did not stop thank you for asking
