@virginmedia how many days without WiFi before I get real help it’s M11 MCR it’s been 3 days now .. only had it back for 3 weeks prior to that it was off everyday for hours for roughly a month it’s driving me INSANE because there’s NO REAL people to speak to gotta go work now!!

@virginmedia I spent almost an hour on the phone asking for my router to be rebooted as it wasn't working from the device itself. The agent kept telling me that my router was working (there was no wifi signal) and that I shouldn't be such an "impatient person" as the problem would sort itself

The Virgin Media internet services in BS7 8RZ has been patchy all of December. Today there is no internet access at all. We are encouraged to work from home. But how can we? The patchy service does not reflect on the bill. Effectively we are being billed for service not rendered.

@virginmedia Eventually they did reset the router and the wifi came straight back. I then asked them to log an issue with us not reaching our guaranteed minimum download speed and (according to our account page) no complaint is open to address that
