    @VirginAtlantic Thank you! You are the only people I can get a reply from! @richardbranson & Virgin can do customer service, while @ExpediaUK @Expedia won’t reply to any social media or phones. It’s like you are sat with your fingers in your ears trying not to listen and hope this all goes away

    @virginmedia I know there is more to think about at the moment, but, my upload speed was down to 2.6meg and it fluctuates around 2meg to 6 it was 25meg last week is it something you are doing, I have reset everything many times but it makes no difference.

    @virginmedia I understand that, I told him I did not want to confirm details and would call in my own time, He was then very rude got angry and abrupt! It actually sounded like a scam. I am interested to know if it was virgin media agent as he needs more training!

    @virginmedia since November I have been trying to get in touch with someone from customer service spent hours on the phone in queues sent webchat and had replies a day latermy broadband speed has been half of what you say I should get and you chase me for full payments still.🤬

    @PippaDuffy @virginmedia @virginmedia is the worst. They are still trying to charge me to leave them, even though they provided an intermittent service, left exposed wires in my flat, and the customer service told me i was using too much internet and the poor signal was my fault. Get out asap!
