Oh my god @virginmedia you installed our super fast 500mg broadband this week and since then we have had HALF the download we had before. You are impossible to reach by phone. Been on hold for over an hour to be cut off. Today zero internet. Sort it out or we cancel. #hopeless

@virginmedia Trip haziest outside my house cables running to next door which were supposed to be temporary, unstable service, rattling router, some of these issues have been resolved. Others haven’t. I’ve asked for final response but no one will talk to me about this.

@virginmedia what's the point in sending a letter stating if yr service hasn't resumed by 5pm ring this number. When they shut at 5pm. Poor service again from virgin media. Nearly 8pm and still no tele or broadband. What a joke of a company.

I would like people's advice on internet providers. Over the years the cost of my contract has crept up. I now pay £37.00 a month just for broadband with Virgin media. Can anyone recommend an alternative please. I worry about reliability and customer service. Thank you.

If you get a phone call from Amazon Landline or Mobile *HANG UP* Amazon DO NOT RING YOU unless you specifically request them to do so. The same applies to Virgin Media etc whatever you do DON'T PRESS Any numbers on your Keypad when asked to do so JUST HANG UP! ALL SCAMS! Be Safe!

@virginmedia None of the tv’s are close enough for an Ethernet.....and it will often come up on the screen and say ‘there is a problem, check you’re connected to the internet’ also like I said before, apart from the living room, we have to use 4G on our mobiles
