Can’t wait to move over to @SkyUK in a couple of weeks, @virginmedia is the absolute worse now, internet used to be brilliant but know goes off and can’t pick up in some rooms anymore, had about 3 new hubs too, it’s just terrible! Don’t let me down Sky.

@virginmedia had no TiVo working for 1 week now. WiFi running really slow. 5th day of calling up and being passed from pillar to post, on hold for 45 mins only to be told I’ve been transferred to the wrong department, further hold for 35 minutes to have the line go dead!!!!

@virginmedia Whatever takes 4 days to fix? We're already incurring data charges on phone contracts, planning 3 unnecessary trips into the office, being prevented from running a parent's evening from home and missing all TV/ sports coverage until late on Wednesday. Really unacceptable.

@virginmedia (2/2)0564******* where as my actual account I’m getting email bills for is 3215******. They are both linked to my email, and multiple calls to support hasn’t solved this. 0564 still says ‘waiting for your services to be installed’ so I can’t do any checks.
