@virginmedia That’s not what your operator told me. But why should I pay a penalty when I haven’t done any wrong? I overpaid already to keep services running (ha!) AND never received the comp/refunds promised. AND you say I owe you £250 that I don’t. What happens to that? Does it get wiped?
