@virginmedia had no TiVo working for 1 week now. WiFi running really slow. 5th day of calling up and being passed from pillar to post, on hold for 45 mins only to be told I’ve been transferred to the wrong department, further hold for 35 minutes to have the line go dead!!!!

Bit annoying that #VirginMedia is down. But, credit where credit is due - I got the dreaded annual bill rise letter from them, I called up and threatened to leave, and they signed me up to an identical contract without the price rise. Still paying £25 a month :)
