@virginmedia Submitting a complaint will probably result in an apology at best. Given I pay £1k per annum for an unreliable service it’s time to look for an alternative provider who can offer a more satisfactory customer experience

@virginmedia Oh, my bad. Apparently the wiring outside my house has a fault, someone did come last Monday to work on it,and someone was supposed to work on it for Thursday, but it keeps being pushed back (order ref 55230469).

@virginmedia shocking service from you today, I booked an engineer visit for my mum supposed to come today between 12-4 nobody came she’s since called and been told it was a phone call not a visit but still nobody had called. She’s now got to wait till Tuesday for a visit 😠

@Andys_Pants @virginmedia We had a 2-day outage in Autumn and I noticed the other listed outage on the area incident page at the time was put down as vandalism and I remember thinking it was bad enough losing connection without it being some ****'s deliberate work. Hope it gets sorted soon!
