    @virginmedia Contacted your call centre and they were no help. Broadband is so slow! Not good enough. No way anyone seems to want to help.

    @virginmedia Trying again to get through as desperately need to speak to someone as can’t access my account as it’s been hacked and my broadband service is shocking was on hold over an hour yesterday and been holding now for 30 mins, holding for an hour is not acceptable customer service!!!!

    @virginmedia THERE HAS BEEN NO INTERNET / WIFI IN OUR AREA SINCE THURSDAY!! Anyone else experiencing an outage in HA4 area? Told it would be fixed by Monday. Now Friday. This is so ridiculous, some of us have to work from home. Can’t even take calls / send messages because 4G is awful 🤬🤬

    @virginmedia To be honest, it is an old box and just needs a swap out (at least that's my guess). In 12 years of service with you, this is probably the 3rd issue I've ever had. So it isn't a reflection on you, I'm very happy with my service.

    @virginmedia This is totally unacceptable to be without Wi-Fi, phone and tv for over a week. Been on the phone to Virgin for over 40 min and just found out they have canceled the appointment. I do believe they do not know what they are doing. Is this how you treat new customers?
