    @vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness F006897332 - it would be helpful if your team in Manila listened to customers rather than taking a robotic approach to support. I had to demand that a firmware downgrade take place - even after they admitted that would fix the issue.

    @virginmedia Not been given anything. I called Friday regarding my bill. Left my contact details and was told within 48 hours I would get a call back. I was hoping to not have to escalate to a complaint and for it to be dealt with via the manager who was going to call me.....WITHIN 48 HOURS!

    @virginmedia 4th day on the bounce my broadband connection has failed between 5 and 6 am, been off for an hour now. Text yesterday said problem was resolved! And you want me to pay you £52 per month for my connection to keep failing?

    I have never felt so distant from @virginmedia until now. VM web chat started at 1.37pm yesterday. Passed to 3 different people with promises to help. 4 hours later still on webchat. 4 hours waiting is just unacceptable. No help. Cant wait to leave this outfit. @TomMockridgeVM

    @virginmedia I first called on 8th, when estimated fix time was 11th. Since then it has been pushed back each time I called to 18th, then 23rd, now 29th. But the problem has been ongoing for at least 6 wks.
