@virginmedia The hold times aren’t the issue. I’d wait happily if I got an answer at the end. The issue is being hung up on after an hour then having a call answered only to have to listen to dead air for over 30 minutes while whoever is supposed to be helping has forgotten to logout ....1/2

@virginmedia This is the exact type of poor service I received when I called customer service. The package I am currently on is £89 for a new customer, but £129 for a loyal customer. The response back was “that’s all I can do”. Your response is almost as bad “don’t like it, raise a complaint”

@virginmedia Yes, someone to tell me what happens when there’s no cable to pull (your website said service was available). Waited in, engineer just drove off without any explanation. Had to spend hours at call centre. Want install to happen but can’t understand process & no one will explain.

@virginmedia I did. To be told I will have to wait up to 10 weeks now for installation due to maintenance needing to be done. Baring in mind I’ve had to make 4 calls with over 1 hour waiting times to find this out. We have already paid over £100 to cancel our old provider.

It appears @virginmedia really hate loyal customers. My current package costs £94. Been out of contract for 6 years. Customer service will only reduce to £75. Same package for new cust is £36.99. So I’d be forced to pay another £450 for being loyal (18 years). So hello @skytv
