    @virginmedia As I mentioned earlier, i tried calling multiple times with wait time between 60-120 mins and got no response back. Tried reaching out on twitter and got no response. The complaint is not resolved from my side at least, not surr of that closed on your end.

    @virginmedia Service page never shows problems. My internet cuts out several times a day, every night cuts between 12.30 and 2.00 am the time I need it. Virgin last year were supposed to have carried out major maintenance in the LN5 Lincoln area, but its worse #virginmedia

    Screaming laughter, as well as the damn wasters take the "P" making it difficult to get any problems sorted ! Deliberate obstruction trying to keep you on the phone by being idiots! A Disgrace and Virgin Media should disassociate from Virgin Mobile as they will lose Customer's

    @virginmedia That’s not what your operator told me. But why should I pay a penalty when I haven’t done any wrong? I overpaid already to keep services running (ha!) AND never received the comp/refunds promised. AND you say I owe you £250 that I don’t. What happens to that? Does it get wiped?

    @virginmedia I have asked for the case to be escalated several times. Just keep getting fobbed off. Totally unacceptable. I have been a loyal customer for 28 years and get treated like something off the bottom of a shoe.
