@virginmedia 2nd time this week that the broadband has been completely down! Fed up with being sent in circles by your telephone system. Your fault reporting seems to flip between acknowledging there is a fault and proclaiming no fault.

@virginmedia Yes, it says that there are issues. Info isn’t clear, though. This morning it said you were doing planned improvements whereas now it talks about actual issues. It wont let me register for compensation either

@samatlounge @virginmedia I left them because their minuscule upload times were making online teaching difficult. Asked for help dozens of times. Nobody cared a jot! When I left, they rang me every other day, wanting to know why I’d gone, what they could do to get me back. Went on for WEEKS. smh
