@SonosSupport Built a guest network for my Ring system but the Sonos is on the main network with all of the phones, laptops etc. Nothing has changed in terms of security etc - I'm not convinced that my Virgin Media equipment is not at fault, but literally everything else in the house is fine!

@virginmedia Nope. I have username already selected to my email address, password filled in on both fields, security question drop down selected and answer given in the field, and date of birth drop downs all selected. There’s nothing else I can select or that hadn’t been filled in now.

@virginmedia Adding a character and then removing that character worked. By pasting the password in, it wasn’t accepting the password regardless. It needed a character to be manually added. I’ve never seen that before on any password fields on any other site, seems like an API issue maybe.

@DebbyLewinton1 @virginmedia Same here in North Manchester. Been intermittent since 5 December, fix tomorrow apparently. Of course they don’t communicate directly to you, only found that out by ringing them. Had enough, moving to Sky in new year.

@virginmedia I start watching movies on the sky store, then around 20-30 minutes in its says there's a connection issue and disconnects completely, not allowing me to get back on. It comes back on about 5 minutes later.

@virginmedia disappointed to say the least. Customer for 5 years, out of contract, bill is £120 a month, Phone up to renew and negotiate, no offers. Despite Amazon being a new competitor for sports and the mobile experience being infinitely better with them. Package cancelled.

@gstevenssmith @virginmedia I’m moving to Hull which Vodafone doesn’t cover so I was only trying to cancel my broadband. Took me the best part of a day as you can only do by calling and their system terminates your call if busy. Eventually got one email and one letter with 3 termination dates!!!!!

@virginmedia 6 days have passed and I am now in a situation where no one will even reply. An engineer called and was unable to the hub. A replacement hub was posted but there were no cables! No one at Virgin will even attempt to fix the problem. So I need to fine another supplier.
