    @virginmedia It found no issues although the hub did feel rather warm. I’ve rebooted it and I guess we’ll see what happens tomorrow. Not holding my breath as it’s been a daily occurrence for over a week now. Thanks for your help so far 👍

    @virginmedia taking two days, and waiting 29 hours since last chat message was responded to to try to change my package! Started chat Friday night, been passed three times to different people and now no response! This is NOT good customer service irrespective of Covid....

    @zanti @VodafoneUK Yes, but compared with the likes of other networks, my tablet has a @virginmedia SIM in it and that consistently gets between 70-100Mbps.. And they don't even run their own mobile network!

    @virginmedia NG12 has no wifi and you webpage is showing no solution until. 11.00. Given the amount of people working from home this delay is not acceptable. Please update with details of the actual issues.

    @Tash__Wilson @virginmedia Their customer service isn’t good. I had direct debit cancelled by them (didn’t tell me) and charged me for moving house (again didn’t tell me). Them and Sky are similiar, they’ll happily take money but even when it’s their fault the most you get maybe and apology and credit.

    @virginmedia service is totally disgusting, rang on behalf of my mother in law...who is 78 and on state pension....first time offered her package at £44.20 then after wanting to to think about it rang back 20 mins later to be told it’s £57 per month end of story utterly shocking

    @virginmedia Hi Virgin Media, been having internet issues for a couple of weeks now, connection dropping for no reason. A reboot usually does the trick but it’s several times a day. Superhub 3. Frustrating as hell, any ideas?

    @virginmedia Well its still ongoing now. When the website eventually loads it just tells me there's no issues. I've reset it and it's still running at the same speed. It's WiFi as I currently don't have any devices I can connect via a wired connection

    @virginmedia Can't phone it, no data on my phone and the landline is usually offline. I honestly don't think its much of a worry, as I said above, my contract ends soon so I'll either be switching to a different service or upgrading my package, hoping less of the outages of course.

    @virginmedia Instead of saying sorry, why not actually do something to solve the problem that has been going on for years? As in doing away with the overseas call centers and having top notch UK based customer service available to all, first time every time!
