@virginmedia I have raised many complaints . I just had a reply by email in broken English weeks later. The reply made no sense. Three weeks on the faults continue @ofcom

@virginmedia My issue is that this happens all the time . It’s about the seventh fault in as many days . The tv and broadband both constantly go down , service is totally unreliable . So even if you ‘fix’ it, it will probably only work for a few hours @ofcom

@RuthPetrie1 @virginmedia Same for me. They’re a disgrace . When you phone their offshore call centre , rude operatives try to tell you it’s a loose cable on your box. Tv and broadband outages daily for me for last few weeks in sw5 @ofcom

@virginmedia No error. It just fails to connect. The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

@RuthPetrie1 @virginmedia @Ofcom Thanks I don’t hold out much hope . Someone had informed me the issues are to do with them not upgrading the cabinets you see on the pavements outside. The older cabinets cannot Cope with high usage !!! @ofcom

@virginmedia dont have any wired devices just the wifi, no virgin tv or anything we had the box replaced a few weeks ago to fix the issue but if anything its gotten worse as now it goes completely off until you turn it off and back on but also drops connection for a minute or so very frequent

@virginmedia That’s not going to solve anything …. You need to book an engineer to do a home visit …. I am certain the physical broadband line is the problem you supply the kit it’s been tested we pay £140 a month so you should be able to send an engineer please
