    @virginmedia And how am I to do that with no service? It took 3 technicians to figure out my modem had to be “pin reset” and another to rename it properly. Thats 1 hr of my life gone. So glad @CommunityFibre has arrived near me.

    1/2 Absolutely disgraceful service from @virginmedia - we’ve been trying to cancel your service since the middle of October and have been repeatedly cut off when being transferred to the cancellation team. In the end we had no choice but to cancel our DD.

    @virginmedia most disgusting service from you. I Gave 30 days notice for disconnection, never happened was told no record of it £51 charge, 2nd person said no problem will disconnect free of charge, 3rd person said no problem will disconnect £109! Still waiting!! #shambles

    @virginmedia how much longer will I need to wait until my broadband services starts working again? It's been nearly a day now and I am struggling to WFH now. I checked the status of the issue and it was aimed to be completed by 4:00 PM, now it's apparently 8:00 PM!
