    @virginmedia Yes, I have checked it again and exactly the same issue. Moreover it is clear that the issue persists since I am unable to perform my remote consultation work today because of the issue. I am really appalled by the way Virgin Media is handling this issue. @MoneyTelegraph

    @virginmedia Still absolutely no customer service whatsoever @MoneyTelegraph. Broadband still effectively useless. Such a pity Virgin media treats customers with such disdain.

    @virginmedia Absolutely shocking service from Virgin Media. No communication, no attempt to remedy fault in broadband which has persisted for 3 days! I’d like to make a complaint please

    Having issues in the BD2 area with broadband @virginmedia. I work from home and the internet is vital to doing my job. Your site says no errors in my area but have tried all fixes and nothing works.

    @virginmedia I have had no communication at all from Virgin Media so I am not even ware that you have logged the issue, nor even that you are doing anything about it. Presumably you will be refunding me for the days where I continue to effectively have no useful internet? @MoneyTelegraph

    @virginmedia Yes, it is, and the situation has still not changed I am afraid. Virgin Media has not given any further information regards this, and Ai have no idea when the issue may be resolved. It is impossible to get any information at all!

    @virginmedia Hi, We have an issue with the broadband (LS8) being slow and laggy the past few days. The broadband is essential for work purposes. Can this be looked into and remedied as soon as possible please?

    @virginmedia Apparently there’s a fault in the area now, but I’ve seen similar tweets from Newcastle and London so it’s not just my area it’s the whole country. Really poor service these days.

    @virginmedia I would like to be connected please. You were due to install on 19th December but without any notice it was cancelled (external works not having been completed) No notice given leaving us without internet/ phone. Next date cancelled too 😡16th Jan now! Awful service!

    @virginmedia can you give an update on restoring the tv? I’ve paid for a box set and now unable to watch two nights in a row, most on demand tv unwatchable too. Internet and tv have been terrible all over Christmas, which given the amount in paying per month is forcing me to jump

    So yesterday I set the TiVo for The Lost Treasure of the Sierra Madre but when I put it on the recording SAID I was getting Bogart and the recording was actually part way through Edge of Tomorrow which was on over 5 hours previously. Was this a @TCMuk or @virginmedia issue???

    @virginmedia can you help with this? Lots of people having the same issue and saying it’s the router. It has 2ghz and 5ghz and it keeps trying to swap between the two and that’s what causes it to keep missing connected? How can I stop this it’s so bloody frustrating!!

    @OpenreachHelp And therefore I have gone back to Virgin Media installation will be completed on Tuesday it’s been very disappointing I am also seeking compensation for the missed appointment on the 21st and the £5.00 per calendar day for the lack of service it’s all evidenced in writing
