@Paul_Tags @virginmedia There are consistent issues with Virgin Media going down in London SW11. It seems to happen on a weekly basis. I’ll definitely be changing provider.

@virginmedia Thanks for clarifying. Anyway I’ve now been without broadband and landline since 8.30am, back from unplanned trip to office for their wifi to find that service is not going to be fixed until 9am tomorrow! This is the second time in a month I’ve been without service all Friday. 😫

Here we go yet again. Quelle surprise @virginmedia down in SW11 for the past few hours. Warning to anyone in South London, avoid them as your broadband provider. It truly is an awful service.

@virginmedia She offered to send an engineer. I could not provide any available dates for next few weeks because of my work commitment so I suggested that I would be in touch when I know I have some time available. She said then she would have to close the complaint log.

@virginmedia It’s up and running now though I favour it a temporary fix as it’s a repetitive issue in Wandsworth and needs addressing. I pay a premium as opposed to going with a cheaper provider to avoid precisely this scenario. It’s far from a satisfactory service.

@virginmedia #internet So glad I left Virgin a year ago. I have much better speeds at half the price. Virgin are expensive and customer service the worst I have ever experienced.
