@virginmedia Interesting when you get disconnected the moment you tell the agent the deal to stay with you as a loyal customer is way higher then new customers and £20 a month more than @SkyUK Especially when your charging me per minute to call you as you never fixed my landline

@ianbriggs @virginmedia This is why I left them for Sky years ago. They are poor. Been with Sky for 12 years, and they have always been good customer service wise, and rectifying faults quick.

@virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.

@virginmedia No reported issues in my area. Weirdly hive hub appears online but every other device, phones laptops etc are reporting "IP configuration" and nothing connecting. Your website keeps falling over on 4g too which doesn't help

@virginmedia It’s not if you fell short, you guys did fall short . I cancelled my service and it should have been cutoff on the 10th March not the 10th of Feb. all I wanted to here that it was going to be restored. #untrustworthy

@KirstyCM @virginmedia OMG, it’s the worse. I had an issue since October still haven’t been resolved until now and they are still charging me. Spent 60mins on phone 10x trying to resolve they pass you about or cancel call after being put on hold. Disgusting service. Just cancelled the Direct Debit

@virginmedia I was some time ago but that was because I had entered my number I don't know what number they tried to call as they would not tell me so poor it really is and after 15 years 🤣

@virginmedia That's not my problem or fault though. I've been given the lost days back in the past. We've had a load of days where we've been without due to service upgrades in the area now this. If I didn't pay fully you'd be straight onto me but not supplying me with a service is ok?
