    @Spikebmth @takeitev @myenergiuk One of the good things about a Zappi is it’s screen, which means it can be operated with out internet or WiFi, which can be useful in a emergency, especially if your on Virgin Media ?

    @virginmedia ask Kath she knows it is going into the hands of The Police now the 7 days are up so a letter will be in the post today with all the Evidence, I will be switching then to EE who have helped me out, and have Excellent Customer Service I have had my phone and wi-fi for ages at EE

    @virginmedia @HardyShorses These are trying to charge me for a Months Services after they cut me off 2nd April want over £270 now I have put it in the hands of the police with them since 1999 they are corrupt & No Customer Service now, they will get what I owe as & when I can afford on U.C. using foodbank

    @virginmedia Effects both, even when connected to the hub by Ethernet it has intermittent issues. We had a tech out a few months ago but they said they couldn't see a fault....

    @virginmedia Tried it, and this is the only message that comes up. From a community page I can see that I am not the only person in the area with a down network. Can you check into this and reply ASAP please? People are loosing money that can’t work from home.

    @virginmedia Our connection is extremely unstable - your connectivity is dropping constantly. I’ve been on a Teams call since 9AM and I’ve already had to reconnect 4 times. This is not sustainable. We are on the 350 package.

    @virginmedia can someone contact me ASAP? I was on hold for over 1hr last night, spoke 2 someone, got transferred 2 another dpt then got told 2 hold again & then I waited for over 1hr & no one came back to me. Poor treatment of customers. I would leave today if I wasn’t tied in!

    Cut off our services for an outstanding amount of £17, I paid £69 on the 4th and the "customer service rep" after being told this was ny brothers card who was helping me to get my children studying again @virginmedia
