    @virginmedia It's not the services that is the problem, it is online gaming with the hub3 it can't handle gaming, it is a cheap piece of crap, I know internet companies don't give out good routers, but if it's the only one I can use, surely it should be good enough, I'm sick of resetting it.

    @virginmedia keep ringing me on a daily basis! Sometimes I can’t answer and they leave a long, silent voicemail! When I do answer, they put the phone down on me! I know it’s Virgin because if I try to ring back I get a recorded msg saying they’ll try again soon!

    Been struggling to get answers from Virgin Media @virginmedia for the past 2 months . New customer and still haven’t received voucher for Argos, they told me to go through 3rd party supplier as they assumed this is what I did. NO, I set up my contract directly with VM . SKY next
