    Virgin media just rubbish. Just so disappointed in a service that for the past 2 months has been rubbish. Worked all over the house and even in the garden for all the time we have been customers but now only working on one side of the house and not upstairs.

    When you ring @virginmedia to discuss your current package... 1st guy ruder than rude... Asked to talk to disconnections and get the best customer service. Turns out there was a deal to be made. Very happy now.

    .@virginmedia £75 a month and you can't provide any Internet, phone line nor television. Nearly 12 hours and counting.... Never had this problem with @SkyUK

    Just ended my internet contract with @virginmedia it was very much like communicating with a stroppy teenager. That plus the 48 minute wait on hold doesn’t make me feel like ever returning. Very poor customer service.

    @virginmedia Rang that number, said there wasn’t much they could do. Re did my package as it is currently, and it was £2 more than what I got quoted on Saturday. So just over £30 a month more staying with you. Thanks for trying to help

    @virginmedia It is said was going to be fixed yesterday by midnight then it changed to 10.05 this morning then 14.50 now saying 6 very annoying pay alit each month to you lot yes of course there will be issues but the same happened Friday evening until Saturday morning it’s not very good

    @virginmedia How about you just focus on delivering stable broadband to existing customers. Mine amhas been down nearly 2hrs. It’s ok though you know about it and working on it. So bloody frustrating. Money off the bill ain’t enough it is stopping me working

    We need @BBCWatchdog to look into #VirginMedia asap: @virginmedia fail to provide the service I pay for, give me 1/2 month waiting times for technicians that don't turn up, and then tell me it looks like I've used 900GB (if that was so why would I call) and can't be refunded.

    @richardbranson so frustrated with @virginmedia broadband service. on install day, no one informs about delays beyond allotted slot 5 hrs. Multiple calls later, engg turns up to inform the cabling is incomplete. I now need to call another team for getting this done. sad state!!

    @virginmedia @DAVIDLIVETT I live in BR5 and it’s abysmal service from Virgin. It’s not complex it’s just that it happened before the weekend and no meaningful attempt made to fix it. Poor communication and hiding behind a fictional time which just gets pushed back!
