    @virginmedia paying for 100mbs broadband. Consistently getting below 10 and very often below 5. You sent an engineer who said our entire building had a problem and it would be fixed 2 weeks ago.

    @virginmedia One of the worst when they commit and change the visit in last minute don’t respect others time my installation date was on 11/06/2020 ,Received call at 18:00 on 10/06/2020 via automated system that date has been changed to 11:07/2020 ,you know what 🦶

    @virginmedia Please can you help. Yet again my download and upload speeds are terrible can’t load or download anything. I’m paying for 110mbps but you give me 7mbps and less than 1mbps upload. Your ruining my business I pay you guys so much cash and my issues never get callbacks

    @virginmedia new broadband install today, was working fine now nothing. Your website won’t allow me to set up my account to check local service. Im an ex virgin engineer so know what to do and check. No Down or upstream signals. Same for neighbours. Get this sorted immediately

    @ThreeUK absolutely fed up of the abysmal service I get with my broadband. It simply doesn’t work. Was promised a speed in the store, ive never even got half. Constantly dropping out. Time to change back to @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Sporadic outages and having to factory reset the hub3 when it throws a wobbler the intel chipset inside is **** your network is **** and to make it worse your customer service is **** yet you’ll never admit it you need to get a new hub4 sharpish 😡😡

    @virginmedia I had already made 2 call back requests and neither happened. It’s regarding those 2 failed call backs, 4 people hanging up on me, poor customer service, poor technical service, being told misinformation, being on the phone for 4.5 hours to name a few things.
