Its been going on & off now for over a wk.Once it goes off 1st time its then hours of dropping constantly.Ive had issues since day1 but it seemed to get better....now gone again.     @virginmedia what an absolute **** show of a company. My wife renewed her sim only contract last month & was offered an iPad as a free gift as a loyal customer. 5 times she was sent new iPhone 14,s by mistake. She went out of her way to return them all with the incentive of 1/2

    @virginmedia Just that there’s an issue in the area and engineers are working on it no further information and it’s still happening and getting worse (I assume usage has compounded things, at least hopefully) yet again.

    Anyone thinking of switching to @virginmedia DON’T honestly never received worse service, currently on our 3rd outage in 3 days but hey will apparently be fixed by 24th June at 4pm. Customer service are a joke!!!!

    @S4C @virginmedia Yeah had the update but still not working, it hasn’t now for the last 3 or 4 live games, it must be a Virgin problem as I said freesat and freeview working, never mind I’ll stay with the Welsh language it’s fine

    @virginmedia Its ridiculous. Every day service site says it'll be fixed by 'a time' Then it goes off again Latest was fixed by today at 4pm. It came back on. Its off again & now service page says fixed by 12pm TOMORROW Thats FOUR days on & off. Its unacceptable Postcode is SR4 8JW
