    @virginmedia I think your messaging service is having a dicky fit it keep asking if I need any help and asks me to type yes or no... so I type yes. It say someone will be in touch soon.. then few seconds later it asks me the same questions over and over 😡

    @virginmedia we’ve just had a 3rd phone call in 2 days, from someone claiming to be from virginmedia. Saying they need to remotely access our computer to resolve an issue with our router. Needless to say we smelt a rat. But wanted to inform you that this is happening.

    @virginmedia It was a marketing letter I received for free installation but I was charged fee on my first bill. Accounts team promised to refund after customer service passed me on to them but they never auctioned it.

    @mrsjackson2205 @virginmedia This is the reason we cancelled with them. We had an on going complaint for around 6 months!! Terrible company so glad we got rid! You cannot talk to anyone on the phone and when you do they are as much use as a chocolate fire guard!

    @virginmedia We got a confirmation message this morning and were not told he wasn’t coming. We’ve just found out he won’t be here for 5 days and can’t go without broadband or tv for 5 days. We don’t understand why esp as phone reception is bad in the house.

    @virginmedia The hub for my Hive heating system went down with the wifi two weeks ago and wouldn’t restart once my wifi came back. I was left with no option but to replace it. It had been working fine until the wifi outage, that seemed to trigger it.

    @virginmedia We’ve now been told the technician came, phoned us (though we’ve no missed calls) and left. We also went out to look on the street. So he left us without ringing the door bell? I suspect he went home to watch the football. What dreadful service.
