    @virginmedia problems with my router and your tech help told me the cables must have come loose. I didn’t touch or move the router or the cables and your help got it back on by telling me that me tightening it resolved it. I never touched it. can’t you admit the router is faulty

    @virginmedia yes it is, I have already contacted your Webchat team and was told it is a known issue that has been ongoing since 24th may. After 25 minutes on the phone (mostly oh hold) after 5 concurrent missed calls in 2 mins after requests to be contacted by email, I am awaiting a call back

    1/2 hour to finally speak to someone at @virginmedia and after getting though to someone, they put me on hold again and then hung up on me! If someone from your customer retention team could call be back I’d appreciate it.

    @virginmedia Through and then hung up on... This also happened when I tried to ring the Saturday before (although I hadn't asked to speak to a manager)... It had just been a lot of issues and at the absolute most expensive time for them to have happened.

    @RogerCarlsson92 @MrRoryReid (2/2) however if you're not using an external input like a PS5/Virgin Media/Sky Q box etc then it does work fine. Basically limits you to the built in TV tuner/Apps like Netflix etc. Main reason I'll never buy again is that Samsung promised a software update to fix... never came.

Not worth bothering anybody to mention why all zoom calls had to be cancelled, kids with internet authorised computer games couldn't play them? Nothing? Okay. Cancellations?

    @virginmedia watching Steve Jobs movie on Virgin Media UHD channel last night. The sound was marred with numerous drop outs. This seems to a never ending issue. As uhd product is limited on virgin this is a Poor show!

    Phoned your support team, and was told I could still cancel. Not an option since you’ve now drilled a hole in my house. Beyond me that nobody at @virginmedia thought to check the cabinet was live before going ahead with an install.
