    @virginmedia absolute rubbish service - no internet again. This has been on and off for months, no use calling to be told to reset modem, what I want is a proper fix, paying for a service I’m not getting.

    @virginmedia I have gone through all of this already with @virginmedia on numorous occasion. I have a complaint reference and I still after 5 weeks hard a phone call as promised. The WiFi drop out, we can’t use any device on WiFi as it just does work.

    @virginmedia No, other than I have to wait 3months due to a banking error that delayed 1 payment. Witch has been paid and over the last 6 year payments of upto £200pm have never been missed I find it very disappointing

    @virginmedia day 2 of no broadband and tv .. went down yesterday at midday … said it would be fixed by 915pm, then Midnight, then midday today, now 4pm today ?? That’s 2 days of income I’ve lost ? And still no sign of it being fixed ?

    @virginmedia All I can do really is inform others on social media so they'll stay away from you, and maybe write to MPs to make UK law match other countries where it is illegal to charge an early exit fee. After all, if people could just leave, your service would be impeccable.

    @virginmedia They said they could not make sense of it. I have a cancellation on 23rd August and a new package on 24th. CS saying new order not put through, speak to retentions. Retentions said he was confused. Nobody can help me.

    @virginmedia Hey, it seems to be the case while I'm at work and it's only been this week. My colleague (also on virgin) is having the same issues (he listens to the radio on his phone and it keeps cutting out). My texts and calls are absolutely fine, it just seems to be 1/2
