@virginmedia trying to cancel your appalling services and no conveniently there is an intermittent network fault that is going to take you over 10 days to repair... it’s ok though as you’ve offered me £5 compensation! Honestly the worst service provider in the industry

@virginmedia I'm paying you every month for broadband the doesn't work. Rebooting 3 or 4 times a day is a joke. Even your tests think my router is off. Its been going on over a year I want to leave and need a call from your team

So I’ve been with @virginmedia for about 2 years & I’m out of contract. Happy with the service so as moving house thought I’d take them with me. Want to charge me for the privilege!! Already paying more per mth than new customers and you want to charge me a moving fee!! Jog on!

After 72 hours without functioning WiFi/broadband (have given up explaining the difference to my bemused family) , normal service is resumed. It’s been tough. We had to actually watch whatever was on live TV. Dreadful. Big thanks to @bt_uk for sorting out @virginmedia mess

@virginmedia Have had problems with a cut in service every day this week. When you work from home this is massively annoying and inconvenient. I have had to run tests everyday and reset devices and my home security etc. I am Area24 but it’s now getting me to 😡🤬stage!!!

@CaseyMoo7 I read about it somewhere. I guess its like the issue where all the Sky channels left Virgin Media for a couple of years or so, then they agreed on some kind of license deal and the channels came back. That was annoying at the time...

@virginmedia appreciate good customer service(when I get it) but after upgrading my service 10 days ago I've just had my 16th call from your cold calling team. I've asked them to stop 2 days ago. Only had 5 calls since then. You must do better. STOP THE CALLS.

@virginmedia Yes I have now tried to ring twice and messages your text service twice! Exactly the same answer as the previous tweet you replied with only 24hrs earlier! Rather than replying with the same message why don’t you do something about it?
