Come on @virginmedia sort it out. WiFi has been terrible all day had to hotspot for several work Teams calls and now can’t get films in Netflix or Amazon Prime. SG4 area!! Kids not happy now either

@virginmedia No, but I got an email confirming my TV upgrade from V6 to the 360 service. There's still the Hub upgrade issue that wasn't solved. My Hub 3 is performing badly and I asked for an upgrade to Hub 4 or 5 but as my call was cut off I didn't get that. Can you solve this for me?
