@virginmedia I’m on a sim only deal with you recently taken it out, but looks like I have under estimated how much data I need is it possible to switch to a higher data plan? And then if not needed move back down?

@virginmedia so I’ve had a merry go round of experiences for the last few months I’ve had to give advice to managers engineers etc when I contact about issues I want to out this forwards do a job do it right correct. Say a time call me don’t not call happened 3+ times 1/2

@virginmedia for 3rd time short gap in time my service is showing w02 with repairs just up the road .for the prices i pay i shouldnt pay full service when disrupted so much .a text saying you are doing repairs no good to a 2 year old waiting for peppa pig

@virginmedia your customer service is unbelievably pathetic. You think paying me £50 discount will resolve my contempt for your service, well it won’t. It took you 6 weeks before anyone even contacted me. I pay for 300 meg WiFi, I’m lucky if I get 20.

@virginmedia my WiFi is so bad that come 7pm we have to switch it if on our phones and use our data. I’ve just tried to book a service call only to be told I can’t as they are doing work on our area and it will automatically get cancelled. It’s been bad for a year now!!!!

@virginmedia I have been forced to work from home and work internationally. For the past 48hrs your WiFi has been down in Hertfordshire. Completely. Have been unable to work and have thus lost money. Get a costumer service that works or I will take my business elsewhere

@virginmedia £90 a month for an absolute rubbish service called the other day and the favorite saying was reboot was supposed to be put through through to the technical department on to hold on for 25 mins I gave up had to send this not using WiFi

@virginmedia Yes I have spoken to your tech guys. I have tried everything they suggested to no avail. All they say is I need to pay £5 extra a month for a booster which I think is unfair as I have done nothing to cause this issue

@virginmedia I’ll ring your call centre again tomorrow. When I’m paying nearly £65 a month for a service I’m not getting I don’t really feel I should have to post to a online community forum to solve the problem. A Virgin tech should come to my home & fix it!

@virginmedia Not really sure. All I know is that for some reason in various parts of my house the signal becomes very poor. Whereas it used to be perfect. Hub has been in the same place since I’ve had it.

@virginmedia Sorry. That’s it. Sorry. Yes I’ve checked and the WiFi is now working. I also checked and I’ll still be billed the full amount for a 2nd rate service that doesn’t in anyway match your glitzy empty advertising campaigns.

@virginmedia No, my router is in the living room and the WiFi signal isn’t strong enough in the dining room through one wall to be able to use. Barely any WiFi signal upstairs at all. I’d like another booster so I could spread the signal a little more. Thanks

@virginmedia I'm getting nowhere near my 600Mbps, not even close to the 300Mbps minimum speed. Best wired perf I am getting is ~200-250Mbps. Getting nowhere with support, the last guy told me to complain to ofcom. Can someone who knows what they are doing please get in touch?

@virginmedia We have very intermittent broadband. I have followed the instructions on your website numerous times. Managed to find an alternate number and get an engineer booked for Monday. This was after I was told by your customer service that the government told you not to send engineers !
