    @virginmedia 3rd night running I sit down to use internet and 3rd night it’s not working! Turn on/off router, follow every online advice, phone call centre who say it’s a short term issue when I get through! I rely on internet access in eve to carry out work. Unacceptable!

    @virginmedia Hi, it’s not that the internet’s not working, the tv is saying that the Ethernet is not connected but it recognises that the cable is plugged in... there was a c130 error, and now it’s saying v210

    @VMSolutions_ @VirginMediaCorp @virginmedia tried all day to get the problem solved with my Virgin V6 box, 1st call took an hour, called back as requested and was cut off, no one has had the good manners to call me back, very poor service think I will be leaving you soon !!

    @virginmedia it’s over 24 hours since your call centre cut off my call after waiting 30 mins for you to answer, having already spent ages trying to resolve the issue previously ,still no call back, if this is the customer service you provide, I’d avoid this circus at all costs !

    @virginmedia Well that is the thing...it has been resolved by myself. I want to know why this keeps happening, whether you keep logs/traces of activity on the router and whether you can proactively monitor my connection to see where the issue is as it arises...as it is sure to do so!!!

    @virginmedia We did this, then spent an hour on the phone to your customer services, to be landed in a worse place than when we started, and told they couldn’t help :-(. When we tried to log a complaint, the complaint form errored and told us to call #frustrating #shoddyservice

    @virginmedia It is resolved, thankfully, but some information about what was going on last night would’ve been helpful. Your website either claimed there was no problem (when there obviously was) or wouldn’t function. All you need to do is let your customers know what is going on ...

    @virginmedia Yep it’s about our account. We’ve tried escalating. We’ve written letters. I’ve been on the phone to you for 3 consecutive days with zero resolution. We want to leave our contract as you’ve never provided working wifi. Simple. You won’t let us leave unless we pay £240.

    @virginmedia Secondly, I was told that VM only compensates if the outage extends more than 48 hours. Please don’t mind me saying this, but if a company is not going to bear any penalty for first 48 hours, why will they bother it fix is sooner than that. Not sure what the strategy here is.

    So @virginmedia owe me £286. And their customer service team acknowledged this, before hanging up on me, mid convo. Terrible service. I would like a direct number to the collections team. And not that generic automated number.
