    @iestyntdavies @virginmedia Sorry to hear this. Such a waste. Immensely frustrating for all. Hope service resumes soon. Imagine being one of the families that have no online access at all, because can’t afford it. Less frustration but what a desert they now inhabit. And govt doesn’t give tinker’s cuss.

    @virginmedia Thank you for answering so promptly. I have had the same package for 4 years. 2 boxes with BT sport. Nothing fancy. £85.50 is extremely steep and I therefore need to cancel. No TV contract should cost this much. Please direct me to the cancellations team. Thank you.

    If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

    @virginmedia bill was supposed to be reduced to accommodate the lack of Sky sports, bt sports etc etc etc. But no. Great. Thanks. Final nail in the proverbial coffin. Customer loyalty accounts for nothing with you. Will be looking to go elsewhere.

    @virginmedia Unfortunately, the service is still quite disappointing. Although I can connect to the wifi, the latency is so bad that it takes a while to load anything. This is especially frustrating when playing online games.

    @virginmedia I Never received any cancellation email but I have been told multiple times over the phone that the account has been cancelled and the contract terminated, this does not align with what is shown when I log into my Virgin Media account via your website.

    @virginmedia I did submit a complaint. But to the same person who assured me 5 days ago that my internet would be back in 24 hours. So I am not sure the complaint was really registered. How can I check the status of that complaint? I have the reference number.
