    Hi @virginmedia, I’ve had no picture or sound on my TV for 24 hours now. Even on my apps the picture and sound aren’t loading. Subtitles still showing up though. It’s a TiVo box. Any help appreciated would be great.

    @NetflixUK is it just me or does @virginmedia keep canceling my netflix subscription, they have changed the payment system and its now **** but they are embarrassed to admit it, its pathetic. Please let me know

    @virginmedia is it possible to DM someone to cancel a contract? I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes, finally got through to someone who said it’s not within their remit, transferred me to another department and now the line is silent and I’ve been waiting almost an hour!???

    @virginmedia @its_coco_do Well I've clearly been forgotten conveniently after calling telling an agent I want to cancel my order and being cut off. Promised a call back. Nothing. Every time I call I get dropped. Ridiculous

    @virginmedia They answered, established they couldn't sell me a new product then told me to phone back in the day my contract ends and immediately hung up.. If it was clearly stated online in your info "don't phone us to cancel until your contract ends" I'd have saved 35 minutes of my day..

    @virginmedia Taking payment every month whilst we sit here with no tv, no broadband. We have a contract, I pay for your service, you aren’t providing that so I’m not paying. I’m already paying for extra data every month on our mobile bills. Virgin media is a joke.

    @virginmedia Your customer facing systems are obviously not fit for purpose and your staff have lied, hung up on me and been relatively unhelpful throughout the process. I would strongly recommend nobody use your services.

    I have @virginmedia 1000mpbs and atm east 3/5 games is very laggy as landing at a location on @FortniteGame is this a server problem it’s all the time? I’m confused as my speeds are the best you could get.. it happens with everyone in the same squad not just me? #fortnite

    @virginmedia We can do, however, we’ve already wasted so much time on the phone with your very unhelpful & quite frankly rude & abrupt “customer service” assistants, that it doesn’t fill us with much hope that you’ll actually help the matter along…
