@virginmedia just spoke to a lovely guy on the phone. However, I don’t understand how you can justify charging £40 + for a deal that is £32 online for a new customer. I’ve been with you 20 + years, nothing needs doing to the account. It’s already set up. No point being loyal?

@virginmedia Yes. I am getting no service via the 2nd box whatsoever. The box light does not change from red. Tried switching off at the wall. Checked leads & have swapped over HDMI lead all to no avail.

@virginmedia no service from 2nd box so phoned customer service. Automated voice says text with link will be sent. Call ends. Text arrived. Pressed link takes me to page which says that link isn't working. Customer service is a joke.

@virginmedia Yesterday 3 new boxes installed after weeks of problems. Just turned on tv..no signal. Tried another, same. Phoned & told wait times r long. Advised go on line & try to sort it. I am not a feckin tv engineer but a paying customer who is thinking of going back to Sky.

@virginmedia - terrible service re outage of broadband in EH7 area. No service since Tuesday afternoon and have seen 3 "deadlines" for getting it fixed pass by. WHEN are you actually going to send an engineer. Apparently you know what the problem is, so get it sorted now!
