@VodafoneUK Technical challenge since day 1, called several times until I got to the tech 2 team who has made it clear they can’t help!! Invested a couple days worth of investigation to find others r having same. didn’t take ur customer service a minute to process cancellation.

@VodafoneUK for the 2nd day running, your ‘customer care’ team have failed to call me back at the agreed time so that they can discuss my complaint and try to prevent me from cancelling my contracts. My complaint was about the customer service I received!

@VodafoneUK so turns out, my phone battery was overheating because my USB plug was faulty so the charger was giving off a lot of heat! so after letting it cool down and pluging the wireless charger into a brand new @AnkerOfficial usb charger, worked a treat!

@VodafoneUK I placed an order last week from Lego and dpd managed to deliver that to me before yours so something is going on at the warehouse and no one at Vodafone is contacting the warehouse to ask why. All you keep saying to me is “wait for a text”. No there’s an issue here!
