@VodafoneUK The agents or customer Vernice team cut me of three times while I was trying to resolve this issue. On the third time, in a space of 15 min I asked the agent to call me back, giving him my number but that never happened.

@AnnaWeather @VodafoneUK I ordered 11pro 256Gb last tuesday. Was told 1 to 2 weeks delivery, but it's out of stock. People are waiting like 3 or 4 weeks for there phones. No one at customer services knows what they're doing.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK you’ve now sent two routers. They aren’t working. @EE we are really excited to sack off @VodafoneUK for you for quicker speeds, better service and better benefits. You don’t have much to live up to but as long as we have internet every day I think we will be happy

Update - DPD tried to deliver at 1030 this morning. When I wasn’t home. Funny that, given @VodafoneUK had promised they would book at hour delivery slot at 1800. I asked them to confirm they had done it and the ‘customer service’ person hung up rather than answer.

@gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

@VodafoneUK Jamie. Makes no difference. I don’t have a Vodafone mobile so can’t call 191. That shows how much Vodafone really don’t care. Get a manager / supervisor or someone in authority to call me directly. I’m sure if I was a multinational company with same issues I’d get a call!!

@VodafoneUK Thanks Muhamned. Ive spoken at length with the upgrade team but the offers just aren't good enough. Ive been with Vodafone 4 years so can't complain. Ill look at the new customer deals on other networks and make my decision.

@officialgiggs @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam I wouldn’t rush to join Vodafone. Their contract says they don’t guarantee WiFi(they keep telling me)so it’s tough luck when you can’t connect to WiFi. They are great when you use a wired service though

@VodafoneUK I finally got a fault logged and I now have the tech2 team's number that I can call. Having yet another 4-digit pin to remember is not helpful, I could log into My Vodafone but that didn't help me pass security.
