    @VodafoneUK Why is your 4G signal so intermittent at Heathrow T5 at the moment? Loads of us that work here haven’t been whats app messages till hours later, phone calls don’t go thru and apps not loading!!

    @VodafoneUK I have given two people my details already. I have spent so much time Saturday, Sunday and Monday trying to rectify this. I don't have more time or energy. Give me my money back. An an important occasion that can't be redeemed. I'll never use you or @vuecinemas again.

    @VodafoneUK new hub you have sent me does not power on …. It’s a bank holiday weekend and I’m going to have no internet and unable to work !!!!! Useless Cancel it now as I’ll go elsewhere

    @VodafoneUK How about giving us some signal so we could actually make Zoom calls? You have knocked out the internet at Brentford High St and Ealing Road for two weeks and we cannot work or home school

    Dear @VodafoneUK what I'd really like for #FeelgoodFriday would be to get my damn phone number working so people can call me. I have data again after A WEEK without and can call out after cut off for TWO DAYS but STILL no-one can call me. Your "support" is truly #terrible

    @markchristie I enjoy feeding you material! I’m caught in a similar loop with @VodafoneUK at the moment. The problem is that the people manning their social handles don’t have any more information than is available on their website and, crucially, no authority. It’s so damaging to the brand.

    @VodafoneUK so just over 3 days since an engineer visit to fix serious broadband connectivity issues, my case is closed and the issues return. Not good enough Vodafone 😡now my unique reference number has expired, I guess I have to endure hours of tests to get back

    @AdmirRusidovic @VodafoneUK I can’t believe how bad their service is? They asked me to DM them. I did. they said their only social media rep and gave me a number to call? Did that. Again Egypt, shouting and threatening me to put notes on my account saying I’m to blame?

    @VodafoneUK My Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is included with my contract and shows active on the Vodafone webpage but not on the APP, but my Microsoft account says the subscription expired on Feb 3. I need help to sort this as I can't play games on Xbox App due to "no subscription".
