    @VodafoneUK Shocking online customer service. Clearly said I wanted to cancel SIM only deal and both agents said you need to send the handset back in a pre-paid envelope. Thank goodness your telephone agent redeemed the situation.

    @VodafoneUK I've on 4 occasions rang your customer care to get my account sorted. I have had no contract sent to me, no username or pin for my account. Your system won't allow my email address to be updated as one of your employee entered it incorrectly. 5 weeks no resolution.

    @VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

    @VodafoneUK Despite promises nothing at all has been done since I raised my query. It is really terrible and the worst customer experience I have ever had. It is really shameful that so much money is spent on advertising but you can’t look after our customers. @VodafoneCust

    @_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

    I decided to change from o2 to @VodafoneUK . So far I am not impressed with the customer service. Phones we ordered are on back order , that’s a week ago. Can’t get anyone on the line to track my order and as for finding out on line. You have to have a Vodafone number!

    @VodafoneUK I upgraded my handset in July 2018 to an iPhone X. The battery started loosing capacity few weeks ago and today I called customer services and asked if I could make an appointment in the Westfield store to have it replaced. The ******* the phone was helpful.

    They did actually cancel it after 2.5hrs... & 2 attempts to sell me other Vodafone products I didn’t want or need - really poor customer service - your telephony team were amazingly, worse Counting the days until the end of @vodafoneUk contract & telling anyone who will listen!

    @VodafoneUK In all honesty I can count on one hand in 15+ years good customer experiences with Vodafone... not including Tobi of course- they are great! They have more compassion that the people on the telephone. No investigation needed because I am moving on. A real shame.

    @VodafoneUK this is still happening. Had internet 20+ years and never had dropouts like this. My girlfriends works at home and I don’t, so I only see how bad it is at weekends. F1 race been on 27 mins I’ve seen 5 laps. I set up a thinkbroadband BQM and found dropouts every 30-40 mins

    @VodafoneUK Installing a raspberry pi script tonight to log how frequent the dropouts happen and how long until it self-resolves. I notice 30-35 new IP addresses a day on my Plex log files!! Only been here 3 months and want to cancel and move to the 900mb cityfibre offer, can we?
