    @VodafoneUK Shocking online customer service. Clearly said I wanted to cancel SIM only deal and both agents said you need to send the handset back in a pre-paid envelope. Thank goodness your telephone agent redeemed the situation.

    @VodafoneUK experience that I totally regret. They haven’t changed or improve at all. In fact they’re getting worse. With incomplete unfriendly lying staff. That’s there just to lie and deceive you as a customer.

    @_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

    @VodafoneUK I've on 4 occasions rang your customer care to get my account sorted. I have had no contract sent to me, no username or pin for my account. Your system won't allow my email address to be updated as one of your employee entered it incorrectly. 5 weeks no resolution.

    @VodafoneUK I upgraded my handset in July 2018 to an iPhone X. The battery started loosing capacity few weeks ago and today I called customer services and asked if I could make an appointment in the Westfield store to have it replaced. The ******* the phone was helpful.

    @VodafoneUK On hold with the tech team Again ... this has been going on for almost 3 weeks. Speed was 14.1 ... then raised the issue... speed went up (surprise ) I now have a speed of 7.8 !! Less than a quarter of the guaranteed speed offered . Have to say I am very disappointed and annoyed

    @VodafoneUK - Spent 2 hours today trying to resolve poor signal issue and getting passed from pillar to post - atrocious customer service but you are not interested! I’m very angry - if you are a future customer don’t believe the network coverage checker!

    @VodafoneUK If the PAYG1 tariff plan hadn't changed to £1 minimum charge on day of use, it was good. Now it costs £1 to send 1 text if do nothing else that day! Adding a bundle overrides the £1 unlimited offer, so worst of both options. Change PAYG1 back to max daily or revert to std tariff.
