    @VodafoneUK Gigacube is the worst piece of technology. Do not buy! I’ve called multiple time’s to get someone to help me and no one can! They are now trying to charge me £600 for a technology that does not work to get out of my contract, if I want to move onto broadband @Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK I have a serious issue with my account - your call centres have taken 4 weeks and still not fixed. After switching with PAC to you at beg of April I still cannot rcv incoming calls or send/rcv txts. This service is atrocious

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 5 weeks since our complaint. No response. Is this how you cater to customers? Wrong phone sent, false contract granted, administrative difficulties, staff arguments, staff confusion all at the expense of the customers time that we will not get back.

    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    Online chat with @VodafoneUK from 18:39-22:23. Two orders placed and order numbers received. Apparently one order was ‘pending’ then ‘hasn’t gone through’ I asked for them both to be cancelled. Spoken to 3 team members online and one in store today. Appalling service! #Vodafone

    Just like every month, I'm once again fighting with @VodafoneUK to get a stupid VAT invoice that they are LEGALLY REQUIRED TO PROVIDE! Every month, I'm told it will be fixed by next month! Every month it's a different issue, but still stupidly difficult! #AvoidVodafone
