    @VodafoneUK Can someone please explain why the mobile app NEVER works. Everytime I have tried to use it in the past two months it has failed. Updates etc are all current. This is not good enough.

    @VodafoneUK The agents or customer Vernice team cut me of three times while I was trying to resolve this issue. On the third time, in a space of 15 min I asked the agent to call me back, giving him my number but that never happened.

    @VodafoneUK Wimbledon store not helpful with @VOXI_UK You sell the SIMs but tell me to go online to sort out any issues trying to activate the services that are part of taking out a contact. Really poor.

    @VodafoneUK - trying to get through to you to cancel my broadband account. The no you provide seems to be pretty well unstaffed. So far over 3 hours of ‘queueing’ over 3 days & still no person to speak to. Can you provide alternatives. Including this channel.

    Shocking service from @VodafoneUK. They have messed up and I have spent over a month trying to sort. The conversation is now circular and I can’t upgrade my contract. No one I talk to has any authority to do anything! Please help!

    @g0lfp @VodafoneUK In their defence they did include their phone number, which goes through to their “automated assistant” that fails to understand you. That’s ok, I pay for Prime Contact… but they’re never there. No problem, I’ll just email… oh wait.

    @VodafoneUK I think when you go into a store all these advisors are thinking is about there bonus’s they don’t seem to care what the customer wants and how save them money shame on you Vodafone and trying to call Vodafone customer service, you a day off they don’t pick up.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for the offer but I believe it is too late - he's definitely moving away from @VodafoneUK to @EE He has tried to resolve matters in store and on the phone (always on hold for 20 to 30 mins too) but service has been awful and unhelpful.

    @VodafoneUK One sunny morning and despite being a Granny, not long before lockdown, she leapt from from a plane flying at 15,000ft. Plummeting down at 125 mph for a full minute before the parachute opened. Oh, and she raised more than £1K for a local cancer support group #VodafoneTreats

    Yesterday I was thinking of going sim only so done a little looking on @VodafoneUK and £33 for 24 monrhs sim only so I can still have Spotify. May be worth getting to cut me bill down by £25. All the years I've been with Vodafone I've been paying nearly £60 a month with 2 phones

    @VodafoneUK My husband Les @LCRcomputers deserves a new phone , he is terminally ill with cancer so he could use it to phone his dr,s his McMillan nurse or the hospital if needed . Even though he is so seriously ill he never stops worrying about me .#VodafoneTreats
