ANOTHER bill from @VodafoneUK for a service cancelled by them and therefore never delivered. I have no faith after speaking to the 5th (& very rude) customer service rep since Dec that this will be resolved. Steer clear of this company 😡

@vodafoneuk Hi guys, when will slow data speeds and dropped calls be relooked into in the TW136AW area? Customer services are saying it's all been fixed for weeks, but calls are still dropping, and speed tests on 4G and 5G are horrendous even outside. Have reset network settings…

Given cost of living crisis should @EE adopt @VodafoneUK’s approach on phone/airtime deals by setting up 2 contracts: 1. An open ended one for the phone service 2. A handset repayment plan, not subject to CPI increases, which automatically ends once paid off? Please retweet

@markmcburney @VodafoneUK Yeah I tried the same thing, as I couldn't get WiFi in my bedroom (6 steps from the lounge where hub is). Since we put an access point in instead of a booster, no issues. Hope you get sorted :)

Terrible customer service from @vodafoneuk. Have been having trouble getting a trade-in pack, after multiple chats, calls and emails; I have been told it's basically my fault! The only solution is to sell them my phone at a fraction of the trade-in price. Absolute joke
