@gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK you’ve now sent two routers. They aren’t working. @EE we are really excited to sack off @VodafoneUK for you for quicker speeds, better service and better benefits. You don’t have much to live up to but as long as we have internet every day I think we will be happy

@VodafoneUK The agents or customer Vernice team cut me of three times while I was trying to resolve this issue. On the third time, in a space of 15 min I asked the agent to call me back, giving him my number but that never happened.

@AnnaWeather @VodafoneUK I ordered 11pro 256Gb last tuesday. Was told 1 to 2 weeks delivery, but it's out of stock. People are waiting like 3 or 4 weeks for there phones. No one at customer services knows what they're doing.

@VodafoneUK Just spent 1 hour with online chat. Spoke to 2 different people and confirmed security twice but at the 55 minute mark the guy still kept me waiting and not answering my question directly. Ended chat & called u instead. "Systems are down". Unbelievable man 😤

@VodafoneUK Both my Mother and I have been in contact with Vodafone for the last 3 weeks and have had appalling customer service from every person we have spoken to. You have stolen £40 from a 101-year-old WW2 veteran and have no intention of refunding this. Utterly unconscionable.

@Ofcom you should ban @VodafoneUK immediately to operate in the UK. Charging more bill than signed up for and on top of that wasting 5 hours to get this resolved and still no resolution in sight!
