Hi @VodafoneUK - your billing is broken and you've sent (another) threatening call about cutting off my phone while I'm trying to recover from a broken back. Wouldn't be an issue apart from I've called four(!) separate times in the past week to rectify the issue... Please fix!

@thameswater your website is complicated and awful to navigate on a phone. Trying to sort out moving address. Look st other websites. @VodafoneUK easy @SSE easy and I mean easy to navigate. @thameswater like pulling teeth from a rocking horse. Please sort this out. Omg.the phone

@VodafoneUK terrible service! My Mum’s phone was stolen yesterday, been told three times it has been blocked. Each time we’ve called it and someone has answered so no block. Told new phone was available to pick up in Paddington store, an hour later told there’s none in stock.

@Wandsworth3 @VodafoneUK This is the first disruption I’ve had - but it would have been nice to have had some communication from them. Their social media account needs to be far more proactive. I fixed the problem by fiddling around with my DNS settings.

@VodafoneUK I have been let down by Vodaphone. My engineer visit was booked for 01/02 and I change this to 04/02 I waited in all day and no engineer arrived. Soonest I can get an engineer now is 14/02 UNACCEPTABLE. I want to cancel my contract.

I don’t normally do this but has to be said that @VodafoneUK Have delivered some of the worst customer service of my entire life the past few days. Contradicting statement, lost SIM cards, no explanations. Spent 2 full days dealing with agents and no resolution.

I’m on hold to customer complaints @VodafoneUK and I am astounded by the rudeness of the agent I have just spoken too. I’m gobsmacked he spoke to me the way he did. If he was my member of staff he would be disciplined and dismissed.

@Ofcom Hi, thanks. I'm afraid it doesn't work like this in reality. @VodafoneUK tell me there are multiple numbers attached to the a/c & so I need to go online or phone. Online locked me because they kept sending access codes out of synch. 'Team' doesn't work Saturdays.

My afternoon ruined by @vodafoneuk and their wifi ‘xperts’. Over an hour to try and fix a problem with authentication on our network (previously they replaced extender & router). 2 dropped calls. Everything done remotely. Why weren't the replacements shipped properly configured.

@VodafoneUK You're correct they do, I follow their instructions & for a short time all works. But then it goes again. The 2 boosters that were sent are even worse always going down or have issues connecting to router. & the dongle has never worked. As we loose connection that doesn't kick in

@VodafoneUK Contrary to your email that said, you will resolve my issue, it's far from resolved. Just received a call from the Directors Office telling me there's nothing they can do apart from upgrade and pay a lot more for services I don't want or need.
