    @VodafoneUK if you can't provide a broadband service it's BREECH OF TRADING STANDARDS. I spent an hour on the phone this eve no one answers. It's taken 100 mins to watch 40 mins of a film coz of all the buffering. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT

    @MatthewMarks42 @VodafoneUK I tried to upgrade & after going through everything to choose a phone & airtime, get the discount code it said error call customer care. Tried twice used 2 codes up. Too late to ring customer care, that's when I rang the next day and gave up.

    @VodafoneUK Dear Vodafone to say I am frustrated with your customer service today would be an understatement. I am trying to renew a two year contract. I have been spoken to very rudely by a customer service agent and pushed around departments on Web chat only to lose connection.
