It appears @VodafoneUK reward loyalty by adding £6.95 to your first bill for a delivery charge of an upgraded phone despite not mentioning this anywhere when placing the order. Next time I’ll switch network #deceiving #noloyalty #hiddenfees

@VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

@VodafoneUK switched Broadband to you 3 weeks ago. Wife and kids now hate me as the WiFi is awful, drops out all the time and the router range is about 4ft. I wish we had remained overpaying @TalkTalk. At least the internet worked when they were ripping us off.

wow. 25 mins waiting on the phone with @VodafoneUK they try to put me to the right department, and then they mute me and hang up on me after 35 mins on the phone. Unbelievable. Their operators are not really helpful #customerservice #holdon #notgood
