    @VodafoneUK Gigacube is the worst piece of technology. Do not buy! I’ve called multiple time’s to get someone to help me and no one can! They are now trying to charge me £600 for a technology that does not work to get out of my contract, if I want to move onto broadband @Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    So disappointed with @Vodafoneuk. Tried to upgrade last Monday in Store. Nine working days ago, now I'm told another 10 days what a joke. Why agree the upgrade if you have no stock. No way to treat a customer of over 10 years 🙄😞😠😱🤡

    @VodafoneUK can I just say how disappointed I am with your broadband, 2 weeks I have not had a connection and you have been unable to fix it, I was promised call backs, engineer visits, but nothing. Do not use vodaphone for broadband, call centre and tech help is AWFUL

    @VodafoneUK recently bought business broadband and phone line both went live today, checked acc. online to try and + phone package & noticed my bill for Jan is grossly inflated. Spoke to various people who couldn't sort it. Now cancelling is there anyone who can help?
