    @VodafoneUK I've been Vodafone customer almost 2years. A sales person called me with broadband and landline offer, I switched from the talktalk. To setup deadline they missed(was a summer holiday period), without landline&Internet 6 days my wife work from home

    @VodafoneUK - for over 3 hours ,your assistant was rude , cutting me off as my battery was dying after asking me to take a pic of my router which cut me off when I went to the camera app ,I've just tried to contact via the app but apparently they're having tech problem's

    I raised a ticket 2 weeks ago for the wifi not working, the engineer came to fix the issue on Wednesday. On Saturday same scenario, wifi not working, I contacted them again and the ticket it’s still open. Basically my wifi it works only 3 days a week. Thank you @VodafoneUK 🤍

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    Over the past 3 days I’ve wasted 5 hours of my life talking to 8 agents @VodafoneUK Each promised it would be sorted quickly. Each promised a solution. But each confirmed the previous agent had lied to me & all promised solutions aren’t possible! Don’t believe a word they say!

    @VodafoneUK 6m ago had 68mbps then 26 you said too costly to fix. Now 2.8 Cant watch TV Paid mthly for yrs but I'm too costly to sort the issue and have to wait for fibre.neighbours are 55mbps.Reply here not by DM all need to know your reason/excuse

    5th @vodafoneuk agent said they could get us connected again on the existing copper line service on 16 June but only if it was put through on a new contract…not the existing 2 year contract! It was another lie so she hung up before doing it! Avoid #vodafone

    @VodafoneUK are the biggest pile of crap I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They have discontinued my service without any notice, breaching my legally binding contract & I have been repeatedly lied to by every single person I have spoken too! Don’t go near them!

    @VodafoneUK 2/2 … and I hope Vodafone invest more in rolling 5G out and boosting 4G capacity once the legacy 3G system is retired. Apart from that gripe over data capacity, the network is terrific. Never had a call drop and coverage is better indoors than with EE where I live.

    Yesterday a 3rd @VodafoneUK agent ran through all the same tests again & then ordered me a new router…despite the fact the router was just 4 weeks old and had been working fine! #vodafone finally admitted on day 3 it was not the router - the service had been disconnected!

    As I can’t work from home today as @VodafoneUK have cut off my landline & broadband services without warning & 1 month into a new contract, I now have plenty of time…weeks in fact…to share all the lies Vodafone agents have told me whilst I wait for my service to be reconnected!
