    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    @VodafoneUK Hi Ben, I went to the Vodafone shop in Sutton Coldfield and they had a look at the phone and checked the settings. They could not find the problem and suggested I call the help number again and ask to speak to the tech support team.
