@VodafoneUK They don’t use social media. But we have heard him make several long calls (45 mins or more) over the past few weeks trying to sort this. And then apparently to whisper after he told them he had hearing difficulties. Appalling. I’m sure you can track it down.

@VodafoneUK I am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated today. I have been charged over £50 for being 2gig over an account I asked to be capped. I have been blamed for not checking my account. This is the second time that I have cancelled my account. Never again

It appears @VodafoneUK reward loyalty by adding £6.95 to your first bill for a delivery charge of an upgraded phone despite not mentioning this anywhere when placing the order. Next time I’ll switch network #deceiving #noloyalty #hiddenfees

@VodafoneUK Wow! Joe at Chantry Place Vodafone Norwich had all the personality of a stick! Felt like he didn't want to help and it felt like he was kinda rude when we wanted to return a phone. Never again will I look at Vodafone in Norwich. Plus side Matt was nice and did help.
