Hi @VodafoneUK is there a plan to fix US roaming. I pay extra for your roaming deal and my contract is up. When I was there last week I couldn’t even make calls let alone use data. I’d like to renew but if you aren’t fixing it (it’s been at least 2 months) there’s no point.

The upshot of my conversation with @VodafoneUK was that the problem has gone now so it isn’t an issue, and that “you have 16 devices connected and that causes lag”. The 16 devices are ALWAYS connected, have been for months and we never had this issue.

@VodafoneUK Why is the mobile data so unreliable at LA212 8DW? We have taken out a mobile 4G because it is a rural area, but the service is patchy and unreliable. It is a holiday cottage and we need WiFi for our tenants. We were mis-sold this as a solution. Please fix it!

@VodafoneUK worst customer service experience over the phone I’ve ever had. We’ve bought a Vodafone curve and the device clip has broken and no one cares 🙃 so now our dog is without her tracker. What’s the point in the device if it is going to break after 3 months of use.
