It has been 3 months! You are still charging me! You are in clear breach of your contract- checked today!

Had to call to chase and get told too busy to attend today! Now booked for 14/10 - another 2 days and another day off! Why am I paying for this(lack of) service?

Waited til EOM, told I had to pay a 2nd. Then spoke to CS, who told me I wouldn't be charged again. Charged again yesterday.
