  It's so weird (& troubling) how these mobile phones have taken such a hold on our lives. I was awake at the crack of dawn worrying if I'd ever be able to unlock the damn thing again but thanks to @VodafoneUK online customer support, they sorted it for me. Phew!

  @VodafoneUK < of order, she has no linkline connection. If she now has a fall she can’t call for help. Apparently they don’t have emergency appointment in these circumstances. Very disappointed in the service

  Is it just me or has @VodafoneUK zone 01 London service gone to **** in recent months? 4G / 4 bars no internet, contently drops to two bars and frequently cuts out when on calls and on social and surfing! 🤯 …And they want more money from us to improve the service!! 😭

  Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK
