    @ThreeUKSupport Pretty much everywhere I go, my postcode is N16 5PF but it’s particularly bad around the Manor House, Angel, Kings Cross and Covent Garden areas .. my phone says I have full 4G and nothing loads. I have an iPhone XR 64GB .. I also pay £46 a month so really I expect it to work

    @ThreeUKSupport Round this area it seems consistently poor. Although more central locations in London like Bank, Moorgate etc I get average speeds of 50-80Mbs but here is shockingly slow, especially painful when you're data connection keeps dropping.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was over charged ina number of occasions so I paced a cap on my account. However I continued to get overcharged (x7 the amount) and when I rang to double check you never placed a cap for me. Then reassured me that you won’t charge me and 4 days later I got charged anyway

    @ThreeUKSupport Be honest, Have you ever tried to deal with the Three business department! Only open Monday to Friday 9-5! I’ve had some serious issues this year including having my line suspended on a Friday night in Greece & not being able to speak to anyone til Monday !!!

    @ThreeUKSupport The default should be for it to cancel unless you specify you need a regular month by month top up. If I don't cancel and I don't use any of the data I still get charged. You'll rollover the charge every month but not the unused data.

    @Huawei This is primarily a @ThreeUK concern, I’ll hear from them first. It’s about the 5G router, most likely a firmware issue. It locks me to a single My3 account and bars me from accessing other My3 accounts.

    @ThreeUK May be a stupid question... But are all three shops shut during lockdown? I know this lockdown is a bit iffy with what can and cannot stay open, Wanna trade in my current phone for an S21 Ultra but doing the trade in online is the worst, cheers boys.
