    The audacity of these guys that handles @ThreeUK customer service call centres irks me. Talk over you like theyโ€™re the one making the payment for you, ridiculous company and service. Utmost disregard of customer value and retention.

    @ThreeUK - I've been sent a letter from CARS on your behalf for a service that I've not used and tried to cancel. I've just phoned 3 and they say they cannot discuss the matter as the postcode I gave (on the letter, could only have come from you) was incorrect. What can I do?

    @ThreeUK Painful company to deal with - you have upgraded my mums contract over a year ago and charged her for both contracts saying she had to cancel the old contract despite it being done in store - now every call to customer services the call drops #poorservice #fraudulent

Then a few weeks ago we received a letter again we owe money to three, despite cancelling. We rang up again and paid it, which thinking about it we didnโ€™t have to...

    @ThreeUKSupport Just spent 20 minutes on the phone to your help. Really patronising advisor who kept saying โ€œwe just provide the SIM, we canโ€™t comment on what speeds youโ€™ll getโ€. He also said the previous advisor shouldnโ€™t have said what speeds I could get in my postcode. What a shambles.

    Spoke to @ThreeUK this afternoon about upgrading my phone (which runs out tomorrow) and said Iโ€™d call back after my footy game, rang back after my footy game and they say the offers expired. Worst company ever.

    @ThreeUKSupport My iPhone 11 screen stopped working Tuesday 16th. It's 3 weeks out of Apple 12 month warranty. Just trying to get it repaired. You should see the live chat conversations I have screen shots of. I've never known customer service as poor to be honest. I'm tempted to post it on here

    @ThreeUKSupport My son ordered an upgrade as he was at the end of his contract. Phone never arrived told 3times to leave it 48hrs to resolve. Still not resolved after nearly 4 weeks. Spoke to complaints dep who told him they would give him an instant tremination now want a termination fee !!!

    @ThreeUKSupport for the last year barely been able to get 4G, internet data is hit and miss on 3G. Last 4 days itโ€™s been ridiculous, constantly โ€˜no serviceโ€™. Whyyy?!?

    @ThreeUKSupport Realised today that after asking for my account to be cancelled back in July, it wasn't, and I've been paying ยฃ25 a month for a service I haven't been using. 3 hours on the phone, they can't even offer me a refund. Thanks.
