It was what we was told for me to get the old number on my new contract. Iโve been told Iโve got to wait 48 more hours, then phone up and wait another 24 hours! Itโs never ending!

Steve Harrison (@stevejh1973) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUK Iโm quite surprised by these awards. I have been on Three for years and my signal strength has generally been really poor. I manage to get 2 bars on 3G. On 4G 1 bar if I am lucky. Really poor service.

Baz (@49_timelessness) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I would like to add why since capping pay go data to 25mb/s that where as you started supporting rcs messaging on iPhone over the three network, currently when I send messages to people who have android phones and I have sent texts and rcs messaging was supported, it longer appears to be? Overall the pay go service isnโt too bad but three uk/ mobile did cause me no end of problems and you still didnโt investigate the so called issue of fraud that had been committed by someone attempting to take out an E sim contract in my name and account for which you inadvertently just cancelled my contract and phone line with no warning followed by weeks and months of deliberate hassle and no investigationโฆ Bizarre!

Almost as if they werenโt really from 3โฆ.
