    It’s goodbye to @ThreeUK you lost a loyal customer with one price hike too much, and Hello @tescomobile same contract I was on before but at the price I paid 4 years ago, with a bonus of upping my monthly data to 250gb for a year, was a no brainer to switch

    I love the fact that in this day and age I still can’t get signal on my phone at work. And seeing as my hours keep going up and I spent my life there these days it isn’t good @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport. My phone basically becomes a very expensive iPod for 7 or more hours a day.😒🙄

    FORCED today by @ThreeUK 2 release Credit Card Details, incl Security Pin, 4 Network 2 remove "web browsing Restrictions" on Broadband. Person paid HUMONGOUSLY decided it intelligent Policy. What stops any under-18 providing Parent’s Card Details? What if I have no Credit Card?©

    @ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!
