    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks, finally managed to speak to someone helpful. Apparently it's automatic and because I never declined it, it automatically upgraded.(although I never actually received notification of it)

    @ThreeUK was promised SIM card will arrive on Friday 14 Jan when called yesterday have been told by customer relations Sanji Jhadi that it wasn’t posted.On 12/01 Angel Domas from customer relations promised me that SIM card will be with my mother on 14/01/22 I did record the call

    After being a loyal and happy customer for 8 years I will be leaving @ThreeUK when my contract ends later this month. Visiting my parents later this year for a month would cost me over £50 in roaming charges on a new @ThreeUK contract. It will cost me £0 with @O2. No brainer!!

    @ThreeUKSupport When trying to make calls, I see "Not registered on network". I have tried switching off and removing/reinserting the SIM but with no success

    @ThreeUKSupport My mother has 8 contracts with Three and Sanji was no good on the phone either as when my mother said cancelling the contract she didn’t even take initiative to save the contracts.I am sure Three can have better agents in customer relations who do not lie to customers
