    @ThreeUKSupport I have poor reception and internet though I’m in central London. A SIM card is being sent. Your live chat service is slow, tedious, out dated. Like old school teletext. I asked a direct question 5 times to be met with auto responses. 1.5 hours. Not a slick service. Fix up.

    @ThreeUK - been trying to get resolution to a relatively simple issue for 3-4. Months. No mobile service. No handset. You are happy to keep taking my money & provide no help. Web chat & call centre totally useless. How do I contact a grown up with some authority & sense?

    @ThreeUKSupport How do I msg you so that not everyone can see. All of the info will be linked to my account. Nothing to do with a new phone. It’s one under warranty not working for nearly 4 months & now you avoiding paying for the Apple store replacement. All you do is take my money each month.

    @ThreeUKSupport There is a cooling off period for cancelling contracts made in store (14 days from activation) but if not stores are open to cancel then how can this be done? Cancelling because I no longer require the free data roaming in Brazil as all U.K. flights to Brazil are now cancelled.

    @tower_cell @ThreeUKSupport Apparently they have planning applications for 5G in the Twickenham and Richmond area, but they keep being rejected which is a shame. Fingers crossed though! Their speeds round me are not great, about 10mb down and 2mb up.

    £280 been taken from my partners account this morning from @ThreeUK for fraudulent phones in her name! Being told by some robot in Mumbai that there is nothing he can do and there is no manager in the UK we can talk to. So unhelpful! I WANT ACTION NOW OR SO W CANCEL 6 contracts

    @ThreeUK Maybe this will get your attention being in public! Your company are completely inept at any level of customer service. I was delivered a new phone in Nov that I never ordered, I’m not even a three customer! I have called 6 times to report this and the same terrible (1)

    @ThreeUKSupport I've already tried that, I've called multiple times and tried to ge onto my online account but it's not working either. Keep being told I have to wait 24-48 hours for a PAC code which is BS. Looking forward to hearing from the ombudsman.

    @ThreeUKSupport In reference to CF644QS & the village of Dinas Powys there is no Supervoice coverage on 800mhz. None at all but your map says Very Good. There's a site at CF5 6AD & signal fades at CF64 4HB - very north of Dinas. There's only 4G on 1800mhz thru the village.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi been to your network status website type in HU93RN there is a problem so type in some more postcodes like HU9 3PR, HU5 5BX, all have We’re fixing an issue with our network in this area. Why have we got issues everywhere three

    @ThreeUKSupport seriously this is the problem you have the letters already and the debt collection agency is working on your behalf. All the evidence has been uploaded to the ombudsman Ii have no faith that after spending an hour of my life doing all this you will do anything at all.
