    If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

    @davidakime @btsportmotogp @btsport Does that have all the sessions on Live and then on demand and is there a way to get it on your TV? Can you airplay it via an AppleTV for example and is it 4K or HD? Ha ha sorry for all the questions, genuinely interested as I have never had it 👍 #MotoGP

    @bt_uk hi was expecting a call back today for a long standing issue where you are charging me for a service that should have been cancelled and I cannot use. I have rung BT about 20times & it’s still not been resolved

    @bt_uk Thank you. It's very frustrating that this wasn't provided at time of sale. It also doesn't seem right that there is now an additional expense required to guarantee basic service that we used to be able to rely on.

    Thank You so Much Sian- BT_UK Team for helping me restore my internet connection i have been @bt_uk since 2013 never had an issue only sometimes but thats fixed within mins today i had the issue after so many years sian helped me fix it within 35 mins thank you again

    @OpenreachHelp Hi Frazer, your engineers can’t seem to rectify the issue meaning i am constantly going through the same process over and over and it’s unfair! I have been immensely patient with @bt_uk and that patience is wearing thin! I believe there are 144 logs currently regarding this.

    @bt_uk I have one of your new router devices for when Broadband goes down. A representative said it costs more but would be perfect. I am without #Broadband and have been several hours now. #FailedTheCustomer and I’m disappointed. I want this sorted TODAY.

    Twice I've had the same call in the last hour. A poor automated voice claiming it's @BT_UK My internet and phoneline will be cut off due to a security concern. Last time a few months back they claimed it was just my internet. #PhoneScam #Scammers #Scam

    @mckenziek234 @bt_uk If you look at the Bt Community forum this a huge problem for many people who have a Smart Hub 2 which has been updated with the latest firmware. However BT refuse to officially acknowledge it just ask you to DM. Which is less than useless

    @bt_uk Hey guys, is there a known issue in Stroud today? My router has been regularly dropping connection since last night, and switching over to 4G assure a lot (but not seamlessly). It's not done this before. I'm supposed to have a video call meeting in a couple of hours.
