    @bt_uk hi, I’ve had an ongoing issue with a home move since last week. Apparently it’s being dealt with - this morning I’ve just received an email asking if I want the move cancelled. I don’t. I’m in the property. I’ve been messaging about this for some days now.

    @DalaiPalmerMCR @btsport Keown was calling the ref all night.both of em were saying how PSG were defending with 6 at the back, at home. If Norwich had defended like that against us and won 2-0 they would praise them. Chill. We never really threatened and when we did Donarumma was a match.

    So annoying when your given a date for broadband installation sat in all morning and no one has been in touch to explain it’s been delayed for 3 weeks and then it will be reviewed still in confirmed date so now have no network as it has cancelled my current network 😡 @bt_uk

    If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

    @bt_uk Hi, my internet is running painfully slow - I’ve done a speed test that’s coming back at 32, but I can’t connect on my devices, also whilst watching Netflix/Prime it’s buffering. Could you arrange a booster for me so I can give that a try before finding a new provider?

    @bt_uk just on phone with CS for 81minutes with no resolution. I had ‘upgraded’ from phone to phone and broadband in December. Open reach did not show on 08/12 and then again on 05/01. Two months later and I’m told someone will ring in two weeks to arrange. Already paid 3 months!

    @bt_uk Its the worst service I’ve ever had. Have had a complain open pretty much since early last year and then they randomly closed it without talking to me. I’ve since reopened it and now it’s just being ignored. The customer service is almost as bad as the broadband itself!

    @bt_uk Hello, I renewed my contract to a cheaper plan but got an email saying my DD was unchanged. Did online chat and was told my DD would be cheaper, but it is still showing the old amount. Not trusting the none English support person I tried to amend DD online but still not correct £

    @bt_uk @Maxine40Wright This is @marksandspencer - I suspect that your poor nan was struggling to use their ridiculous phone system that ends you round in circles. My order is wrong and 7 minutes later it thinks I'm calling about recruitment. This is a disgrace. I'd say email them, but you can't.

    @bt_uk so I'm 69 days without service and no further forward at all, everyone that I've spoken to said yeah we will get back in touch never do, so far two complaints raised regarding this and no call backs again the saga continues #fedup
