    My anxiety is being tested by @bt_uk. Engineer failed to show yesterday and so no broadband today. 3 phone calls on hold for half an hour before being cut off. My heating, cat flap and printers are all flashing and nobody wants to help.

    When I signed up for a new broadband service with BT, it said I would receive a £110 reward card. Never heard anything since and when I go to claim on my account, it’s not listed, any ideas @BTCare ?

    @btbusinesscare I've been 'reaching out' to BT Business since 28th November (that's OVER FOUR Weeks) and I Still have no Internet. Customer Care has been non existent. I've been passed from dept to dept. Promises to call me back never happen. Star grading 2 out of 10 (and I'm feeling generous)

    @btbusinesscare my 90 year old Mother is still waiting for her landline to be fixed. Fault at exchange. 3 days now she has been without and she's on your priority list. Her lifeline system is also not working because of the Fault with her landline..... When is it going to be on
