Clearly the continuing high winds up here is adding to the risk, and if the cable snaps I imagine it creates a very real safety issue for pedestrians - plus of course my service is being disrupted all the while @bt_uk

Thankful that @bt_uk have contacted me, know there’s a problem with my internet - and someone’s coming Weds afternoon to sort it (dropping out/slow) - I hope! Engineer may be able to fix outside, but may have to come in - in PPE. V friendly Olga organising on the phone.

@bt_uk Please can you sort out the issues with the WiFi and YouView box. I’ve not been able to use my TV since Tuesday. I’ve rebooted the box 4 times and keep getting error code YVM302. The WiFi isn’t great either.

@bt_uk Hi, all of our BT Sport channels are jumpy and unwatchable since yesterday. Latest software is downloaded and all of the other groups of channels are fine, including our Now channels. It's affecting BT Sport and ESPN on SD, HD and UHD channels. Any ideas how we can fix it?

@bt_uk is there a known issue with streaming iplayer on smart TVs? Been unable to play any shows for the last couple of days on TV but it works fine on other devices. Done resets and no software updates available so appears to be broadband related.

@bt_uk As my initial tweet stated, your help section does not allow us as customers to log a ticket that there's a wifi issue. All the topics on that help page are not the reason my wifi is poor. Please can you investigate specifically whether there is a known issue in my area. Thx
