    @bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

    @bt_uk When are you releasing software update to resolve 2.4gh and 5gh conflict issues. ? Had new WholeHome for few weeks inc x2 discs and have to reset system EVERY DAY. Package is not fit for purpose. Read in net common issue and needs update ?
