  My anxiety is being tested by @bt_uk. Engineer failed to show yesterday and so no broadband today. 3 phone calls on hold for half an hour before being cut off. My heating, cat flap and printers are all flashing and nobody wants to help.

  @bt_uk Your engineer came on Tuesday but couldn’t fix the problem as I needed a new router - which for some reason he didn’t have. A new one was ordered but now 2 days later no sign of it! What kind of service is that?

  @bt_uk I cancelled my service on the 25th July. The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August. However ive just recieved another bill and My BT says another is due in September! Can someone dm me pls

  Why do BT/TNT Sports make it so hard on their website to cancel your subscriptions? So unclear and they only give a telephone number to call, and I call twice to get cut off both times after 10 minutes. Make it easier for customers to cancel subscriptions! @bt_uk @tntsports
