  • KirstyTonge Kirsty (@KirstyTonge) reported from Manchester, England

@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

  • emstoth EMMA STOTHARD (@emstoth) reported from Salford, England

@bt_uk I was told when I organised it I would have signal here...I’m only a few miles out of Manchester City centre. Should both mini hubs work regardless, it isn’t just one of the other?

  • Stirling061 Ian Stirling (@Stirling061) reported from Salford, England

@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

  • Totallylancs (((JIM-XIT))) 🇪🇸 (@Totallylancs) reported from Bury, England

@BTCare absolutely terrible connection today, no doubt openreach are messing about up the road, terrible

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • KoleMorgan Kole Morgan (@KoleMorgan) reported

@Adamjw1980 @Rachel_Cable7 @bt_uk I'm not allowed one because EEs website say there's no 4g coverage. BTs own site and Ofcoms site say there is though. I now have to wait 2 weeks for an update that 'may' tell me when I will get service

  • Richard8urton Richard #FBPE (@Richard8urton) reported

Working from home on IT systems for the #NHS - nearly 3 weeks ago @bt_uk switched off my broadband, phone and TV service by mistake. Many calls later and we still don't know what's happening. On hold to customer service for over 30 mins as I write this - furious, wake up BT!!!

  • WhyAllTheAnger Why All The Anger? (@WhyAllTheAnger) reported

@bt_uk Leslie, the engineer never showed up. I’ve been rebooked for Monday, given a £25 refund and told that I’ll be able to cancel my contract soon with the amount on engineers that have been called out to this seemingly unfixable problem.

  • KumKardashlan Miss Swan 🔮 (@KumKardashlan) reported

@bt_uk Hi, I am interested in signing up to BT for fibre services to my apartment. When I use the address finder on your website, it shows as "Not for CP use: Main - then my address". There is a BT Openreach wall socket in the property - will this be an issue?

  • Richard8urton Richard #FBPE (@Richard8urton) reported

@bt_uk Reply from Emmett was "sorry for the delay, our connections team will be in touch next week" - so absolutely no news and no help

  • stancliffe_jack JackSharedGradient (@stancliffe_jack) reported

@GeoJackHD @bt_uk is this recent? because mines been bad just this week

  • IBBoard IBBoard (@IBBoard) reported

@bt_uk Seems to be okay. It was fixed on the day we reported it because it was marked as a problem "in our area" and not just our connection. It's raining again now, though, so I'm waiting to see whether a local phone cabinet leaks and brings it down again.

  • laramaxoscar Joan Clarke (@laramaxoscar) reported

@bt_uk I really regret upgrading to halo, causing me nothing but trouble and no help from you lot! Not happy at all.
