@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

@bt_uk You need to prove this happened for 30days before you are sent any money but blame will be yrs for using too many devices and being too far away from your router. Don't believe this ad. You will never see a penny. This complaint dept has never paid out.

@bt_uk I'm tempted to challenge this. As a BT customer, pre fibre, all I ever heard was that the WiFi was "lagging again". I'm on 350mbps cable now but would love a reliable BT connection in the future

@bt_uk @newsjunkieuk A But you have to suffer 30days continuously for poor service. Then we will tell you don't use Wi-Fi on too many devices. Bt fibre is updating next week so you will get better Wi-Fi. Until then no money.

@bt_uk Can you please tell me if I took out a 2 year contract with you because I thought it was 18 months. Also surely you are in breach of contract by not providing the service that I am paying for. It took 11 hours to update and install my mobile. That can’t possibly be right.
