Hi @plusnethelp if there anything you can do with our @btsport the picture jumps (a lot) during live play & recording. It’s really frustrating & it’s not a problem we have with any other channels but we don’t know how to stop it happening.

@bt_uk Hi, it’s not about their service ... it’s about yours technically as you’re provided the underlying system that @VodafoneUK use. So even if I changed to you, I’d still be using the same line which they say can’t support over 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange ...

For those complaining, I understand about the cost but if @btsport live up to the kind of programming and service they are advertising on paper (beyond this New Year schedule I mean).. then it is on another level to Sky. That's easy to see.. @btsportwwe

@bt_uk 4 phone calls to your customer service and being switched between several departments - it’s been sorted. I wouldn’t recommend you in a hurry.

@bt_uk STOP messing around with the broadband in our area. Last weekend you messed it up and it was down all weekend, 6 hours ago you messed it up again. I work from home and this has cost me a lot of money, absolutely furious. I expect a resolution ASAP else I'll look elsewhere

@bt_uk I was never asked whether I wanted my ability to make phone calls depend on whether the broadband was working. The broadband failed briefly this afternoon and I realised I hadn't been consulted at all on whether I wanted 2 important forms of communication to fail at once.

@bt_uk Hi I've just payed an exhorbinate almost a £10 for a days internet. The service is very poor as is on my laptop.. but I wanted to briefly hotspot the connection to an Android Samsung j100 but am having no luck which is incredibely frustrating.
