  @skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

  Hey @bt_uk ... if I use the app to try any work through a sound issue in my TV service, it hangs midway through a diagnostic check... if I try and use the ‘chat to us’ facility there’s no one available. Anyone would think you didn’t want to know, or help, with a customer issue?

  Thank You so Much Sian- BT_UK Team for helping me restore my internet connection i have been @bt_uk since 2013 never had an issue only sometimes but thats fixed within mins today i had the issue after so many years sian helped me fix it within 35 mins thank you again

  The BT 2 factor Authentication Login is rubbish!! Each Time you receive the Passcode Via Email it fails to login. It only works if you get it sent to your phone!! Asked for Help from Support but they only say Download the BT App, which is unusable and provides zero help @bt_uk

If it's cheaper for you, you can give me a share of your savings. I had no choice over the digital voice downgrade. @openreach will have to trespass to install it.   @ArmchairAdml @bt_uk this elderly gentleman has been a loyal customer for many years. He is now out of contract paying an extortionate price. Surely you can assist him in obtaining a reasonable priced package for his needs, and perhaps issue a refund for out of contract price hike?
