@bt_uk internet’s been dropping out for over 12 hrs. Done all the tests and resets and it’s all saying it’s ok (it isn’t). I’m not going to be able to work without internet access, can someone help please.

  • emstoth EMMA STOTHARD (@emstoth) reported from Salford, England

  • SamHarkness8 Sam Harkness (@SamHarkness8) reported from Oldham, England

@bt_uk so not only is my internet down and no engineer available for a week, I also find out I’ve not been getting the speed I’ve been paying for. Thanks, not sure how I’m going to work from home with no internet for the rest of the week!

  • couser85 Daniel Couser (@couser85) reported from Bury, England

  • goodall007 simufc7 (@goodall007) reported from Manchester, England

There is no way in hell i will be paying an extra £15 to watch one game. @SkySports and @btsport can get to **** along with the @premierleague

  • Stirling061 Ian Stirling (@Stirling061) reported from Salford, England

@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp day 10 of no internet, more broken promises, no reason given and constant failure to update. Two adult care key workers having to use leave as we cannot fulfil our full duties. Your incompetence is beyond belief, and effecting care services.

@Mark10725478 @bt_uk I have exactly this issue. Past 6 months consistent dropping off, slow speeds. Several complaints and engineers and nothing. I have had to buy a hotspot to actually be able to work from home. They want to charge crazy cancellation fees for a service I haven't been getting.

  • HairyAngus Hairy Angus (@HairyAngus) reported

@bt_uk My TV won't connect to your service, I need an engineer, my youngest son who has a degree in artificial intelligence and robotics couldn't even get it to work

@bt_uk halo service, keep connected promise they say.....I have been over 2 weeks now without any form of internet from BT due to a fault of their own. What a disgrace

  • BooGilbraith James Gilbraith (@BooGilbraith) reported

@bt_uk You cancelled the DD and never cancelled an outdated account on your site - so I was completely unaware - £19.50 is aggressive and over the top - shocking service and aggressive charges

  • tompurssey tom purssey 🎲 (@tompurssey) reported

can honestly say that @bt_uk WiFi is the worst service I have ever received. Pay a lot of money for the highest package and yet it cant go 30 minutes without dropping signal completely. This is happening every day. NOBODY USE BT.
