    Nearly 2 weeks since I subscribed to @btsport through @EE and still I can't access it. The gentlemen who has been dealing with it has been fantastic, but it this what you call service? Reckon I'd have heard from you yesterday if my bill hadn't been paid today

    @bt_uk Got to be honest, that isn’t a great deal of comfort. Being without service for a week is massively inconvenient. I’m an existing customer moving to a property with an existing line. It is ridiculous it takes that long.

    Just an update for you @MarcAllera , I've had a phone call from the @bt_uk social media team because they thought I was talking about a BT mobile issue even though all my tweets show its an issue with @EE - come on team, this is simple stuff....

    @hankspears @bt_uk @Plusnet Sorry to hear it, Hank - yes, it’s still down, but BT seem to now be addressing it as a local outage rather than a fault for any individual customer - so will hopefully be sorted soon… supposedly we’ll get a temporary 4G transmitter tomorrow. Perhaps Plusnet could do the same?

    @bt_uk just informed prices are going up 9.3% (CPI 5.4% + 3.9%) Wow! This after finding out recently that their Roam Like Home mobile service doesn’t work at all in Portugal despite claims on the website it does.

    @FOLLOWTHEMONK @bt_uk Hi there, we apologise, your question was read incorrectly. You do not need a landline rental to get Zzoomm. You can get a phoneline over Zzoomm should you choose to but it is not necessary for the service.

    @Tilly5001 @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Absolutely. Tonight at 8.38 they promised to ring. Now, at 10.55-pm- no call. They have every record about faults, engineers and my new order wrong on my account as well- every single one. I would not recommend them to anyone in any way. Totally chaotic service.

    @bt_uk since upgrading my broadband I’ve had nothing but admin problems - 3hrs last month on phone after 1 week without broadband should have resolved billing issues but once again I’ve been charged twice!!!!!! #poorcustomerservice
