Nearly 2 weeks since I subscribed to @btsport through @EE and still I can't access it. The gentlemen who has been dealing with it has been fantastic, but it this what you call service? Reckon I'd have heard from you yesterday if my bill hadn't been paid today

My anxiety is being tested by @bt_uk. Engineer failed to show yesterday and so no broadband today. 3 phone calls on hold for half an hour before being cut off. My heating, cat flap and printers are all flashing and nobody wants to help.

I’d personally like to thank @bt_uk for being the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 months after my order & I’ve been messed around constantly with still no broadband or phone line. Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

Our @bt_uk WiFi is down - guess when it will be back up - midnight on Thursday - the deadline for my @OpenUniversity Masters degree (creative writing) EMA - the end of 2 yes! And thanks to the crappy service from @O (£10 for 1 GB) despite being a customer of many years!!

Still no Internet from @bt_uk. So they've sent me a 4G mini hub in the meantime to allow some connection. Guess what, it doesn't work. Apparently there's no signal. Even though there is on my phone. 🤬🤬🤬
