  I’d personally like to thank @bt_uk for being the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 months after my order & I’ve been messed around constantly with still no broadband or phone line. Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

  Well done @bt_uk came to replace our aging pole but forgot to reconnect the internet again. Booked engineer but he can only sort internal issue not pole. Now have to wait up to 3 days for fix. If I break something I would ensure it is a quick fix

  @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.
