@bt_uk Please can you sort out the issues with the WiFi and YouView box. I’ve not been able to use my TV since Tuesday. I’ve rebooted the box 4 times and keep getting error code YVM302. The WiFi isn’t great either.

Sky sport I managed to cancel on line with no problem at all.

@bt_uk Hi BT. An engineer came to fix our broadband line on Friday. They got it working. Another engineer came to fix a neighbours line on Monday and since then ours has stopped working. We booked an engineer for Thursday. I received a message today, to say the line was now 1/2
