    For those complaining, I understand about the cost but if @btsport live up to the kind of programming and service they are advertising on paper (beyond this New Year schedule I mean).. then it is on another level to Sky. That's easy to see.. @btsportwwe

    Hi @plusnethelp if there anything you can do with our @btsport the picture jumps (a lot) during live play & recording. It’s really frustrating & it’s not a problem we have with any other channels but we don’t know how to stop it happening.

    @bt_uk Absolutely fuming isn’t the word! Awful service since day 1! I rely on my broadband to heat my home due to having Hive. When my internet’s down I can heat my home. Causing significant health implications! #goodbye #awful #poor #shocking

    @bt_uk Hi, it’s not about their service ... it’s about yours technically as you’re provided the underlying system that @VodafoneUK use. So even if I changed to you, I’d still be using the same line which they say can’t support over 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange ...

    @bt_uk how do I make a customer complaint? I’ve lodged one and it has been closed but this issue still hasn’t been dealt with. I work for a charity and you have dealt with us appallingly and charged us additional fees.

    @bt_uk Mainly when trying to block numbers (it doesn't respond to "more") , but also network speed checker rarely works.. end up using Vodafone one... seems all you want to do is send me upgrade ads, but not get even the basics right. Have managed to do it now on desktop

    @bt_uk @BTGroup Complaint VOL013-612582541921: 2 mths since I ordered broadband & you still can’t confirm when it will be fitted, despite needing it for work.String of delayed engineer visits,escalated to exec complaints & now Gemma Nicholls isn’t even responding. Is anyone there competent?

    @bt_uk I’m out of the country. I don’t need a call back just a guarantee. You have mis-sold a service for a date that so far, in two months, you have not delivered. You just keep on creeping the install date back, thinking that’s ok? The last 2 times you have cancelled the night before!
