@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

@bt_uk shocking service by OpenReach. They came yesterday to fit a new broadband/tv after waiting 2 months for an appointment. Left after 40 mins saying there was a blockage and he would be back within 2 hours. Didn’t come back! Also lied and said a car was blocking!

There was an accident on our street monday that to took out the telegraph pole, which as resulted in no Internet. @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach have planned to fix it on the 25th that's 9 days compared to 2 days that we where told. Sorry but there will be no uploads until then.

@bt_uk my internet hasn't been working for 2 days now. I was told that an engineer will come to fix it today between 8am to 1pm but nobody came and my Internet is still not working. Very poor service i will not be renewing my contract with BT

@bt_uk The appointment failed AGAIN. beyond ridiculous customer support… one says it’s been booked then when no one turns up and I ask why they say it’s failed. Bye bye BT I’m no longer paying £55 a month for 5mbps internet 😡
