@Darth_Vivid @virginmedia @bt_uk @TalkTalk @SkyUK It would be nice to get 100mb once. Never even had half of what we pay for. Wonder what @Offcom make of that...

  • DidymusBrush
Paul Holmes (@DidymusBrush) reported from Manchester, England

@Darth_Vivid @virginmedia @bt_uk @TalkTalk @SkyUK It still doesn't excuse the slowness, the constant drop outs, and the near impossible chance of getting through to customer service.

I've asked both @bt_uk and @EE to solve some problems over the last couple of weeks. Both have failed, both seem to have forgotten after promising to get back to me. With so much competition this really shouldn't happen anymore.

  • AmosMurphyMedia

@halbvierUK @btsport As if a 2 month football absence was bad enough, it returns without fans and the only noise we're greeted to is that of McManaman as the co-com! 🤮

  • Ric_Bond
Richard Bond (@Ric_Bond) reported from Manchester, England

Clearly the continuing high winds up here is adding to the risk, and if the cable snaps I imagine it creates a very real safety issue for pedestrians - plus of course my service is being disrupted all the while @bt_uk

  • StretfordEndT

  • FergiesRightRef
    FergiesRightRef (@FergiesRightRef) reported

@ThatsFootballTV @btsport Harreh will suffer now. Poor ole Harreh. Get the PR team out.

  • iamonabeach
    -on a beach- (@iamonabeach) reported

@peterbrownbarra @LivingStreetsEd @bt_uk Makes sense because the home landline services that do exist are being converted from analog to digital so don't work when there's a power outage, though I'd hazard a guess that the one in the picture isn't being maintained! Are the retained working kiosks being kept as analog?

  • BTIZ36
    STP (@BTIZ36) reported

@Shiv82178096 @ThatsFootballTV @btsport He's England best cb when he plays. Granted he's been awful for United but just shows meme culture has taken over

@DartingDiaz @England @bt_uk Then why do you support an English team

  • SharpStu
    Stuart Sharp (@SharpStu) reported

@wpduk @bt_uk Thanks Steve. A 30 sec power outage lead to a 12 min BT hub reboot. Not the first time that’s happened. Outages are one thing but no idea why some of the tech reboots so slowly.

  • peterbrownbarra
    Peter Brown (@peterbrownbarra) reported

@LivingStreetsEd @bt_uk I think there may be a policy to leave a skeleton service of landline phone boxes as fewer and fewer people have landlines in their houses. Following extreme weather mobile communications can be knocked out much easier than landlines.

  • Johnhazy
    John Hayes (@Johnhazy) reported

@tinamreynolds @bt_uk Apparently, in response to massive resistance and feedback, they've realised they've cocked up and are no delaying this for vulnerable folk. They have no suitable solution.
