    In case anyone wishes to avoid the rude support team @bt_uk @btsport, and see if they have purchased #WilderFury, click 'BT Player' on your remote, and go to My Zone. Once in there, if you've purchased it, it'll show in 'My Rentals'. @lbkingston64

    @BTCare No phone or broadband line for several days due to car wiping out an exchange. Rang BT. Unwilling to send 4G router as i dont pay enough!! Unwilling to pass me on to a supervisor. Really poor customer service from the "helpline". Joke.

    @BTCare The person claiming to be a BT engineer. I had a similar call two weeks ago. He referred to himself as a BT engineer (not Openreach) and told me there was something wrong with my Hub and I needed a replacement. He put the phone down on me when I asked him too many questions.

    @BTCare No, customer service about 40 mins ago. Engineer left at 11am after 3 hours. Said he was escalating it to another team at BT to sort it today by remote access. He knew it was an emergency situation, yet I’ve been left hanging.

    @BTCare Broadband upgraded to superfast on Monday, lost all connection from that day. Engineer came today & wasn’t able to fix it. Said he was referring it to u for remote access. That was 4 1/2 hours ago. Rang BT who said nothing on their system. A 2nd engineer is due tomorrow.

    @ziegfieldstar @bt_uk On 22 October I was told call would be made to me in 24-48 hours. Nothing until 30 October, 190+ hours later, and final resolution evening of 31 October. Last night's lady very helpful, and problem resolved in about 15-20 minutes. @BTCare

    @BTCare I now have accept terms for BT Plus AGAIN!!!! and I have not had the benefit of BT Plus for weeks the service I signed on for was cancelled NOTWITHSTANDING there being a direction to fix a problem. I still don’t have the service I signed on for and i have to call back next week!

Worst was one that had a bit of repetition lag last weekend, and I just jumped onto another one straight away. The least acceptable thing about Eleven is they even have delay.
