So after 2.5hrs of trying to source the issue and finally getting confirmation that our internet fault is outside of the house and down to @bt_uk have now been advised it’ll be fixed my 9th April - looks like we won’t be working from home this week then !😡 #time to change

@bt_uk Unfortunately the only customer service updates are from a bot and the estimated service fix day/time has passed. Appalling customer service. Please register this as a complaint as there is nowhere else via your website to actually register one , which goes against regulation.

@bt_uk Sorry Catherine but Im not phoning again. Your team seemed pretty adamant yesterday that they were not going to help other than run a diagnostic test. That test said our internet is strong. After me telling them that my room is a black spot, they passed me around! 1)
