Already replaced router twice. When gaming on PC with ethernet cable plug in and someone makes a WhatsApp call my ping spikes to 500ms!

Chris Woods (@ChrisWoodsSays) reported@ProfEdSweeney @bt_uk We had 9 BT visits to fix our dropping broadband. Most were due to notes from previous visits being routinely ignored e.g. eqmt needed. In the end, I complained to CEO Gavin Patterson. He wrote back saying Openreach was at arms length so couldn’t help, but next day, it was fixed
