@RichCounty27 @bt_uk Unbelievable honestly, we pay for the super fast broadband as we use it for home tv and both for work but am seriously considering moving now - another bloody week with no service and paying a fortune to run a hot spot thru my phone

So after 2.5hrs of trying to source the issue and finally getting confirmation that our internet fault is outside of the house and down to @bt_uk have now been advised it’ll be fixed my 9th April - looks like we won’t be working from home this week then !😡 #time to change

@bt_uk Drop out problem now resolved. Took a year to sort out. It took many visits of engineers. In the end it was a underground cable I mentioned a year ago. Very disappointing less than 2 miles for stow exchange with no offer for fiber upgrade. Stuck with a 1900s telephone system.

@bt_uk fix your **** wifi i was guaranteed on average 100mbps for the last week the best i have had is 32.8mbps download speed and 18.9mbps upload speed and as a result i have not been able to use my console any online game won’t even load up and iPlayer apps wont work
