So after 2.5hrs of trying to source the issue and finally getting confirmation that our internet fault is outside of the house and down to @bt_uk have now been advised it’ll be fixed my 9th April - looks like we won’t be working from home this week then !😡 #time to change

@btbusinesscare hi bt have you got any idea to stop charge the shops for linerental. Because shop is closed any many other company are not changing the costumer due to covid. I have a restaurant and closed down temporarily but im still paying bt

@RichCounty27 @bt_uk Unbelievable honestly, we pay for the super fast broadband as we use it for home tv and both for work but am seriously considering moving now - another bloody week with no service and paying a fortune to run a hot spot thru my phone

Some of us spent several yrs reporting inaccuracies in company documents on CH site but again & again CH said it wasn't their problem. (from campaign v unlawful actions of @bt_uk/#Phorm back in 2008). Yet another useless UK regulator.

@bt_uk Hi, we have an engineer booked for Tuesday but our fault is more than “slow broadband” as the email states. Our entire junction box has fallen apart and the wires are corroded. How can we report this damage before our appointment as we’re without phone and internet!

@bt_uk I would like some help. I'm paying almost £60 a month for such poor internet that I can't watch a 15 minute YouTube programme without it buffering at some point, yet alone watch anything in HD/Netflix etc. As for working from home... forget it.

@bt_uk Nothing that can really be done tbh,stay fast guarantee was 32, now it's 26, OpenReach haven't bothered laying the lines for gigabit so my neighbours get it but I don't, just a general mess of customer service
