So after 2.5hrs of trying to source the issue and finally getting confirmation that our internet fault is outside of the house and down to @bt_uk have now been advised it’ll be fixed my 9th April - looks like we won’t be working from home this week then !😡 #time to change

@btbusinesscare Oh, you have no idea how much patience I’ve had to excercise with BT for a few years. Improvements seem to made though, sensible call staff recognising a problem straight off, competent engineer sent ASAP. Just need to sort out recurring problem with local telegraph pole!

@bt_uk Over the past 2 months you disconnected me twice, sent a debt collector after me for a cancellation fee (even though I didn't cancel anything), and forced me to downgrade from fibre to copper. Even with copper, the connection is unstable. Utter incompetence.
