Just reported scam automated phone call telling me my BT service will be terminated, to @BTCare. Its quite a realistic call with strict tone that u feel u should follow instructions. Did 1471 and number that called me was 01816792513. Clearly scam that's an old London area code

So after 2.5hrs of trying to source the issue and finally getting confirmation that our internet fault is outside of the house and down to @bt_uk have now been advised it’ll be fixed my 9th April - looks like we won’t be working from home this week then !😡 #time to change

What is wrong with @btsport ? 2 weeks ago i logged in on the BTSports app, everything was fine,watched the match without any problems, this week how ever (Tuesday the 3rd, i went to log in to watch the Villarreal v Liverpool match and it kept saying i typed the wrong details.

What an absolute abomination @btsport are.Trying to log in to watch the Rangers game. It's more complex than Einstein's Theory of Relativity. I've only been a BT customer for 48 years - bit early to expect it to work. I'm sure Virgin can sort it I'm only paying £62 per month!
